This was my first time coming to this ihop, but also my first time coming to an ihop in general around 6 pm. I came in with the intentions of getting their all you can eat pancakes but after scanning their menu, I realized they have a special priced menu when eating between 3 pm - 9 pm so I was convinced into getting something savory instead. I went with their BLT on multigrain with onion rings as a side, all for $6. When I saw it coming towards me, I started to drool because it really did look so delicious, especially for a chain restaurant specializing in breakfast items on a weekday. Their multigrain bread was delicious and perfectly toasted. The bacon was crispy and the sandwich did have a good amount of it. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. It maybe could have used a little more mayo but it didn't need it enough where I wanted to ask for more. I believe it came with 5-6 onion rings but they were massive. My friend ordered the chicken (4 strips) and pancakes (3) and that also tasted very yummy, all for $8. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. There's plenty of parking since it is located in a plaza, and since it's in a plaza, you can also run errands or go shopping before/after. read more

New IHOP location, new clean store. Parking was easy, plentiful and safe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Anna Maria, a very friendly hostess. She had a genuine smile and was very kind. (She was the highlight of the visit) She gave me my choice of seats as the restaurant was mostly empty at 1:45 PM on a Wednesday afternoon. There were 3 other tables seated at this time, and I counted at least 5 employees in bright red shirts milling around. I sat alone, ignored by several wait staff that walked past me for about five minutes. Finally, a waitress came up to me, introduced herself and took my order. I ordered hot coffee and a veggie omelette, add avocado, hash browns on the side. It took about 10 minutes for her to bring me a cup of coffee. I'm not sure what else she was doing, as it appeared she only had one other table at this time, and there was plenty of staff available. Having to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee in an empty restaurant is very offputting and extremely poor customer service. When she finally brought out my coffee she avoided eye contact and offhandedly said "Oh sorry, had a little catastrophe back there and had to clean it". ‍ Had I known I would've had to wait 10 minutes for a simple cup of coffee I would have just gone to Starbucks next-door. Whatever. I'm sitting drinking my coffee, playing on my phone and I overhear a very loud and unsavory conversation ("Did you see those man boobs?!") from the female waitstaff gathered a short distance away from me. Not sure if they were talking about a customer, or what. Either way, unprofessional and gross. I am totally turned off from this place at this point and am tempted to just walk out. I can't believe how UNPROFESSIONAL these employees are. Complete and total lack of customer service and respect in any form. Anyways, food came out about 10 minutes after the coffee. Too much cheese but otherwise a halfway decent omelette. The half avocado was not fresh, and browning. Super disappointing, seeing as it was $1 upcharge. I probably wouldn't order anything from this menu ever again. The hash browns were dry and lacked flavor. Tomatoes had the texture of cardboard. Eggs were rubbery. Hollandaise sauce was just way too thick. Nothing tasted fresh. Coffee was bitter, burnt, and weak. Server was a little too chatty, interrupting me to talk about herself. I just want to eat my food in peace, I don't care about the scar on your wrist. If you need attention, seek it elsewhere. I'm a customer, not a shrink. A manager was walking around and the smell of her floral perfume was OVERWHELMING. I lost my appetite due to the over poweringsmell making me nauseous. All told, the bill was $13.79. Not even a little bit worth it. Get me the HELL outta here. 2 stars because the hostess was an amazing human being. Despite that, I won't be coming back here. Ever. read more

Amazing time in having brunch today. This location creates a great attendance of the venue, and yet the staff has such great service ongoing the wait times are cut to only 5 - 10 minutes. The food comes out fresh and hot. And the wait staff and kitchen runners are never idle. I even hot to chat with their amazing manager. Conveniently located moments from 146 and 295! Strongly recommend if you want a good breakfast, make the trip to Lincoln, you won't regret it! read more

I hadn't been to this location before. In way of traffic and parking, this location is the best of the 3 locally. We were seated and served quickly. The service was very good, despite it being very busy. My one negative was that my usual dish, the egg white omelet, appears to have shrunk. It's about 2/3 the size as I'm used to and is more like snack than a meal. I'll come back but will probably not want to order that again. read more

Convenient location, plenty of parking, nice staff, but could be a little cleaner. The area between the booth and the windows had a smell almost like cat pee. I dropped something that went over there and the area was filled with food, dirt, etc. BUT, the food was fantastic! We rarely go to a IHOP and I don't like pancakes and maple syrup. My husband had me try his pancakes with strawberries (without maple syrup) and I loved them. I'm not a fan of breakfast foods at all and I love being able to order lunch or dinner for breakfast. It'd been a long time since I'd last been to IHOP....here are my thoughts: PROS -Quick and friendly service -This location in particular is not usually busy or packed with people -Food is edible CONS -Either food is not as good as it used to be or I've gotten used to better. The plate I ordered (breakfast sampler) was served lukewarm and just tasted kind of blah. Being at a food chain, the meal was lacking that "homestyle" or "homemade" flavor that comes from when you sit down at a local mom and pop shop to enjoy pancakes. Also, portions seemed smaller to me but maybe that's because I was really hungry. That said, I felt price was a bit high for the quantity. Anyway, it wasn't terrible but I highly doubt I'll be back to IHOP at all, given that there are much better local spots out there! read more

