We had a bit of trouble with a mobile order we were trying to cancel--customer service was already closed for the night, so we weren't able to get through. Instead of letting it go to waste, we decided to just head inside and see what could be done. Honestly, we were blown away by how kind and generous the team inside was. They were understanding about the situation and super helpful. Everyone was friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we left happy. Interesting location connected to a big tourist gift shop for Colorado trinkets. Service fast and order made correctly.

This review is for the Wendys at 300 Main street , Limon CO . Next to a shell station and a colorado gift shop. I stopped in today and observed a man standing on the counter next to the ice machine. He had an open bag of ice and was attempting to place the ice in the soda ice machine with his hands. He was breaking up the ice as well with his hands. The wendys worker offered to handle the ice with her hands too and put it in the machine. I was standing in line and then I just left the building. It was disgraceful and appalling. Does wendys supply small step ladders and food handler gloves to delivery people? Is standing on the counter wearing your work boots where customers handle the food and drinks and get supplies really hygienic? These are good questions to ponder if you choose to enter this establishment. read more

Food was good and came quickly, all areas were clean including the restroom and the staff is very friendly.

Service is hit or miss depending on the day. Food quality has been declining post covid. Today the person at the counter and later wiping off tables had such bad body odor I had to get up and leave when they cleaned the table next to me. read more

This place is really charging $14 for a fast food meal, a burger some fries and a drink! they said they raised their prices to compete with Denver their food ain't even that good these fries been sitting for a while under the warmer and the burger was probably one of the worst burgers I've ever had! The service was fast, but it came at the expense of quality. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was in edible. The bread taste stale, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was hard and dry and chewy. I took one bite and that's all I could eat. The chili tasted especially greasy. read more

I'm not gonna lie, this was one of the roughest Wendy's I have ever ate at. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile, and it's probably the smallest dine-in area I have ever seen one have. With that said, I didn't see anything else at this exit to eat at that late at night, so the two stars is a thank you for at least being there, because I was hungry. bad Customer service, drive thru always seems upset they have to work. sometimes overstuff fries(not a complaint) but most of the time looks like they Might as well just give me a small or toss a couple loose fries in the bag. Have to agree with the first reviewer's comments about the staff. They just don't seem to want to be there at all. And it does just have kind of a blah vibe to it. That said, it's one of the bigger Wendy's I've ever seen. And it's right off I-70, making it one of the last convenient places to stop if you're headed towards Denver. The food- well, it's Wendy's. No different than any other Wendy's I've visited. But the folks who work here could definitely use a happy pill. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way from Cheyenne WY to Great Bend Kansas. It's Just off Interstate 70 attached to a Shell station. Men's and Women's restrooms were clean and well stocked. Dining room is open and was well kept. Food up to par. Service was excellent and meal was ready quickly. Nice place to stop for a break. read more

This is the absolutely the most shittiest service and terrible food that I have ever attempted to eat. The wait took 20 minutes, the chicken sandwiches were cold, fries were cold. The experience was awful. I would not give it one star. We will be lucky if we don't get food poisoning. I think one of our chicken sandwiches was left over from the day before. TERRIBLE. read more

Iced tea is weak and tastes like dishwater. Spigot to pour iced tea is broken and they don't seem to want to fix it. This has got to be the most depressingly and blandly decorated Wendy's I've ever seen. Dining room staff had a permanent scowl on their face. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Everyone I know refers to this as the "worst Wendy's in the world". Slow as molasses service from a bunch of either very lazy or very high teenagers. The orders are usually screwed up somehow and the dining area is dirty. Just a craptastic place in general. Try the Chinese place on the other side of the parking lot instead.
