IHOP - Free Sunday for my boys Bday! - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Definitely would not recommend this restaurant at all. We are a group of five and we were sat pretty quickly. Two of the people with us needed to use the restroom and three of us were sat at the table. The way just showed up pretty immediately asked if we were ready to order and I explained to her we literally sat down 2 minutes ago and we had two other members using the restroom. We did order three drinks and she went off to get those. When she returned with the drink she again asked if we were ready to order and she could clearly see that there was still only three of us at the table and not to. I again told her two members were using the restroom and we would order once everybody was at the table. She rolled her eyes at us said ok and walked away. Want the two other members of our party showed up the waitress immediately walk back to us and asked if we were ready to order. The member who just returned from the restroom after she could at least have a few minutes to look over the menu. This was never with another eye roll and ok. We are finally ready to order and considering everything else that one smoothly. The waitress just dropped off our food and that was that. We never saw her again. She never asked if we need our drinks refilled, she never asked if we needed any condiments. She never asked if we needed anything at all. We did need some ketchup and there wasn't any other table but we did notice there was plenty of bottles at other tables. We grabbed a bottle of ketchup from another table because the waitress never came back to are take. Four out of the 5 plates were fine food was delicious everybody enjoyed it. My granddaughter gave her French toast sticks and french fries a 5 star review. One of the dishes, the bacon was burnt and the scrambled eggs were a weird bright neon yellow color. Since person who ordered is pregnant she did not feel safe eating that meal and requested it to be removed off of the bill. With a lot of huffing and puffing the waitress did actually remove that part of the meal from our bill. The breakfast burrito was good but it needed extra salsa. The salad was good but it needed extra salad dressing. Since the waitress never bothered to check in with us while we were eating we never could ask for any extras. All in all I would definitely not recommend this restaurant if the safe staff members were working. It might be better at different times but definitely not with these staff members. read more

IHOP - Breakfast Sampler - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

We stopped by IHOP late at night so my daughter could have some pancakes. I went with my mom and my 2 year old, and we had such a great experience. The restaurant was quiet, maybe one other person dining, and our server was very attentive and kind. We ordered lemonades, which were really good, and my daughter had a protein pancake that she loved. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and although I can't recall our server's name, he was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Because it was late, I can't really speak to the regular daytime atmosphere or the bathrooms since we didn't use them, but the dining area was clean and well kept. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we'd definitely come back read more

I visited on 5/3/26 and arrived around 9:30 a.m. My order was taken at approximately 9:45 a.m., but by 10:50 a.m. I still had not received my food. After waiting over an hour, I got up to ask for a manager because I was concerned about the delay. I was told that the Assistant Manager, Araceli, could help me. I waited while she finished taking a drink order at another table and then politely asked how much longer it would be before I received my meal. At that point, I had already been waiting over an hour while I could see food sitting in the kitchen window. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the excessive wait time made for a very disappointing experience. If there was an issue with my order, I would have appreciated being informed instead of being left waiting without any updates. Good customer service includes keeping guests informed, especially when delays occur. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don't have the same experience. read more

Although it appeared they were understaffed, everyone was hustling and making sure that we were all ok. Araceli never fails to smile and be genuinely kind, regardless of what day of the week it is! read more

There was plenty of seating, the place looked clean. The food was good. The service was below par. We were only 2 people in our party and the restaurant was not busy. The waitress was inattentive to us. We had to wait for waters. We asked for coffee refills. About 15 minutes after waiting for coffee refills, the waitress asked if there was anything else we needed? I responded that we were still waiting for coffee. She rolled her eyes at us and walked away to get the coffee. Her tip was more than she deserved. read more

The food was amazing. I got the classic burger with onion rings and a side of fries. The service was even better! My servers name was Rebecca De Leon. She was super puppy and nice. She got our food and drinks in no time. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet very nice. I AM coming back. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. The food is always cold. The customer service is SUB PAR. The young man who was seating people was nice but my waitress got mad I asked for my cold food to be replaced and never visited my table again?? read more

