Good food, nice waitress willing to service extra food. Good place to stop and eat. Clean, nice setup. read more

Omelettes were good. Service was slow and no one to greet and seat you. The reason for two stars was pricing. $4.29 for an iced tea, $3.99 for a coke. Spent $50 for the trip. Too much for two omelettes and drinks. read more

IHOP's value has been declining for some time and this place is helping it decline. There were 7 other people in the whole place when 8 of us walked in. They were quickly overwhelmed. I don't know how any "Pancake House" can serve cold pancakes, but they sure did. By the time I saw the waiter again, I was too irritated to eat anything else. When I complained to corporate, after 2 weeks, the manager finally sent me an email saying "Please give us another chance". Not likely. When I mentioned it to a buddy, he said, "We gave up on that place a while back". This was the Limon, Colorado IHOP. read more

Our first stop on our summer vacation was for lunch in Limon. My husband loves IHOP, so it was the obvious choice. When our guts told us to turn around & leave as soon as we walked in, we should have listened. But we didn't.... First, the host was a smug young "man" wondering aimlessly with an AirPod in his ear, so he couldn't even hear what anyone was saying. He would seat one party, then disappear, leaving people waiting at the front counter. Once we were seated, it was nearly 10mins before anyone even asked us about drinks. Then another long wait for him to come take our order. I started watching the clock at that point. From the time we sat down to the time we were finally able to pay was just short of an hour & a half. It was not busy by any means. But our waiter was busy chatting with his table of friends, and making excuses to customers ("I've been up since 5am!" Seriously.) to actually do his job. He was friendly enough, but no one was doing their job, our food was mediocre (a whole other issue. But we ate it because we knew we might never reach our destination if we sent it back & had to wait for new food.), & EVERY customer was irritated at best & quite angry at the worst. AND our table was gross: sticky table with a dirty coffee pot with hair stuck to it. To top it off, we couldn't even add our rewards points on the IHOP app. When I tried, I got an odd message that makes me wonder what they're doing behind the register.I emailed the "contact us" email that seemed to be to local management with no response (I waited 2 days to leave a review). read more

IHOP - Odd error message. Why would a receipt be cancelled, yet used for us to pay? I tried adding both before AND after we paid. - American Near Me - Limon, Colorado

This place is middle of the road. Took a while to get seated even though there were 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Sign asks me to wait to be seated but the hostess told me to sit anywhere without a sign. Waitress was nice but extremely busy. I ordered sirloin tips with eggs and pancakes. Nothing special about the food. Sirloin tips were a little sweet for some reason. read more

Giving two stars instead of one due to the lady that actually took care of me when I came back this morning after ordering to go last night and almost dying. I am severely allergic to mushrooms. I ordered steak tips to go with eggs and very precisely stated my allergy. When back at my hotel, I found mushrooms in my food. Luckily I caught it prior to eating. I called explained the situation, and she stated I had to take it up with the manager in the morning. After going back, the lady manager there made sure I was taken care of and she deserves 5 stars. She asked for my receipt which I couldn't find right away, so I pulled up the card transaction on my phone. Now I usually do not tip on to go orders, but since the restaurant looked slow at midnight, I gave the waitress Lisa a $2 cash tip before I took my order and I made sure to cross out the tip line on my card receipt and put the amount for food which was $18.88. After checking my account, Lisa decided to give herself an additional tip without my authorization. While the restaurant setting is nice and clean, the servers honesty is not. I will not be coming back unless Lisa is not working. read more

Service was slow also they changed the steak it's no longer the thick bone it's the paper thin steak. I asked for extra seasoning didn't get it but outside of that everything was like your normal IHOP experience when you done solo they bring everything and almost forget about you until you stand up . Pancakes are always a hot no matter what location. read more

Stopped for the nite here. Toooo tired of driving. Found last spot by the scale lol! Woo hoo. Showers then food. Bf had coffee waiting for me as I got to the table yeah. I ordered my fav... Swedish Crepes yum. And two poached eggs. Perfect! Bf had the grilled chicken n Vegi salad. Well that was NOT up to snuff. Slightly grilled chicken, hardly any vegis and NO grilled half of lemon like advertised... wah wah wah. Oh well. He was bummed but ate it. read more

