I have one rule I have always lived by, if you are ever in doubt, order the club sandwich, NOBODY can mess up a club sandwich. Thank you Logan IHOP for solidifying my rule by creating it's exception. My friends plates were cold, the eggs looked gross, and from the yelling in the kitchen area methinks people were more focused on their next party than cooking or preparing our food. Also side note, 2 out of 3 in our party got sick later, if I am going to get sick after eating, I am going to enjoy eating such as an Angies visit. Word to the wise, skip this Ihop hit the Village Inn or Angies, but trust me, being frugal and picking this place will only bring you grief. read more

I came straight from the airport on a Tuesday morning at got there around 11:15am. My girlfriend and I were very hungry, and we thought it wouldn't take too long to get our food (there were 4 other tables when we walked in). An hour and a half later (and listening to a "Karen"not able to control her two children) we finally got our food. The food did taste good, but that was the only positive part of our experience, probably because we were so hungry. We will not be coming back to this location. read more

I got a little worried once I sat down and read the reviews. It was actually really good. You really can't mess up on breakfast with eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The only reason that I didn't give this a five star is because the Double BLT wasn't good at all. BLTs are the easiest sandwich to make and tasted bad. My kids really enjoyed the pancakes! read more

I wish I could give negative starts. Our table had bugs on it, was sticky, and they didn't allow us to move to a new one. Service was unbelievable slow. We waited nearly an hour for 2 meals. Our server was rude and messed up both of our orders. I overheard the workers arguing about who had to "serve these stupid people" when a family sat at the table next to us. I heard someone (the manager I think) say "what the F***" loud enough for multiple tables to hear. I watched them seat people at tables that were not cleaned or sanitized. Please save yourself a horrible experience and eat somewhere else! read more

I know all iHOPs are pretty much supposed to be exactly the same, but this IHOP sucks ass. It didn't take long for us to get seated, but everything after I felt like it took a lifetime! It took a while for our drink order to be taken and brought back, after waiting what felt was an eternity we got our food and half the order for the table was hot and didn't have the specifics we asked for and the other half had cold food. 100% don't recommend read more

I haven't been to IHOP in years and my brother needed to carb load after his dr appt so we thought why not!? Well. We were seated promptly it was not busy at all. Unfortunately it took quite a while for our server to bring our drinks and menus. Also once the order was placed we waited another long stretch for the food. Which I know depending on certain items they may take a while to prep and cook. The food once we got it was very delicious. My lower rating is due to the lack of service. Our waitress didn't come and refill drinks once. I had to ask for more and she didn't get a refill for my brother who's drink was also gone. All in all. The waiting around for her to take or order and then not getting refills of drinks or even asking if we needed anything in my eyes is a lack of service. I've been to this iHop a few times and one thing that never changes is how good their pancakes are. If all you want is a short stack of pancakes, this is the place to go. Most of the time when I enter the door, someone is there to great me within twenty seconds. On occasion, though, I find myself standing around for a solid two minutes before a server stops by. There is no sense of urgency after you are sat down. Waiting for a server to stop by and pick up your drink orders and bring them out could take anywhere from a minute to ten, even if the restaurant is empty. After ordering your food comes the waiting game. The quickest I've ever received my food was about 15 minutes after I ordered it while the restaurant was empty. On average, though, the food will take anywhere from half an hour to an hour to arrive, even when there are only few other people in the restaurant. When you receive the food, it becomes a game of roulette. Half of the time I've ordered food, I have had to send it back for various reasons or they've messed up my order. Other times, the food is edible but not particularly tasty. The only consistently delicious item to come out of the kitchen are the pancakes, which I'm now starting to believe may be frozen and simply heated up, because it doesn't match up with the rest of the 'cooked' food. If you're looking for a stack of delicious pancakes, this is the place to go, as long as you don't mind waiting half an hour for them. read more

I go into IHOP several times a week. I am always welcomed warmly, the food is good and the service is great. The staff works very hard to remember you name when you come in. My favorite dish there is the Turkey Club. The french fries are always warm and the seasoning they use is great. read more

Only good service if you go in late at night. We waited 10 minutes at the door before before being greeted and seated. Then we sat for another 10 minutes without a server greeting us or getting a drink order. But two tables that came after us, received service and drinks before we did. Waited another 10 to revive the drinks, which was just water and a coffee. Someone else took our order, not the actual server. They weren't very busy either. No one asked us how our meal is and stopped by very promptly with the check. Felt rushed and ignored. 2 stars because the food was at least hot and consistent with the other times we've come here. The management is horrible. The kitchen is disgusting. I was truly disappointed when I found out this one is privately owned, and not part of the chain, where they are stricter about the rules. Add to it, they can't even fix their sign out front, and you find it is not what you would expect. If I could give this no stars I would! I hadn't been to IHOP in Logan for a long time because the last time I went, it was terrible. I thought maybe they had cleaned up their act so I tried to go there again. I will, in no way, shape, or form, ever consider going to eat there again. We had a large amount of people (about 10) and none of us liked the service OR the food. Our waitress rolled her eyes at us when she got frustrated, she didn't come and refill or take away old dishes, and forgot some of our food that was just sitting on the counter. There was maybe 4 other groups of people in the entire restaurant so there's no excuse for "being busy". The food was another issue. Each of us had something that was either the wrong thing or not cooked/cold. My mozzarella sticks were only cooked on the outside (the breading part) and on the inside it was cold and the cheese tasted awful! Another example, the meat and gravy that someone else got in my group, was cold. The other side to her order was eggs, we waited for a while thinking they were still cooking, nope! The waitress just forgot them on the counter so when she brought them over they were completely cold. After leaving, all of us were discussing how terrible the service and food was.
