$30 for two meals at a mediocre "restaurant"???? Seriously???? My boyfriend got an omelette & I got a chicken quesidilla MINUS the chicken. I've got to say it was the most pathetic veggie quesidilla I've ever seen. Red & green peppers, no other veggies??? Ridiculous. And our server SUCKED. She didn't take any $ off my quesidilla (considering I asked for no chicken.) And she literally slammed our plates down on the table and NEVER got our refills. As for tipping terrible servers, IHOP makes enough money by screwing over their customers, I'm pretty sure they can pay their damn employees. read more

Service is nonexistent. Food is fine but you will be hard pressed to get anyone to get you a table or wait on you. And your food will take ages to come out. If you are willing to put up with all of that then the food is fine. read more

Descriptions of the service as "strange" are right on. When this became an Ihop we were thrilled. And for awhile it was great. It's your standard Ihop chain thing.... It was our go to place for breakfast, every weekend alone or with friends. So this is not based on anything isolated. Then, inexorably, food, service, not to mention management, went right past downhill into an abyss. Can't figure out how to place an order for a menu offering. One of the "managers" basically sits with her significant other in a booth despite or regardless of what is happening in the restaurant, yadda...yadda..yadda. One customer, on a particularly ridiculously incompetent day, leaned over to me from a neighboring table and asked, "Is it just me, or is this the only pancake house in the country that can't figure out how to serve pancakes?" Um, yeah, it is. We got fed up finally six weeks ago after sitting for an hour, watching huge parties that came in after us be served, watching our waitress burst into a screaming tear fit because she hadn't put our order in at all, and having the booth-denizen manager snap at US because they had screwed up so,royally. Haven't been and probably won't go back, There's another standard chain thing up the street thats on its game. This Ihop is totally replaceable and forgettable, The only reason it's surviving is that's it's attached to the truck stop. read more

Imagine four weary travelers driving from St. Louis to Boulder, Colorado. We're all jam-packed into my Subaru Forester, along with snowboarding gear and suitcases, all starved and tired... and seriously craving some pancakes! Now imagine me, the co-pilot, navigator, the one with the Yelp app. No iHops in sight. Just a Denny's. With lousy reviews. Eeef. If only there was an iHop conveniently placed right off of I-70 for our dining pleasure?! Well, we decided to take the Limon, CO exit anyway just to get some food. And what did we find just over the crest of the interstate off-ramp? A GIGANTIC, well-lit, brand new, iHop restaurant with doors wide open, ready to accommodate us! It was as if our pancake-induced prayers had been answered! We said our hash-brown Hallelujahs and headed into the restaurant. It was literally brand new, just opened, and super nice, neat, and clean inside. There was a convenience store/truck-stop type of travel plaza thingy attached to the restaurant with many nice, clean, bathrooms as well. Amen. It seem as though there was only one hostess and one waiter. Pretty much...that was it. We were seated right away by our server who we saw smoking outside when we arrived. He immediately put out his cig and went inside to take our orders. He chatted with us briefly and offered to get us drinks ASAP since we were super thirsty. I had water, orange juice, and coffee. No joke. I was hella mad thirsty. I had the Eggs Benedict, something I adore and have never ordered at an iHop before, and the rest of us had variations of pancakes and French toast. The food came out pretty fast and we devoured it like we hadn't eaten in weeks! The Eggs Benedict were okay. They weren't spectacular or anything but they weren't horrible either. The eggs had been over-poached which was kind of meh, but the Hollandaise sauce made up for the dryness of the eggs. The English muffins were really fresh and tasty and the Canadian bacon was pretty awesome too. The hashbrowns were crispy and fresh! Mmm. I don't even LIKE hash-browns and I devoured these. If only I had more room in my stomach! Our iHop visit was so awesome! I was slowly digesting whilst driving when I struck a crazy, suicidal raccoon who jumped out in front of me on the highway! Now if only I hadn't run over the damned raccoon on I-70W. Crap...... Now I need to get the plastic engine panel on my car replaced. Alas. But yeah, if you're traveling by Limon, CO on I-70, definitely stop at this iHop! It's super neat and clean and the service is great! read more

Usually we enjoy a good breakfast experience at IHOP. Not this time. There was not a hostess at the front, so we were waved in from the back by a server to get a table. Downhill from there. Penny R was our server, I assume from our bill because she was not wearing a name badge. It took quite some time for her to greet us and take our coffee order. Then it took even longer for our order to be taken. We ran out of coffee and when she came to "check" on us, I would have asked for a refill but her way of "checking on us" was to literally rush by, click her fingernails on our table while asking if everything is ok. No eye contact. No stop. Just kept on going. Wow. We then waited and waited and waited for our check. My husband finally got up to indicate that we were leaving. She finally addressed us and printed our check. Unfortunately we were not the only customers who were dissatisfied with the service. Others were rolling their eyes, tapping their credit card on the table and sitting with arms crossed, grimacing. Overall, a very condescending, poor service experience that didn't even make up for the fairly decent food. read more

Came here the other night at 8pm for a late dinner. I had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but my waitress after that was pretty attentive. I just had the usual pancakes, eggs and sausage and it was fair. Nothing to write home about but not bad. The restroom needed some attention. read more

Waffle was burnt. Server was really slow. We first had a really peppy girl but she dumped us off on some slow dude so she could go get her cig fix. I over heard her tell the coworker she deserves 5 dollar tips. Probably would have gave a 5 dollar tip if I had 5 dollar service. read more

Great clean place, great service and really good food. Free WiFi as well. This place is easy to get into from the highway as well. Definitely will be stopping here when heading west over and over. Twice in a row we have been in to eat lunch on Sunday. Neither time was really busy. Both times it took over and hour to get our food. Today, when they finally got our food to us after an hour and 15 minutes, it was all cold. My steak was room temp, but the eggs on every plate felt like they came out of the refrigerator. Every plate had to be sent back to be reheated. The entire time we were waiting on the food, the waitress never came back to check on drinks or anything. We live locally and will not go back. I have been going to this IHOP every week for 4 months and the service is always slow, the food is never done right, and the workers spend more time smoking outside or talking to one another about private lifes than serving customers. I am done. I only came for the free net and to shower with my free showers at the Pilot. From now on I will go to the McDonalds down the street or the Restraunt in the TA just a few blocks away. No free net at the TA but there is at the McDonalds across the street and the service at both the McDonalds and TA is amazing! read more

Our group of 11 went in got drinks placed order and waited over an hour and still no food . All while many other people came in got food ate and we're done still no food for so we left. We were traveling and needed to get on road . Been at many places with groups like this and NEVER had to wait that long!! Do not reccomend. read more