Awful service. Food wrong. Server and manager pieces work. Very rude. Took forever to get drinks. Messi was wrong and they offered $3 discount on it. Until my partner blew up. Offensive. The wait to get simply butter was ridiculous. Server slammed on table and walked off. Avoid this place. read more

I wasn't to impressed with the place. My burger was loaded with grease. My fries tasted like they were cooked with some kinda fish. The waitress was very very nice and was on point with asking if I needed anything. The Menu was on printed paper and in very tiny lettering. Hope u bring a magnifying glass with u. read more

The staff is friendly, the place is open and airy and most importantly it is clean. I've had waffles before but this one, Blueberry Cheesecake waffle was outstanding. It wasn't overly sweet, just sweet enough to enjoy it. My eggs were perfectly cooked. My husband enjoyed his French toast, covered with strawberries and bananas. This is the first iHop that I truly enjoyed eating at. Bonus....being inexpensive was purely a bonus. read more

The best IHOP I been in while traveling. The only complaint is the waitress Penny forgot one of are Meal and we had to tell her but she was sure he got it but he did not . So they made it and I think he should got his meal free or 1/2 off . And when someone ask for butter. The probers response is We don't Cary that kind anymore but I can get you some regular butt. ( not it's say on menu we don't have it ) but besides those two things she was very good and nice. And I would have her wait on me again. Im happy with everything at this vist read more

We were excited for ihop on our way to Denver. Host was nice, asked about our kids head injury and seemed genuine, so props to her. When we sat, and the waitress asked our order, brought us drinks, all was well. My dinner salad consisted of soggy wilted greens, two slices of red onion and a slice of tomato. Tried to eat some but was awful. Brought out our food then never saw the waitress again other then when she rudely explained an omelette to a nearby table. Sat with empty water cups, never checked on. Finally she came back to drop off the check.. literally drop it on our table and said she'd take our money. Alright. Still never got another water. Only left a tip because as servers ourselves we believe in good karma, but not really service that deserved it. We get bad days, trust me I do, but that was a little much. Wasn't even busy. Food wasn't all that good either. Reading tickets is really helpful guys. Wouldn't recommend. read more

The service from the hostess to the manager were all deplorable. Several walk-outs in front of us happened. We were stuck there because we just finished a 3 hour stretch of driving with a 2 and 4 year old. Food came out luke-warm/cold. Menu says all kids' meals come with beverages but we were charged for them. Manager did adjust the bill but battled with me. It's not my fault that IHOP doesn't understand the basic English language to compare a clause stating that kids' meals come with "free refills only". read more

Watch out for the Asian waiter by the name of Danny S. Who thought it would be a funny thing to charge an extra 2.89 for toast. I'm pretty sure it was supposed to come along with the omelet like anywhere else. Shame on IHOP if that's what they do. Also I ordered the Big Steak omelet but it ended up the thin Phily Cheasteak. I guess that's what they do according to a different review I read. I guess you have to watch out for those IHOPS in the truckstops. They'll get you in some way. It's the typical "screw you truckdrivers" attitude that is so prevalent nowadays. read more

There was hair in my food. The ranch tasted like mayo. The Arnold palmers tasted astonishingly gross.

