Well my Mom wanted IHOP for breakfast so I order our food online to make it a little faster so I thought but I was wrong. The online ordering said my order would be ready at 12:20 but when I got there I waited 10 minutes in the car before going in, went in give name on order their were to very nice and very helpful hostess at the front helping me Ciera and Trinity (thanks ladies). Trinity went to check for my order and came back to let me know the manager Carmelo said it wasn't ready yet, so then I waited 15 more minutes finally the manager brings my order out so I'm checking everything as he walks off doesn't wait to see if my order is right, which it was not right they forgot the bell peppers and onions , cheese in my Mom's chicken fajita Omelette and her wheat toast also, my Bacon Extreme Omelette was cold no cheese that I could see and no tomatoes either which it was supposed to have on and in it. My beautiful daughter order a Spinach and Mushroom Omelette but the spinach was very salty and she couldn't eat the Omelette, from what I seen it was the manager and kitchen staff mistake. So I called and talked to the manager Carmelo how really didn't know what to say but that he would replace my Mom's food only. So I waited about 10 minutes called back and got another manager named Ronnie who was very nice and kind in helping me with my order issues and said he would put my order to be replaced and apologized for everything and he had just clocked in for the day. read more

Let me start off by saying that I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. We waited over an hour for our food with one drink refill. There tea was left from yesterday & tasted stale. I got the new garlic burger with a garlic sauce & they literally dumbed a jar of minced garlic on my burger and then had no clue what the garlic sauce was when I asked . Everyone is getting up and leaving. Tables around us have sat here longer than us. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming here. read more

My family and I got Uber eats and the food was absolutely horrible. One order came with raw chicken, another was missing the toppings for the crepes, we were missing an order of pancakes, and toppings for another order. absolutely disappointed and will never order from here again. read more

Can I give it a negative star? We came into town for NYE weekend. On the way out of town we stopped here. First off - we waited an hour to be seated. The hostess continued to overlook us on the list. At first we thought she was just taking smaller groups as tables became available (we were 5) so we waited patiently. Problem is when she took not one but attempted to take another group of 6 in front of us. My cousin spoke up and explained that we'd been waiting for an hour and she's skipping over us. The hostess said "Oh sorry" and waved us to a booth right by the door. We sit down finally and ready to order. And we sit..... and sit..... now 30 minutes have gone by. Nothing. Nobody has come by our table at all. It took a couple that was seated after us to send the waitresss over to our table. By the way - that couple that was seated after us was already eating. By this time we were over it. We asked for a manager and guess what? She was in the back arguing with another family who was also complaining about cold food and slow service. Get this? The managers sister who worked in the back came out "defending" her and attempted to fight the customer. SMH ‍ y'all we left. I'd like to say maybe they were just having an "off" day - but nah.... Waitress seemed to not be having a great day before we arrived. We ordered, and she seemed to be a bit irritated. I ordered my food a particular way, when it came out a way in which I was not expecting , I asked if they could please correct it. She slammed the tray or dish in the trash can once she left our table. . At that point, I told her to cancel my order (I had 2 other people with me). I wasn't expecting this type of service at IHOP. Oh boy, this place LOOKS pretty, updated and new but the service was terrible and slow. My friend asked the waitress if she could bring some "Sweet n Low sweetener, in the pink package" and she walked up with a fist full of Splenda and Equal sweeteners (yellow and blue packages) clutched in her hand and dumped it on the table. Like a little kid bringing something to you, and it was the wrong thing altogether. The pink packets in the black container behind the pile she dumped on the table in the picture was one my friend took from a nearby empty table. Though in the photo it looks like half the hashbrowns have been eaten, actually, that was the FULL serving before one bite was taken. It truly looked like they halved a full normal-sized serving and gave us each half. The portions were ridiculously small. My friend's blueberry pancakes were really thin, no matter how much blueberry goop they glopped on the top of them. I don't know if that shows in the photo, but they were ridiculously thin, not like the usual pancakes from IHOP. It was almost as if they didn't have enough food in their inventory and were having to portion it out to everyone. But the place was far from full and they were still extremely slow. So slow! I'd rather go to a Waffle House, not as fancy and maybe a whole lot greasy and a bit dirty, but I'd get more food and likely a lot faster. I'll take the risk and do that next time. This ihop was terrible they open this week and I went around 12ish at night and i order wheat pancakes and they brought me the original ones and not only that they took a long time bring my friends food and second the waiter barley came. I didn't want my pancakes at the end i got so mad my hunger went away. The place wasn't even packed. The place barley opened to a bad start. And i noticed that almost everyone around us had problems with this waiter also because they took a long time. Anyway i was disappointed about this new brand new location. Today, July 4th, we decided to try this new Ihop.....what a mistake.....we waited 20 mins to be seated.....15 mins to get our drinks....50 mins to get our meals. I saw a lot of people leaving because there were no waitresses to help them. If you read this, don't waste your time in this ihop. If you want to give them a try....good luck! read more

The customer service sucks! They will take forever with your food even if you are the only customer there they will still take with your food. Not recommended. Staff is so rude. read more

