Although it wasn't available when we ate there, they also make their own donuts (in a food truck!). Peru seems to attract "labor of love" little establishments like this, and this is a gem. Fortunately for me, I worked on campus, so when I got out of class, I'd make a short detour to where it was parked next to RAWL (one of their stops at the time), and pick up up something to eat. Actually, it's hard for me to write anything about their food because they're so good about changing up their menu and having new things. They're really big on creativity and using local ingredients. For example, they got a boatload of millet sometime back and start asking around what people thought they should make from it to sell. Great prices, fun, and carefully thought out dishes. Prepare yourself to wait for a bit after ordering. Staff are super friendly and open about any questions you have about the food.
