    Short stack of three pancakes

I used my 3 IHOP coins to pickup a free Short Stack of Pancakes, which they did well. You'd hope that a place with pancakes in its name (P in IHOP) would have good pancakes & they do. Service was even better. The guy who handed my order was very jovial & made sure that I was satisfied with how much syrup was in the bag. Note - prices can be a bit higher here but if you use gift certificates from Costco (which are 20% off) it's on par with other places like Zippy's, at least for breakfast. The discounted certificates are online at Costco.com. And join their rewards club to earn IHOP coins for future freebies. Parking - lots of parking since it's at the Mililani Town Center, next to the theaters.

The service was excellent. They were helpful and kind! Ambiance was so-so. The place felt so corporate and not really welcoming. The food was pretty bad. Considering we have other breakfast places that are local and make better food for cheaper, this was really bad. I went here to try it out and probably won't go back. The worst thing was definitely how cheap the syrups were. Don't get me wrong, all of it was low quality, but the syrups were the worst. The best thing was the fruit. Cut well and ripe.

Spacious setting. Open concept. Free parking. Spicy Poblano w/ homemade potatoes: Two yolks for eggs benedict exuded the perfect runny effect! Unfortunately, poblano was salty, not spicy, and lacked seasoning. Homemade potatoes were crispy, with salt overload. Even yolk didn't help subdue salty taste. Too late to return my meal when I realized the entire breakfast was salty. Customer service was standard. I'm skeptical about returning to this location.

My wife & I always have a great time coming here. Comfort food great environment with awesome service . Didn't your mom say don't play with your food when you were young. You can't help but to smile or laugh while eating at IHOP.

Clean, fast, friendly! Thankful to have another restaurant in Mililani. We all wiped out our meals: chicken florentine crepes, omelette with ingredients we selected, and a breakfast meal included with pancakes. Portions are generous. Looking forward to more visits here in iHop Mililani!

So far my family and I have visited this location twice and both times I was so hungry that I forgot to take pics lol. Our most recent visit was this past Sunday around noon. It was pouring rain in Mililani and the restaurant was busy! When I checked in at the front we were seated right away but told the kitchen was behind so food would take 45 minutes. I was not happy to hear that but was happy to not have to wait to be seated. We got our orders in quickly thinking the faster the kitchen gets our order the better. To our surprise and delight the food didn't take long at all. Everything tasted great and our waitress Heavenly was so sweet and attentive. All the staff worked well together taking care of all customers. We had multiple different waitresses check on us during our meal and it was great. I am glad to have this location in the Mililani Town Center and know we will be back frequently for their awesome food and service!

Our waitress, T, was amazing! She immediately came by, greeted us and asked if we wanted anything to drink. My husband and I already had coffee from Starbucks so we said we're fine; she offered to bring us water just in case. My husband decided to get the pancake combo, but he doesn't like cream cheese so he asked if he would be able to get the cream cheese frosting on the side for his cinnamon stack pancakes; she said of course. I decided to get the pancake combo with the Mexican Tres Leches pancakes. The wait time for the food was minimal, and everything came out nice and hot. My food was cooked perfectly! My eggs came out over medium, just the way I wanted it, and the bacon and hash brown were nice and crispy. My tres leches pancakes were absolutely delicious! Granted, they were not soaked in the milk/cream, but they had a good flavor to them and the caramel drizzle added the perfect amount of sweetness to the fluffy pancakes. My husband really enjoyed his food, and said the cinnamon stack pancakes had a nice cinnamon flavor to the spread, and the cream cheese frosting was nice and sweet; he really enjoyed the frosting. I'm glad we decided to come back and give this location another try, because it was such a great experience and food was absolutely delicious!

This new IHOP in Mililani has restored my faith in large breakfast chain restaurants. I've avoided IHOP restaurants for years because of the mediocre food and service I've received in the past. The new restaurant is welcoming with its bright beachy ambiance with blue, teal, and yellow furniture, walls and posters. We were seated almost immediately, and we didn't have to wait long for our server to come over, introduce herself, and get our drink orders. Rhiyanne was sweet and friendly, and we were lucky to have her as a server both times we visited. She even remembered us when we returned. On our first visit, to end our meal, we ordered milkshakes. Our first two choices were unavailable because they ran out of the flavored syrup. We settled for strawberry and cookies and cream milkshakes. When the glasses arrived, they were accompanied with the cup/mixer because they gave us the extras that didn't fit in the glasses. Nice save from not having the original milkshakes we wanted to order. The buttermilk pancakes are a classic and did not disappoint. They were slightly crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy in the middle. I was pleased with the salmon I ordered because it was seasoned well, and not overcooked as many restaurants do. I ordered it with mashed potatoes and green beans. Both sides were a generous side and the green beans were fresh and not frozen. On our next visit, I ordered the Country Fried Steak and it came in an enormous portion. I was satisfied with the mashed potatoes and green beans so I automatically ordered them again. My kids quickly found a favorite that they also reordered: Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo. The pancake comes covered with frosting and sprinkles with eggs and a choice of breakfast meat. My husband has had the Fisherman's Platter and Cowboy BBQ Burger and enjoyed both. With the great customer service and comforting food, we'll surely be back for more.