I remembered why I don't visit this location. The service is terrible , I came in to have lunch with my littles . My daughter has been craving pancakes for the past week. She had early dismissal from school today and this restaurant was on the way home. I was happy to stop by. Not only did I have to wait to be seated the restaurant was empty , they only had about 2 tables with customers. Once I was greeted by a gentleman, he decided to attend to the people who got their after me and were picking up to go orders . Once he was done with them, he then helped us. We Waited another 5-10 minutes and no one came to the table to greet us or take our drinks. A young lady saw a couple waiting to be seated and took them to their table and started on their order. This was quite annoying, I had been their before them and was with 2 toddlers and a newborn . Finally someone came to check to see if I had been taken care of. This was the same guy who initially helped to get us seated and said he'd be back to take our drinks. How was someone suppose to help us, if he never came back to do his job? I was upset and left. This is ridiculous, now I remember why I don't visit this location . The last time I was here, the wait time was absurd. We got our food so late. Never again. read more

I wish I could do less than 1 star. Worst place ever, I went today on a Sunday around 12pm. Waited more than 40 minutes to get seated. Once we got our table we had our waiter and she knew what she was doing but then the manager "Carmelo" came in and switched her with someone new to serve a table of 5. Aslysaa "new waiter" looked lost the whole time which I get your new so we were okay with that. But the thing that pissed me off was the we waited more than an hour to get our food and once we did, it was the wrong order. She messed up on our order not once but twice so then I got the manager and tried to explained him. However he had a horrible attitude and kept saying I'll fix it for you. Yet he still brought my order wrong. I was so mad and I didn't felt like eating there no more. Once we got our bill they had charged us EVERYTHING THEY BROUGHT TO THE TABLE EVEN THE ONES WE NEVER ORDERED! I still paid but I left no tip and when I was paying the waiter we had before they changed her was like I'm so sorry they shouldn't have done that. And the manager was like I'm so sorry like really you just freaking charged me everything. Anyways never again are we going to that place again, we had a horrible experience. My family and I came to eat breakfast before church. The food was Great and so Was the Service. I overheard the waiter saying to another guest that the kitchen was behind (which was nice) to know. He assured the staff that they were working very hard to get their food out. I would like to give a shout out to the entire staff!! They were walking fast trying to serve all the guest, they all were very pleasant. Great Customer Service goes a long way. I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but I didn't. If you like no service you will enjoy this ihop. As soon as we entered the door it took them 5 min to acknowledge us. As we waited the manger enters thru the front door coming back from the grocery store orange juice coffee creams and more. So low on supplies ihop had to send them to the local grocery store. Then the staff who finally finished their private conversation, we ask to be seated at a table. Where the waitress proceeds to tell hostess not to sit us there. Blocking our choice to sit. We have used the IHOP app several times to place to-go orders at this location and it has never been a problem, until recently. The last 3 times I have tried to use the app, it says we are having problems, please call your order in. However, when I call, I rarely get an answer or a machine picks up that tells you to place an order online, or with their awesome app! The one time I actually received an answer, I was told I had to come in to place my order. She proceeded to tell me that the manager was the only one there cooking and too many people had failed to come and pick up their orders. Anytime we have gotten take out from here, it has been night time and they have never had more than 3-4 tables with customers. Their waitstaff has always been helpful and nice, but it is apparent that they are under staffed. One night when I went to pick up my order, I watched as 2 different, fairly large sized parties left because nobody would ever come and seat them. My boyfriend and I arrived at this ihop at 1:15 a very nice guy greeted and sat us down Hispanic wearing black shirt . He asked us what we wanted to drink we asked for a water and 1 Oreo milkshake and after that it took 25 min just to receive our beverages after we got our beverage it took 45 min to order our food even tho the place wasn't packed it was empty 3 people seated finally the nice guy that sat us realized and asked one of the waiters the lady with the smiley face hair band rudely told him no I'm not taking it I'm busy in front of us even tho there was 6 waiters 3 tables full probably 6 tables not clean and dirty since we arrived , the guy therefore processed to take our order not even exaggerating we waited probably 50 min for our food until we were fed up and told the guy to just cancel our order we didn't do anything prior just cause we felt bad for the guy cause he was extremely nice and honestly doesn't deserve to work there cause there management is extremely rude to him even tho he is the only one to put the effort in that job cause the manager lacked in management and customer services . Worst experience we in counter we ended up leaving at 2:45 with out any food and the people behind us even complain and the other table there was very unhappy as well . Dennys was extremely nice and attended us better suggest saving your money and head a couple miles down for better service. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Literally worst experience at any restaurant ever. The whole time I was there, all I could think about was writing this review (and I have never written reviews for anything EVER). I could over look the no music ambiance and the manager not wearing his mask, but what really killed it was the server. She flat out sucked. Pathetic service. Very aggressive in front of my child and short, quick questions. "Drink?" "You ready?" Proceeded to throw, literally THROW, the straws onto our table. Brought our food out, only to have another server finish bringing the food and then not to show up again, until in the middle of us STILL EATING, plates full of food, comes and drops off the check. I am a manager in the restaurant industry, and I would have definitely let my server go if she acted that way. And this is because my family and I were the ONLY ones in the restaurant, not busy at all. Definitely will not be going back here. read more
