Definitely would not recommend this restaurant at all. We are a group of five and we were sat pretty quickly. Two of the people with us needed to use the restroom and three of us were sat at the table. The way just showed up pretty immediately asked if we were ready to order and I explained to her we literally sat down 2 minutes ago and we had two other members using the restroom. We did order three drinks and she went off to get those. When she returned with the drink she again asked if we were ready to order and she could clearly see that there was still only three of us at the table and not to. I again told her two members were using the restroom and we would order once everybody was at the table. She rolled her eyes at us said ok and walked away. Want the two other members of our party showed up the waitress immediately walk back to us and asked if we were ready to order. The member who just returned from the restroom after she could at least have a few minutes to look over the menu. This was never with another eye roll and ok. We are finally ready to order and considering everything else that one smoothly. The waitress just dropped off our food and that was that. We never saw her again. She never asked if we need our drinks refilled, she never asked if we needed any condiments. She never asked if we needed anything at all. We did need some ketchup and there wasn't any other table but we did notice there was plenty of bottles at other tables. We grabbed a bottle of ketchup from another table because the waitress never came back to are take. Four out of the 5 plates were fine food was delicious everybody enjoyed it. My granddaughter gave her French toast sticks and french fries a 5 star review. One of the dishes, the bacon was burnt and the scrambled eggs were a weird bright neon yellow color. Since person who ordered is pregnant she did not feel safe eating that meal and requested it to be removed off of the bill. With a lot of huffing and puffing the waitress did actually remove that part of the meal from our bill. The breakfast burrito was good but it needed extra salsa. The salad was good but it needed extra salad dressing. Since the waitress never bothered to check in with us while we were eating we never could ask for any extras. All in all I would definitely not recommend this restaurant if the safe staff members were working. It might be better at different times but definitely not with these staff members. read more

I visited on 5/3/26 and arrived around 9:30 a.m. My order was taken at approximately 9:45 a.m., but by 10:50 a.m. I still had not received my food. After waiting over an hour, I got up to ask for a manager because I was concerned about the delay. I was told that the Assistant Manager, Araceli, could help me. I waited while she finished taking a drink order at another table and then politely asked how much longer it would be before I received my meal. At that point, I had already been waiting over an hour while I could see food sitting in the kitchen window. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the excessive wait time made for a very disappointing experience. If there was an issue with my order, I would have appreciated being informed instead of being left waiting without any updates. Good customer service includes keeping guests informed, especially when delays occur. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don't have the same experience. read more

I ordered the 2 eggs, 2 meat, & 2 pancake special, my friend had the steak & eggs, and my nephew had the kid's chicken strips & fries. He also had the orange creamsicle shake. My meal and my friend's meal were fine, but my nephew's chicken strips were hard like rocks, he didn't eat them. The shake was super sweet & not good. The worst part was that there was no AC and we were basically melting for the entire meal. Once we realized there was no AC, I was wished we could eat & run out of there. Service is always decent here. The food is what is expected when going to IHOP. But the prices are getting out of control. As long as all prices are shown then as a customer you agree to pay for what you order but on the kids menu there are no prices shown. At any establishment you expect to pay less for kids plates due to the portion size of the meal. After receiving the check all items were charged a la cart. Food $12.99 for half a waffle and mozzarella sticks, drink 5.95, I repeat 5.95 for a kids size lemonade , and an add on of donut holes(4) 8.99. Bringing the "kids meal" to over $27! Again this is ridiculous since they removed all prices off of the kids menu. When I spoke to the waitress about it she says that the franchises take advantage at the Ihops where it is not cooperate . That being said I still gave the waitress her 15% because it's not her fault the ownership is price gouging. I've been here many times and have never had many issues. Today we ordered curbside pick up and not only did they not bring out our food curbside, but they were rude and just walked away when we mentioned it was supposed to be curbside. When we got home, the kids happy face pancakes were just pancakes, with no condiments to make the happy face (which is what usually happens). When I called to find a resolution the manager put all of the blame on me and the app, when our receipt shows proof that what I stated I ordered was correct. The food was prepared quickly and deliciously The star of our experience wasn't the food but our server Cinnamon! She was so attentive to our needs and was quick to fix any issues we had! I for one always come to this location for late night coffee. I usually always get really good customer service, there may be a few times where they mistreated me but i brush it off because whatever. but this time was completely unacceptable. the manager gabby, was very rude the whole time me and my friends where there. she gave us cold coffee the first time and when we asked her to warm it up she gave me a HUGE attitude about it. then as we ordered some fries and other sides she was just very rude about it. im a young woman who drives alone all the time so i make sure to get to my car as quickly as possible. i parked at the side of the building and i have a old car so it wont unlock itself you have to use the key. as me and my other girl friend were leaving we were going to go out the side door because it seemed like the safest and quick way. she yelled "you cant go out that door you should know better". now i understand we cant go out the door. she couldve been so much nicer about it instead of having a bitch tone with us. it was completely rude and unprofessional of her and i am not happy with my experience of this location. very unprofessional! very rude! talk to your employees about being professional when they talk to customers. i will not be returning to this location. read more

Ordered today for curbside. I called to let them know I arrived. It was brought out in less than 5 minutes. I checked my order and it was as expected. I saw others complain about portion of hashbrowns, but IHOP has never had a 1/2 plate full of hashbrowns like burger places. It was half the container and about 5/8 inch thick. Eggs perfectly cooked. Pancakes separated from the rest. I made sure to request silverware and syrup as I was eating in my car. They gave me butter too. I have half left. I will cook eggs tomorrow and reheat the remaining meat, hashbrowns and pancakes tomorrow. Prices have gone up. But getting 2 servings puts prices same as an English muffin breakfast and hashbrown patty from chain fast food. I got the sampler to have meat left which is why the price was also higher. read more

I waited 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge my partner and I... after we place our order including coffee, we waited another 10 minutes waiting for coffee and when it never arrived, we decided to leave. We talked to the manager and explained our frustration. She apologized and explained that they are short staffed and the waitress is new. I explained to her that it is good service to get customers their coffee within a couple of minutes of ordering while waiting for food.
