Food was EXCELLENT, near perfection, service was mid but they were busy ofc since it's a Saturday morning, however the staff were friendly. I appreciate a manager who runs a tight ship and goes around asking how the food is. Ambiance/environment was decent and clean. Music was good too and not too loud. All in all 5/5!! This is an Annual stop on Veteran's Day when visiting Memphis! However, today service was terrible. Our waitress was cold and complained! We ordered our eggs 'well done', when we got them they were 'wet' we asked for them to just bring some breakfast potatoes. The waitress went back to the kitchen and came back and told us to send the whole plate back. We asked for a saucer we were already cutting the pancakes to eat. We told her no. She got the Manager. I was expecting a decent experience with the food, but it didn't happen. Before I get into that, let me say that the vibe and service was pretty cool. Our server was very polite and attentive. She made sure that all all of our needs were met. I also enjoyed the balloon artist walking around making the small children little prizes at no cost. Our food was served in a timely manner. Unbussed tables, trash on the floor, what looked like a permanently blocked fire exist. Our food was slow to arrive and so cold the butter wouldn't melt on the pancakes.