Ate here this past Wednesday for brunch. It wasn't very busy when we sat down, but it took a while to order and receive our food. I ordered the 2 eggs, 2 meat, & 2 pancake special, my friend had the steak & eggs, and my nephew had the kid's chicken strips & fries. He also had the orange creamsicle shake. My meal and my friend's meal were fine, but my nephew's chicken strips were hard like rocks, he didn't eat them. The shake was super sweet & not good. The worst part was that there was no AC and we were basically melting for the entire meal. Once we realized there was no AC, I was wished we could eat & run out of there. It was much cooler outside the restaurant than inside. My first time eating at this location and I see why the reviews are poor and everyone eats at the other IHOP. read more

The food was cold when brought out. Easily the worst sandwich I've ever had. The sandwich had absolutely no marinara sauce, no seasoning, and no flavor. The fries were soggy and had no flavor either. I would've received a better meal from any fast food restaurant. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Came here for dinner. The place was not crowded at all but service was incredibly slow like they were severely understaffed. I ordered a strawberry shake which was delicious, and then decided to try the bbq mac melt. The meat looked like dog food and was really bland. The Mac and cheese was cold and I've had better Kraft Easy Mac before. I guess maybe I should stick to the breakfast items if I decide to ever come back to this place. read more

Service is always decent here. The food is what is expected when going to IHOP. But the prices are getting out of control. As long as all prices are shown then as a customer you agree to pay for what you order but on the kids menu there are no prices shown. At any establishment you expect to pay less for kids plates due to the portion size of the meal. After receiving the check all items were charged a la cart. Food $12.99 for half a waffle and mozzarella sticks, drink 5.95, I repeat 5.95 for a kids size lemonade , and an add on of donut holes(4) 8.99. Bringing the "kids meal" to over $27! Again this is ridiculous since they removed all prices off of the kids menu. When I spoke to the waitress about it she says that the franchises take advantage at the Ihops where it is not cooperate . That being said I still gave the waitress her 15% because it's not her fault the ownership is price gouging. IHOP just know that you have lost a loyal customer due to this shady business method. read more

Alright guys came here for food at a none busy time. service was 3/5 they took a long time to get us water but the food was good. Great service & yummy pancakes. Blueberry syrup is my favorite here. Service is quick.

Food-Ordered biscuits and gravy combo for pickup. Get back across town and find no gravy. Eggs were overcooked and cold. Small portion of hash browns. Waste of $15+. Service-Had to call to get them to finally bring out curbside order after running car with a/c in hot sun 15 minutes. Called about missing gravy. Was put on hold twice and they did not come back to the phone to solve issue or fix my order. read more

IHOP - No gravy for biscuit. Overcooked cold eggs. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Just wasted a hour of my time. I know what time I got here because I texted my friend when I had just arrived and I know when I ordered because I also sent them another text telling them what I ordered. When I arrived the it was 1:30 and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I sent my order in at 1:45. It's now 2:30 and I couldn't find my server so I let another employee know to let her know I was leaving due to waiting almost a hour for my food when the restaurant was almost empty and every table with guests was a table that had already finished eating so it's not like there was a bunch of people waiting for their food, only me. The employee I told did not care at all and said "okay bye" so I asked to speak to the manager and I told her everything. She was apologetic but I'm still leaving annoyed that I sat in this almost empty restaurant for a hour. On top of that I brought midol into the restaurant with me because I'm on my period and been waiting to put food in my system before I take the pills so I been sitting here with the worst cramps just waiting for some food. Now I have to figure out where to get food from because I don't eat fast food and I have to get to work soon. read more

Chiya was incredible! She was doing 6-7 tables at a time dealing with vastly different personalities and adapting to each one along the way. She had energy but wasn't in your face about it, and she rocked every order, each step of the way. She is the reason I will come back more often. The food was also tasty and the wait wasn't very long especially for a Saturday morning. read more

