Oh Lordy here we go again. This place is awful. Customer service is next to nothing. Actually nothing is more than they give. Me and another dasher waited and waited. They even sat other people and never addressed us. When I finally got someone's attention she said I am bagging it up. No sorry nada nothing. Happens every single time I come in here. Decided to add that I even called the restaurant while standing there waiting for someone to say something and they wouldn't even answer the phone. read more

Only ONE server at this entire establishment?! Has the world gone mad??? The poor waitress Jenni was working her tail off at 2am serving a bunch of bum ass high schoolers. They need more manpower immediately! This is just sad, my day was going just peachy until I opened these iHop doors... save yourself and your time. but shout out jenni. how sweet. my milkshake was great girl. read more

Food was marginal. Half of it cold. Waitress screwed up and didn't put in the order. Came back 25 minutes later to tell us and took the order again. But the real reason for the one star is the fact nobody offered to discount the bill. That's pretty standard when you are held an extraordinary long time due to failures. Accidents happen but so should accommodation of some kind. Poor business model. read more

Came here for a quick brunch and was not disappointed! The coffee was brewed fresh, the service was phenomenal! Our waiter (Lee) was great! His personality and attention to detail made our experience a very enjoyable one to say the least! Highly recommend this IHOP! read more

Good service and food. Could use a few more cooks to keep up with the work flow. Food was a little slow getting to the table.

I placed on in app order for pick up. I showed up 10 min after my order was supposed to be ready. I still had to wait an additional 30 min for my food to be handed to me. Then the staff made it seem as if I was being an inconvenience to them even tho I waited quitely and patiently for my food. read more

I stood for 15:00 min. No one came to seat my party definitely will not be coming back. Deserve no stars

Not sure what was happening today but when we arrived, half of the restaurant was shut off and we stood waiting to be seated for 10 min at least and no one smiled or greated us or said be right with you or anything at all. Won't be returning. read more

lousy service! If I could I wouldn't give them any stars ----------------- mal Servicio!

I was about ready to scream at the top of my goddamn lungs like a small child having a tantrum. ill never bring my woke ass back to this god awful fucking establishment. read more

Came in Sunday 2/18 around 1:45 in the afternoon. The host was the best part of our experience here. Our server, Gerry (not sure how to spell it since she wasn't wearing a name tag), was very inattentive. She took our drink order, a decaf coffee and a Dr. Pepper, and told me she was going to grab me a water after she dropped it off. She never did bring me my water, and as an avid decaf drinker, I can tell you my first cup of coffee was not decaf. It has a signature taste that this one did not have. She took our order, about ten minutes goes by and both of our drinks are empty. We don't get refills until the food comes out, another five to ten minutes. I ordered a BYO omelette with bacon, cheddar cheese, peppers and onions, and fresh tomatoes. My omelette came out without bacon or tomatoes on it. My husbands biscuit sandwich fell apart immediately, was dry, and both of our meals were lukewarm. We heard them call hot food many times before it came out. The server walked by after another five or so minutes, and we had to flag her down to tell her my omelette was incorrect. No apology, just said ok and grabbed it and walked away. Then she had to come back and ask me what I ordered, I'm assuming because she didn't remember and didn't write it down. The remake was piping hot, but again was wrong. Cheese wasn't even melted, and the tomatoes were not the fresh ones I requested. The bacon was limp and barely cooked. At this point we had been there an hour and were upset. Drinks stayed empty for an extended period of time, and she didn't pre-bus our table until closer to the end. She didn't come by to ask if my remake was correct, didn't even ask if the food tasted okay when she came around the first time. Overall she lacked in the basic steps of service. We would've been much more understanding about the food had the service not sucked this terribly. Mind you, she only had one other table for the majority of our time there. At the end, she took our card, and then we watched her stand there with it and chit chat with a coworker for a minute before bringing it back to us. On our way out the door, we could see her on the server line texting away on her phone, while another tables food sat in the window right in front of her. The servers cared more about being cut and doing their side work than their customers. We watched other tables, both our servers and others, who were being neglected. Our servers other table was talking about how their order came out incorrect as well. We now see why this IHOP is only rated two stars and would rather make the drive to the Lafayette IHOP than come here. read more

Met a friend at IHOP yesterday at 1:00pm. Stood in the lobby and waited to be seated. The restaurant was not busy and staff could see us. No service offered. Not even hello. So we left without being seated and had a nice friendly meal at Cracker Barrell. read more

Sorry people. I love IHop, but this place is not what it used to be. The place looks typical on the outside, inside it looks like a pet store just moved out of the building. It is terrible inside. The place isn't the oldest place in town, but it looks like it is trying to be. The food isn't hot. Food is dry, poor quality, if they have what you order. Staff is wearing their pants down around their butts. Uniforms look shabby & unwashed. Unprofessional, at best. Bad experience. People are nice, it seems, but it just does not welcome you as an eating experience. Do not want to go back. read more

