As I said that I was going to leave a good review for the waiter who took care of us, Eddie was very polite and took care of us very quickly once we where sat at one of his tables, once my order came in my fries where regular fries and I had order seasoned fries, waiter Eddie promptly replied and he said "I am so sorry I will bring you your seasoned fries" - I said no it's okay. What in the Sam Hill is going on?!?!! Everything was GROSS! Pancakes- were coming apart like play dough, hash browns were burnt on outside and uncooked on inside, and even the damn orange juice was a joke. I gave them a try because they are local but that will be first and last time there. I passed up Farmer Boys to give a different location a shot. What a joke! I paid 15.47 for a pile of waste. Today's experience was something else, I came to eat with my family and while paying my server was struggling to get ahold of someone to charge me. she said she needed someone else to verify my military discount, I was patient with her but the lady that came to help her I suppose her assistant manager because that's what she told me... yea that lady was rude. How do you want your employees to work in an environment like that?? She was rude and so disrespectful towards the poor girl. Im just standing there looking at both of them the server looks annoyed and ready to go home and the Lady making small remarks. I don't know but she ended up leaving and I still couldn't pay because i guess she didn't put my military discount after the girl asked her to and I showed her my military card. Maybe she did it on purpose? i don't know but good luck to that server because she sure needs it working with someone like that Other than this the service was great and food was good she did charge me for a ranch even though it comes with the food but she gladly accepted she made a mistake and tried to do her best to get it fix! Horrible service!! This IHOP has so much potential but they are blowing it. We ate here regularly when they first opened. The atmosphere, food, and service were great. Now, every time we go to eat it's miserably warm inside. The manager is never there and she's the only person able to control the thermostat. We walked in on Tuesday night to a warm restaurant but decided to stay and eat. The restaurant had two customers eating but no employees to be seen. This location just opened up a bit ago. We decided to visit this location instead of our regular Hemlock location. Everything was nice and new. Even saw some workers from the Hemlock location. Good service and good food. Had my usual*Tuscan scramble *. Same good taste as my other location. I like this location but I think I will stick to my hemlock location. Brand new location just opened. The decor and exterior are SO nice, I've never been to an IHOP like this. The staff greets you at the door and everyone is so friendly. They have a to-go breakfast menu and coffee bar which is so cool and the place is open 24 hours. The food was super good everything was fresh and the menu had a lot of new things on it we haven't seen before at other IHOPs. Hopefully they're remodeling all the restaurants to this design but if not we're so happy this one is so close to home. Love it. read more

Decided to give the IHOP on Hemlock a break and try this new location out. It's so pretty and clean inside! There is a separate seating area for coffee and conversing. Waitress was very friendly and was very accommodating. Great experience overall. Will be back soon! read more

Absolutely sick from this place. i've been going here for a while and i have no idea what's been going on. based off talking to employees they are under new management, and unfortunately it's very obvious and not in a good way. filthy disgusting now and the new manager is so rude and has a crappy attitude. so many new faces and yet all of them are rude and talk so loud. i can hear all their business that i or anybody else wants to hear. i used to come for the friendly conversations with past employees and the old manager but i can't imagine stepping foot in here again. hopefully this is temporary or they just lost a whole lot of regular customers. read more

Horrible, horrible service and food! Was told to put my mask on AFTER I was let in and was seated without one. Was refused to be given a menu or service until I walked back to my car to obtain one. Keep in mind, THEY SAT ME ALREADY AND IM WAITING TO ORDER. My wife ordered an omelette with shell eggs. I ordered a regular BLT. Besides our food taking FORVER, on a slow night, it was also wrong. My wife's omelette was made with substitute egg and my BLTs bread was not toasted! Had to send our food back. Second time around, my wife's omelette was remade and my food was let to sit there until my wife's omelette was ready. My sandwich was thrown back on the grill and "toasted" from one side. They proceeded to put the said toasted side facing upwards. On top of that, they added ONIONS to my BLT!!! WTF. I hate onions. I knew it was the old sandwich because it was cold and I cut a corner of one of my slices of bread. My dinner was ruined. I did not eat my food and I demanded my BLT to be taken off my bill. I have been to this site multiple times. I don't know how they keep customers. We were seated in a section that was not set up with a server. Sat there for close to 30 minutes while everyone around was helped but us. We got up and left. We tried again today and sat in the cafe section. Waited for awhile for a waitress to show up and ordered drinks and food (because who know when she will come back.) Drinks took 20 minutes and that is only because wer finally complained we had not received them yet. Food came 40 min later and was kind of correct. Then the bill came with extra stuff on it. Finally catch the girl and she bring back another wrong receipt. Finally she bring us the correct one. Please check your receipts every visit or go to the Hemlock site. Just opened on Sunday 11/12/17. So happy to have another restaurant on the east side of town. This IHOP is located right next to KFC on Perris Blvd/Iris Ave. The inside is really nice and fancy for an IHOP (probably the fanciest I've seen), and the dining area is HUGE, which will be really nice for busy Sunday mornings. One feature I liked is the booths are large and can fit more than the standard four people. Everyone was polite and the food was really fresh! From what I saw, there was not free WiFi, and cell phone reception (AT&T) was awful, but I'm hoping if you ask for the WiFi password they will provide it to you, as there was an option for IHOP WiFi, but the network was locked. There's also a coffee bar with a small sitting area/lounge chairs. All in all, great first impression! read more