I've been here many times and have never had many issues. Today we ordered curbside pick up and not only did they not bring out our food curbside, but they were rude and just walked away when we mentioned it was supposed to be curbside. When we got home, the kids happy face pancakes were just pancakes, with no condiments to make the happy face (which is what usually happens). When I called to find a resolution the manager put all of the blame on me and the app, when our receipt shows proof that what I stated I ordered was correct. We used to love IHOP, but we will no longer be coming to this location. read more

This place needs more help and possibly a new manager. When we walked in it smelled like bathroom. It is looking pretty bad. None of the windows nor are the plexiglass partitions. Floors need to be swept. What is happening? So sad to see a decent place going down the drain. I didn't venture into the bathroom for fear I may turn around n leave. Esabel, our server was wonderful.. Isabel is very pleasant and friendly. ISABEL by came several times just to see how things were going. Isabel is the best on a roll her. This Ihop is HUGE compared to the ones we have in Anaheim. We were greeted and sat very quickly. The food was prepared quickly and deliciously The star of our experience wasn't the food but our server Cinnamon! She was so attentive to our needs and was quick to fix any issues we had! This was our first time in Moreno Valley but we highly recommend this location and if you are able to ask for Cinnamon as your server, you will not regret it! read more

I had breakfast with my daughter here on a Thursday morning. The place was mostly empty but we waited over 20 minutes just to have a waitress ask us what we wanted to drink. The level of service in this establishment is unacceptable and not worthy of your hard earned money. Stay away if you value your time. read more

I've come here multiple times over the last year ranging from mid day to late nights/early mornings.. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My food has been wrong. Poorly plated, and sometimes a mix of hot and cold items on a plate that's supposed to be hot. This is by far the worst IHOP location I've ever been to. I've come at night and sometime there was no one to be found for 5+ minutes. I will say the servers usually are friendly enough. But it's annoying when they are bringing food that is missing items/wrong items on an order they took. read more

Ordered today for curbside. I called to let them know I arrived. It was brought out in less than 5 minutes. I checked my order and it was as expected. I saw others complain about portion of hashbrowns, but IHOP has never had a 1/2 plate full of hashbrowns like burger places. It was half the container and about 5/8 inch thick. Eggs perfectly cooked. Pancakes separated from the rest. I made sure to request silverware and syrup as I was eating in my car. They gave me butter too. I have half left. I will cook eggs tomorrow and reheat the remaining meat, hashbrowns and pancakes tomorrow. Prices have gone up. But getting 2 servings puts prices same as an English muffin breakfast and hashbrown patty from chain fast food. I got the sampler to have meat left which is why the price was also higher. read more

I for one always come to this location for late night coffee. I usually always get really good customer service, there may be a few times where they mistreated me but i brush it off because whatever. but this time was completely unacceptable. the manager gabby, was very rude the whole time me and my friends where there. she gave us cold coffee the first time and when we asked her to warm it up she gave me a HUGE attitude about it. then as we ordered some fries and other sides she was just very rude about it. im a young woman who drives alone all the time so i make sure to get to my car as quickly as possible. i parked at the side of the building and i have a old car so it wont unlock itself you have to use the key. as me and my other girl friend were leaving we were going to go out the side door because it seemed like the safest and quick way. she yelled "you cant go out that door you should know better". now i understand we cant go out the door. she couldve been so much nicer about it instead of having a bitch tone with us. it was completely rude and unprofessional of her and i am not happy with my experience of this location. very unprofessional! very rude! talk to your employees about being professional when they talk to customers. i will not be returning to this location. read more

Worse services ever. Ordered online so when I got to the location for pick up the waitress told me there was no shakes available. I told her nicely that it was Fine. I asked if she would reimburse me since she handed me my food and didn't bother to offer my money back. They gave me 4 drinks in exchange for 2 which was fine and I was great full for but they took 15 min to prepare a hot coffee and 3 ice coffees. The waitress walked back 4 times holding one 1 drink at a time to put in the cup holder, I was so annoyed. Never going back! read more

We talked to the manager and explained our frustration. She apologized and explained that they are short staffed and the waitress is new.
