My wife had the French Connection which is basically a French dip sandwich with fries. Also excellent. Bailey, our server, was excellent and service overall was excellent. The interior decor is unique. Oscar's is a Hollywood themed restaurant with lots of old movie memroberlia including some big, old movie cameras. Oscar's is definitely a hidden gem along I-70. I now have a favorite restaurant in Limon and forward to my next trip across Colorado.

No free chips and salsa here. My #6 burrito and enchilada combo ($15.67) was pretty good, except the refried beans lacked any flavor whatsoever. My wife's chicken tinga burrito ($10.35) was larger, covered with green chili, and at 1/3 less cost, a better value. $3.75 for a drink is pushing the upper limits of what I'm used to. Oh, and they triggered one of my pet peeves - asking for a tip before any service has been provided. It's probably the best Mexican food in Deer Trail, and we were glad to get it. Just go in with realistic expectations.