I travel the country and just like any other chain restaurant, the food is consistent. I've never understood why IHOP gets mediocre reviews. Perhaps from people who go there to get food other than breakfast food? I go there for breakfast, not hamburgers. The one thing I like about IHOP is that they make omelets the way God intended. Cook the eggs then put the ingredients on top then fold over so the extras are INSIDE the omelet. This particular IHOP went the lazy way and mixed the ingredients up with the eggs and folded over. I can't stand that. Then the waffle I ordered was as soft as the pancakes and raw on the inside. Waffles are supposed to be crispy on the outside. These were not. So if you are used to these things done the correct way, this is not the IHOP for you. It isn't for me. read more

We waited quit awhile to be seated and the table we were seated at was in a very awkward location, it was super close to the surrounding tables. Our waitress took awhile to get us our drinks but after that she was very attentive. There was another guy helping out that was really hustling to make sure everyone had what they needed and made sure everything was clean! Our orders were just as we wanted as well which is always great. Our drinks came in to go cups because they were doing dishes but it worked out great because we got to leave with our them! read more

Horrible food this morning. All the food tasted the same. Swedish Crepes and eggs all cooked in the same grease. Crepes only tasted like the old grill and under cooked. Shared this information with the server, but nothing was done to change the food. Grill seemed like it wasn't clean. Can't go back there. This is not the first time. Grace 7/22/21. read more

I haven't been to an IHOP late at night since I was in college and we made it a nightly thing, but it appears not a lot has changed. In Kokomo on a Friday night, there aren't a whole lot of options for late-night dining, so IHOP became our choice when faced with that or...well, nothing else. I was impressed to see two (off-duty?) police officers hanging out in booths, no doubt to keep the peace should the teenagers get rowdy. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, but the food was...well, not good. Our mozzarella sticks were overcooked and teetering on the edge of being burnt. The lady at the next table, obviously put off by the state of her mozzarella sticks as well, sent them back to have a fresh batch cooked. I should've done the same, but I was so exhausted from being up after midnight that I just ignored it and ate it. My chicken sandwich was so bad I am hesitant to even use the word food to describe it. Like the mozzarella sticks before it, it was burnt within moments of its life, drenched in a sauce that may have been scooped out of a sewer, and garnished with two pieces of wilted lettuce (yum!). I know it's hard to judge a restaurant by its late-night offerings, but considering that this is IHOP and one of their claims to fame is the fact that they're open 24/7, I find it hard to find a whole lot that's good about my experience coming here. read more

Suck suck suck suck suck. Waitress. Rude lousy service n there prices are crazy way to high for what u don't get

Do Not call in an order to go. After placing my order over the phone(because the website menu was did not have all options), get to the restaurant and find out that they were out of items that I ordered. Would have preferred a call to be able to decide if I wanted to keep the order. Fortunately, I checked the order before leaving. More items were missing. As a former server, I understand things can get a little crazy at times. I walked in, with the hope of expediting things. The store was not busy inside or with to-gos. To-go orders need work. read more

What do you say about a big chain that hasnt been said before. It is a standard IHOP, it was very clean and service was very fast and polite. The food was as good as any IHOP I have been to. The food came out fast and hot as well. The only issue I noticed was when we were leaving they had about 10 people in different parties waiting to be seated and they hadnt been helped in about 5 to 10 mins and this place wasnt busy at all when we were their. read more

DONT EVEN BOTHER! I have tried eating in the restaurant and ordering delivery. Each time it's a severe disappointment! I love their pancakes and the one in Indy is great. This one is just NOT. When we ate inside it took almost an hour to get our food. When I ordered delivery they said they received my order but it never showed up. After waiting until 30 minutes after their expected delivery time I called them. They said they couldn't get a driver and refunded my money. Hello! Communication??? Now I have a hangry child and have to try somewhere else! Never again.. if I need my red velvet pancakes I'll just drive to the Indy location. read more

Free pancakes to benefit charity is a great idea. Obviously the service from the waitress was a little weak, but when your order is all going to donation what do you expect as far as service. Our waitress was nice, but was not around much to help us. We still left a tip because she obviously gave us service because we got our free pancakes. Great idea for supporting charity. read more

Waited 1 hour and a half for our food. The waitress checked on our table twice In that time. the rest of the time she was talking to the only cook they had in the kitchen, loudly, and most of the time complaining. That was the reoccurring excuse for all issues that were raised. They were not busy... maybe 8 tables in the restaurant were occupied. I overheard one customer complain about black spots in the ketchup, and they were told it's ok it's just pepper. Pancakes were hard on the outside because they sat for so long. Cups were dirty. This was my last trip to this ihop. read more