So went to this IHOP with my mom and dad for breakfast and let's start with getting seated. We walk and the lady at the front let me know it's gonna be at least a 5-10 min wait which was no problem, she ask for my name and number like we was gonna leave and she was gonna call me (ihop was no where near busy for this but okay). So after 5 mins of us standing to her left she calls my name over the loud speaker (my dad is in a wheelchair ). Anyways we get seated at 9:41 and she says "your waiter will be here in a few mins to take your order". So at 9:55 I go back to the front and ask about the waiter she replies "oh let me go tell someone" as we're walking to the back she tells the waiter "you didn't get the table in the back "he replied "what table are you talking about". So the waiter arrives and says "sorry no one told me I had another table to serve". Now we put the order in my Buffalo Chicken sandwich was okay, but my mom and dad pancakes fell apart as they applied butter and syrup we ask the waiter "hey what's up with the pancakes" he replied "maybe it's the batter and I don't know what the cooks are doing in the back". So again if I could give this place a negative stars I would give them -5 stars. Went in for breakfast. Greeted on entry and noticed how spacious and clean it was. Gave order and food came out pretty fast but only half of my order arrived. I decided to start on my eggs as they are not good cold and I finished them before my other half of meal, pancakes, arrived. A disappointment as I would have enjoyed it all together. Pancakes were smaller than I expected and were tough and crispy on outside. They were not enjoyable. My bacon was very good, crispy and not greasy. After being seated my daughter and I ordered right away, played every game on the kids menu along with tic tac toe and our food still wasn't here. I'm really not a person that leaves bad reviews. But I was a waitress before and I feel they need more training. Managers need to understand not everyone works the same some waitress can't handle so many tables. Me and my family went today and we had one waitress than we ended up with another at the end we didn't have a waitress. We were sat down and asked for utensils didn't get them. Our food came out and asked the manager who brought half our food out for utensils still didn't get them. We had to wait for the other waitress to get utensils our food was already sitting in front of us for 10 minutes. Our waitress disappeared never came to check on us we needed refills and I understand it's busy I appreciate them working during a pandemic but they need more staff and they need to have certain people in their own sections to control it better. I feel like the lack of training is what is getting them. I had to pull another waitress to even pay. I was not happy with the service. This is a new convenient location that is open 24hrs, decor is nice and they have an espresso bar. BUT the decor and location will not get my business again. This iHop is lacking good management. We gave this location another try last night about 10:30pm. We noticed there was A LOT of people sitting and standing at the front looking annoyed. Apparently they only had one server and one cook which explained all the empty tables. We left along with about 15 other people. Your open 24hrs be prepared be to attend to your customers at any time, this was a total manager fail. We ended up at Dennys on Sunnymead because we were craving breakfast. This place is horrible waited 40 minutes to be seated there was only one server no managers work in the afternoon apparently per Oscar the waiter. They have 2 managers and neither work in the afternoon. It was 4pm when I arrived I finally got my food 2 hrs into my visit at this ihop. This place looks brand new but it's overwhelmingly understaffed. Whoever owns this place must be really cheap with staffing hours. It's always like this every time I come in it's sad because I love ihop and my kids and I have tradition to go to it every Friday. I use to love in Murrieta the one out there is awesome. I'll be taking my money to another IHOP this one is huge disappointment. read more