I wish our IHOP back home was as good as this one. Food is very good. Building it clean, of course being newer contributes to that. Still, they have a very good cook here and they should keep him, them, how ever their system is. Half the time, the specialty stuff tends to come out too sweet. Not this place. The French Toast was done right. Service is quick and friendly. read more

"Please wait to be seated" sign up front. Waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Only 2 other groups in the entire restaurant and the host sat us at the closest booth to both tables of other patrons. When I asked why we could not sit at one of the many other clean tables I was given this reaponse, "I sat you guys here so it would be easier on my server so he's not running all around". Remember, there are only two other tables taken. You won't miss a thing by not coming here. The coffee was hardly warm. The silverware was dirty. IHOP is one of my favorite breakfast places, even at one in the morning. My husband stopped here because it was right up the road from our hotel and we basically had the whole place to ourselves. Our waiter was so nice and very attentive to us throughout our visit. I got the king Hawaiian roll French toast and it was amazing per usual, my hot chocolate was huge. My husband loved his stuffed French toast as well. The restaurant was very clean and organized! Wonderful visit. read more

Do NOT do business here!!! We stood in line behind 2 other parties only to be told it would be a 10-minute wait to be seated in a HALF filled restaurant. There was no one to clean tables, we were told, yet we could SEE plenty of clean tables of all sizes. We left. This place literally sucks. Don't even bother. read more

What a disappointment!!!! When I first walked in, there a gentleman waiting to be seated. We both waited and after a minute or two, I left to restroom. I came out and he was still waiting. I decided to get a few things from the attached convenience store. Upon my return, he had been seated. An older woman on the phone taking an order. NOT ONCE DID SHE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE!!!! Very slow service and what they serve is nothing like is described. For a 20$ breakfast you'd probably be better off to go to McDonald's

We stopped by at about 5:00pm tonight. There were already several people waiting in the lobby to be seated, but inside the restaurant itself, only about 4 or 5 tables had customers at them. We waited for 15 minutes and two of the waitresses even made eye contact with us and the others that were waiting for tables and NEVER came to seat us, never acknowledged us to let us know "I'll be there in a moment" or "I'll send our host out to seat you." Nothing. Two customers left while we waited and then we ended up leaving, too. I just thought the owner of this franchise should know that they are losing a lot of money by not even bothering to seat people or even acknowledge that they're waiting there. So rude. read more

A quick hop off the main highway, which was good, made it easier to hop back on after walking out! No hostess, walked into diner & tons of dirty tables... Headed towards the door & finally hostess asks if we wanted to wait...was told 40 minute wait was due to only 2 servers on staff. It's Saturday morning 8 AM & only 2 servers!? Sounds like a $30 bad experience waiting to happen...piss poor management...slow service. Do yourself a large, keep driving...there's other options down the road! read more

Not a bad place to stop for a quick lunch. The restaurant was clean. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. I had the double decker BLT with fries. We were warned by 2 people about horrible service, but decided to try anyway. 10 minutes to be seated, hostess took our drink orders and they never came. Flies everywhere. I can just imagine the epic battle about to commence when my food arrives. I suppose the waiter smelling my drink to see what it was should have been my first clue as to the events about to unfold. Been here awhile now, food isn't coming out, but the flies seem to be multiplying. I don't even want to think about my food sitting in the back with flies all over it. I will never step foot in here again. Someone needs to have this place inspected. read more

We arrived at IHOP at 9am on Sunday. The place was less than half full. We waited 15 min before the hostess even gave us any eye contact, then once sat another 10 before we saw our server Lillian. She took our drink and food order and we didn't see her again for another 10 min or more. We ordered 2 waters, coffee, kids milk and a lemonade. We had two funny face pancake orders for the kids and my husband and I ordered a pancake combo each. We sat there waiting for over and hour to get our food. The waitress and manager stared at us for that whole hour and the manager never once made contact with us or comped anything off our bill. The waitress said she would speak to him and take some off, she didn't. He never came. The food came tasteless and gross and the service was the worst I've had in a long time. Highly disappointing. We finally left at 10:40. An hour and 40 min for gross pancakes and terrible service. Will never go back. read more

We stopped in here a few times and it has been great each time. Service is top notch, food has been fresh and delicious!!

Friendly welcome and very nice waitress. We waited maybe one minute for service after we were seated and we didn't wait at the door at all. The waitress was kind enough to show us the breakfast special which saved us $2.00. Love that! My eggs weren't cooked the way I asked but that was taken care of immediately and the manager came over to make sure all was taken care of. Food was great. I highly recommend this stop. read more
