Last Saturday, my family and I decided to dine in at the IHOP closest to our home. Here was my experience. Personally, I thought the food was scrumptious, enjoyable and reasonably priced. My family and I devoured and enjoyed every bite of our meals. Our waiter was overly attentive and considerate, which I found honorable. Additionally, the staff was hugely cautious and took action upon covid-19 perfectly by requiring mask when entering, separating tables and placing plastic covers in between each table/booth. However, there was only one negative moment from our entire experience, which was the amount of time it took to prepare the food. Although, I understand that in times like these, not everything could go it's way. In brief, I strongly recommend this place since it has delicious food and an alert staff. Visited here Friday morning with my wife. Had been quite awhile since last visit to ANY Ihop. Came to find out that they no longer place a small pot of coffee on your table when you order Coffee -- now they bring you one cup each -- I guess allows them to bill you for additional cups ? Anyway, I ordered the Colorado Omelette -- Big disappointment that it does not come with Home Fries OR Toast -- they bill you extra for those now. I ate 3/4 of the omelette and left the rest for the trash bin. I do notice though that every time I eat at IHOP that I always have the same kind of sick to my stomach feeling -- not like I'm gonna Barf or anything -- just an Unwell feeling after eating their food -- Don't know what it is -- maybe some kind of chemical or preservative they use ? No Matter -- That's it for me -- ended up spending more than $45.00 bucks for a not so good breakfast. Surprised they didn't bill me for the Extra butter for my toast or glass of water and ice cubes. read more

I honestly used to enjoy coming to ihop. But it's pretty sad how employees bring down the business. I know due to covid there's a couple restrictions when it comes to serving customers; however our server was extremely unmotivated. I guess Julie was having a bad day idk. She just dumped all of our half and half,syrups and ketchups on the table. We even had to ask for new utensils because the fork wasn't even throughly washed. Listen I get it's not a five star restaurant but could we at least clean utensils? Not coming back. read more

Ahhhh, what a pleasant and delightful visit. The food was good and the service was great. The layout and atmosphere was cozy. It was not overcrowded, but just right. I ordered an omelette and the others ordered chicken wings and tenders. I really enjoyed the visit. read more

My first 5-star review! Conrgats IHOP! Anyone who knows me knows that it takes a lot to give anyone a 5-star review. You know what gives it a 5-star? Not so much the food ( which is pretty good also) but all of the personnell. Everyone was extremely friendly and had smiles on their face. Even the busboys; they also had smiles on their face that looked genuine, not forced. Our waitress was excellent (Victoria) which did everything a waitress should do with a beautiful attitude. I always say personnell attitude says a lot for a restaurant, shop, company, Ect. and is very inportant becuse you leave with a smile on your face and that's inportant in the world we live in now. Dirty. Found a hair In the butter unfortunately it was when I was almost done (seriously grossed out). There were fruit flies all over the food (pancakes) When we brought it to their attention, the manager took off $7. (The meal was 16$). The manager didn't even have the decency to come and apologize. There was only about 2 other tables with people so clearly not because they were busy, they just didn't care enough about it to say anything. Have eaten here a lot over the years and the place has continued to go downhill. This was the final straw, will not be eating in there again. read more

I would say I go here every two months or so. Sometimes parking is rough but the service is usually pleasant -- not extraordinary but usually not bad -- until tonight. The server was a doll, she took care of us just fine. The manager that came over when we complained about the very pungent smell of bleach while they were cleaning the floor was very much NOT. They started right before we got our food, which was still another 2 hours before closing. When we asked the server to see the manager she had stepped out to make their deposit at the bank. Maybe another ten minutes later, she came up to us. introduced herself, and just waited for us to say something. We had said something along the lines of the strong smell of chemicals while we're eating is very unpleasant, trying to be nice, and were dismissed with an "Oh, okay, enjoy your food." Our plates were almost empty at this point. Maybe I should have spoken up with the resulting migraine. I won't be coming back here again. read more

This is Memorial Day and I decided to treat myself to an omelet and some additional food for others. They were so slow that I decided to tip extra since tipping was not on the online app. I made a great error in not unloading the order and, of course, my side of hash rows was missing. I rushed to my mother-in-law's to keep the food as warm as possible. But, as I removed the food I made the maddening discovery of the missing food. The omelet was already cooling but I was so angry that I had to call them and complain. The manager got on the phone and did try to have me return for a complete new order but that is so inconvenient on a rainy morning. So she says she will comp the hashbrowns back to my card. I am not happy that there were only 3 to go orders there waiting and they still can't get it right. read more