The receptionist and table server were friendly and hospitable. The food coming out of the kitchen took a long while to reach our table. The onion rings were the best- large, crispy and crunchy. Hubs brought home half his BLT. Truthfully I thought the turkey melt was not good to me. Why? Not what I expected for melted cheese over skimpy carved turkey. Looked and tasted like globs of cheese whiz smothering the bacon and avocado - maybe good for someone else.

I wish that I had remembered our server's name! He was phenomenal. My family and I came here to eat and we were starving! It wasn't to busy and the dining room was clean. There was good vibes about the place. They had a fizzy lemonade on the menu and we each tried a different flavor. They were so good! I ordered the Belgium Waffle with strawberries on top with a side of bacon. It was so good. Our server interacted with us and was very funny. We left happy and full which in my opinion is the best way of leaving a restaurant. I will be back!

Ube mascarpone pancakes!…read more I've dined here and at the Aiea location a few times. To my surprise, Guieb was introducing an updated menu when my friend and I visited earlier today. Our server explained that the menu is more streamlined with favorites. He mentioned that all pancake dishes can be interchangeable to waffles and that the waffle in their chicken and waffle dish can be any flavor! can My friend and I ordered new menu items, the Aria Plate for her and Da 3-Bite Feast for me. We enjoyed our plates! I love when restaurants offer samplers of sweet and savory breakfast items. The ube mascarpone pancakes were as legitimately ube and not too sweet as ever. The crab cake Benedict was great with a crispy crab cake patty and the poached egg a good medium (huge improvement from the bao bun Benedict I ordered for takeout years ago). The egg from the Wagyu loco moco was cooked exactly like the over easy I requested. The meat was moist and the gravy was flavorful. Good to know I don't always have to get the same ube mascarpone pancakes every time! One of our servers seemed a little hurried when my friend just arrived, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I gently reminded him that my friend needed time to look at the menu. (Maybe he got too excited, haha!) The rest of the staff were friendly and attentive. I seem to forget about Guieb's parking in the back, or even the 1-hour parking around the block. The closest untimed street parking I'm aware of is near First Hawaiian Bank a couple blocks away. Guieb Cafe Wahiawa is always a favorite whenever I have visiting family and friends, or for loved ones moving away.

****CHECK YOUR RECEIPT PRIOR TO PAYING****…read more ****CHECK YOUR RECEIPT PRIOR TO PAYING**** I had lunch with my wife and had a wonderful experience (she had the country fried steak and I had the Korean rib-eye with an order of 4 beignets [2 of the Ube and 2 of the Strawberry])... ...until I got the receipt for our meal. The cost for the whole meal was reasonable until I saw the price for the beignets that were the special menu item. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US $25.00 for 4 beignets. (For reference: Price was: 1 for $2.75 or 4 for $10.00) I only ordered 4 (two of the Strawberry and 2 of the Ube so my wife and I can try both flavors), which should come out to $10.00. I confronted the waitress about the mistake, and was very apologetic about the error. She returns to the register to fix it and the total came out to $11.00, not $10.00. The math doesn't make sense. So I approached the waitress and she said and I quote: "We charge the $2.75 price because you ordered two orders of two different types of beignets. Since each cost $2.75, the total comes out to $11.00". THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED WHEN THE WAITRESS TOOK OUR ORDER OR WAS NOT PRINTED ON THE MENU WHEN WE WERE LOOKING AT THE ORDER I asked her why wasn't this mentioned while we were ordering it, even though she was present when I was having the discussion of the beignets to my wife. All she did was apologize but didn't change the ticket. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I paid the bill and took off. I only state this because even though it is only a dollar, this could have been going on for a good amount of time where they can rack up a good sum of money from customers if they kept this act going. And restaurants wonder why people don't go to their establishments: because occurrences similar to this dissuade people from going out to eat. This is why I check my receipt before paying. *see picture* Don't get me wrong, food was wonderful and the ambiance was laid back and relaxed, but they should make it known of their EXACT pricing before advertising a food item on the menu