Eggs Benedict are my favorite breakfast food not to mention tthat hollandaise sauce is my absolutely favorite.....I put it on everything.... I always get a side to dip my potatoes in and use on my eggs no matter what kind. This was the worst Hollandaise I have ever tasted.... It tasted and smelt sour. IHOP has never been my favorite but now that they removed moons over hammy I will never go back. As far as IHOPs are concerned, this is an above average location. Service is always friendly, food is prepared properly, and they have plenty of seating and parking. I've only gone for breakfast and the menu is full of excellent selections. The country omelet is pretty tasty, but I wasn't a huge fan of the blueberry pancakes. If you're a fan of IHOP, I'd say this is the best one in the general area. read more

Came here after a movie and love that it's open until 3 am because I was starving and after the late movie- nothing was open around 1 am so this was quite convenient. I read a lot of reviews that said the service here is awful but I thought quite the opposite. Was greeted and seated promptly and then the waitress took our order immediately and food came out within 10 minutes which was amazing cuz I had skipped dinner! However it was about 1:45 am and there were only two other booths with people in them. I ordered the "Split Decision Breakfast" but asked for all French toast (instead of pancakes) and all bacon (instead of ham/sausage) and it was pretty good. The French toast was so delicious- I ate all 4 pieces. The bacon was a bit greasy but still decent. The home fries or rather shredded potatoes were a bit tasteless so that was my only complaint. They also should give u a piece of toast or two with the Split Decision breakfast since this does come with 2 eggs, or rather I should've ordered a slice or two of toast given that I enjoy my eggs over easy. Overall food was good and the service was fast and good. The restaurant itself is immaculate and the restrooms are also nice and clean. I've never been so furious for breakfast/brunch. My bf ordered the sausage and biscuits w/ gravy and I ordered the chicken fried steak. We both decided on our eggs over-easy. We had the "bottomless" coffee to drink. After placing our orders, we sat there for about 45 minutes as other customers sat down beside us, ordered, finished eating, and left. Our waitress told us our food takes a little bit longer. We waited another 10 minutes and saw multiple waitresses as well as the manager, Amy, come by and clean the tables beside us. Not a single person looked at us or checked in with us. I've never felt so invaluable as a customer. Finally, our food arrived. Both with cold white gravy on top. Inedible. We asked to have it heated up. When it came back, it was obvious our dishes had been microwaved. Do you know what happens to over-easy eggs when you microwave it? We were now presented with over-medium eggs. The taste of the food itself was ok. Oh! Did I mention that "bottomless" coffee is no longer bottomless when no one comes to check if you need more? So in review, the kitchen doesn't care. The waitstaff doesn't care, and the manager doesn't care. The only thing positive I can say about this new location is that it's so clean because the manager wipes down the tables. read more

This might be my favorite IHOP yet! I was in last Friday night with my fiancé and the service was absolutely incredible. Angela was our sever and she got it absolutely right. It was incredibly busy, but Angela took the time to make sure we were really cared for. The food came out quickly, was hot and delicious!! We asked to speak to a manger so we could tell him what a great time we were having; Nick came over promptly and we told him he'd be seeing us again soon! I had the quesadilla which was cheesy and absolutely delicious, and my fiancé decided to go with the appetizer sampler as a meal - it was also excellent! I took my granddaughter for brunch for graduation. She ordered a shake, slice of avocado toast and the eggs for 2.00 more her meal was 9.50 I ordered the 55 breakfast for 6.95. I asked the waitress if I could have home fries instead of hash browns. For some reason she said there is an up charge( no other I hops charge extra) and I got coffee so my total bill was 20 tops. Now I had a coupon they send in the mail. She would not even use it one excuse after another. Can't use that on a holiday well it was Sun and the holiday was that Mon. She said if you had the other one on the sheet that would work. So I went out to the truck and grabbed the sheet ( which she was not happy I had.) I gave her that one and guess what you can use it (but I am going to leave it on the table and not put it towards the bill) Our food comes after 20mins my granddaughter was given a few specks of avocado. My hash browns can instead of home fries. So now I am sending back the hash browns to get the home fries and my eggs are cold and rubbery She finally comes back with the home fries and the cook must have dropped a pepper shaker on them so hot and spicy I could not eat it. The funny thing was the waitress came back with our check it was for 38.00 She had put a build your own crape on it but I never asked for that. She played dumb but I have it figured out she makes more money on you if you do not check the itemized bill and just pay it she removes it and keeps the difference. NOT COOL. the place is crawling with managers and she asked how was our meal my granddaughter said hers was ok I said it left a lot to be desired. My friend Danny and I ate here a couple weeks ago. Everything was great, until we left. We drove not even 1 minute down the road and we both began to feel funky. I was driving and started sweating at the wheel as my stomach did backflips. I had to turn around and go back to the Target to find a bathroom. SEVERE FOOD POISONING. I have an iron stomach and never had anything like this happen to me, LET ALONE TWO PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME. We both were in the target restrooms for 2 hours.