I've been coming to IHOP for many years and today is the first time I've been disappointed. I came with my husband, daughter and five grandkids. All of us, except my daughter, ordered pancakes which are usually fluffy and delicious. Today they were flat and tasteless. They tasted like the ones that you add water. Disgusting. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the fruit salad was made with unripened fruit. Over $100 and the food was disgusting. Very disappointing. read more

Everything I ate here was delicious. In addition the waitress was very polite. I love that she introduced herself to us as well as frequently asked us if we needed anything. The food was well presented also. The waitress brought us the check once we were almost done with our meal and said "No rush, just for your convenience." I really liked that. We come here because it's convenient but there's always something.....whether it's an extra long wait, dirty mop smell, wrong order....just something. Today there's one guy waiter working. Every time we're here he tries up selling but you can't do that when it's busy. The tables are filling up fast and the other staff who aren't waiters are helping take drink orders and deliver food. Why is there only one waiter working??? Management get on the ball. This waiter could hustle a lot faster but he's cracking and you can hear him screaming in the back at everyone...wait, one customer left. The other table got a wrong order... the idiot guy and his wife (customers) are berating them like dogs for it and the staff is apologizing profusely while he's being flat out obnoxiously rude to the two who aren't waiters but trying to help. The waiter gives This couple a discount and the couple across shake their heads. Negative reinforcement so he'll be a jerk everywhere he goes and think okay. This isn't the staff's fault, this is all on management. What a huge mess. And it's not even a busy morning. Kudos to Greg and Jamie at the front for helping this hot mess read more

Went to dinner tonite with hubby and son.. Actually food was delish, hot and fresh. Big thumbs up to our waiter Pedro who was very attentive and made sure our dining experience was pleasurable. This is the second time I have gone to this fairly new location and I am pleased with the service. We got the same friendly waitress again. This time I came here for lunch with my sister. ( I usually eat breakfast here and the omelette's are great). I ordered soup and a sandwich. It was filling enough for a quick bite and there were plenty of food items on the menu to choose from. There is plenty of places to park and we did not have to wait at all to be seated. I will definitely be coming back here again. read more

I've been coming to this IHOP with my family since it opened and we've had our ups and downs with the place, but the great customer service always keeps us coming back. Truthfully, at many other restaurants I have frequented, a teenage staff always gives my family an attitude (I guess they don't like kids?) But IHOP is such a family friendly environment, and I love that. The restaurant is always clean and well kept, the staff is always wiping tables, windows, and manicuring tables. Bussers are on top of plates and silverware. I worked in a restaurant for 5 years as a teen and I developed an eye for those things, so props them for that. The food is delicious, the breakfast sampler is a great deal. 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 6 pieces of meat, and hasbrowns for around $10. You can't beat it. We definitely will be coming back soon. Our waitress Jamie was absolutely wonderful, she was very patient with my family and made sure everything came out hot, fresh, and just as we ordered it. The most racist establishment I've ever been to. Honestly ya gotta be kidding me. Since the slave trade my ancestors haven't been treated so bad. Terrible service horrible prices and the food is good going in but terrible coming out. Ugh -- my son wanted to go here for his bday -- I despise the place. Have to say that the coffee was good. I got a basic eggs/bacon bfast and it was fine -- I guess if you screw that up, you really are clueless. I asked for English muffin and got small hockey puck sized muffins -- Diners are FAR better. My sons pancakes weren't bad -- I guess that is their bread and butter ( no pun in intended). The meal ended with me helping myself to more coffee from the thermos on the table and adding in the balance of the milk. Ugh... Milk is not supposed to be chunky. I continue to hate this place. Do yourself a favor. Throw a dart on a map, and find yourself the nearest diner --- I suspect you'll have far better food. (Have to say that the service was good). read more

I've been coming to this location for a while. This particular spot is fantastic on a weekday morning as its not usually that busy and the service is lightning fast. Today I went and was able to walk in and eat and put in 30min. Thus far I'm yet to have a bad waiter. They usually check on you multiple times a meal and make you feel like your needs are important. Great food, service, and clean and roomy as well! Every meal is a bang for the buck, with a huge omelette and 3 buttermilk pancakes only costing a bit over $10. I always leave with left overs. The new summer pancake specials are delicious - I recommend the banana pudding pancakes. read more
