Horrible service! The order was 25 minutes later than expected, and even worse, my order was incomplete. When I went back to claim the missing items with the receipt, they didn't want to give them to me because they wanted me to bring back the rest of the order. After arguing, they finally gave me the missing items, but it was still incomplete again, as if I were asking for something for free. The dirty looks and the rude way they handled the problem are unforgivable. I will never buy from this establishment. And there were more people with the same incomplete orders as me. To start off you have to sign yourself in because the host can't do it. The service was good, waitress would forget things but was very friendly and sweet. The kitchen staff was backed up apparently because our food took forever to come out. Once the food came out it was at most likely warm. My friend asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and all they did was stick a slice of cheese on top of the already cold eggs. Spoiling our Christmas celebration!!! Absolutely terrible service. After waiting almost 35 minutes for a seat (which is acceptable to an extend) we waited 20 minutes and had no waiter. We had to find a waiter to help us. We gave our full order which was only for 3 adults and 1 child and uncomplicated with breakfast and a burger. After waiting 40 minutes for our food and seeing other tables getting their food before ours. Our poor 18 month old toddler fell asleep with NO FOOD! I had to find our waiter as she had not once checked in with us in the full 40 minutes our food was still not ready. We waited another 8 minutes of which we asked for the manager. (I am not sure the person we spoke to was the actually manager as he come from the kitchen and clearly is the chef) The so called manager only came once we stood up to leave without recieving food and 50 plus minutes after we placed our order. The food came out at the same time. And believe it or not the orders were wrong!!!! On the positive side, the new place has a nice layout and the food was good. As for the negatives, service is still horrible. The service is friendly, but there are quite a few new people to the business so threy get weeded pretty quick, but we had no problems. We were seated pretty quick, but they probably need the manager/floor supervisor to actually work the front until they get a host/hostess for the busy days. I've never been in an IHOP without that before, unless it is the middle of the afternoon. The doorbell was going off the whole time we were sitting at our table, which is to be expected on a Sunday morning. HORRIBLE! This was perhaps the worse service I've ever received. There were only two tables at 7:30am and 8 waitstaff and 6 in the kitchen. We arrived about 15 minutes before the other table and they were served first. Some of our food came out and it was cold. Waitress finally came after flagging her down. She offered no solution. We asked for the missing items and she said it was coming. Ten minutes later we went to the kitchen. They were all standing around chatting. Asked to speak to the Manager, Mark (who was working the kitchen). He said it was Christmas and they were short staffed, but they had a total of 2 tables and 14 employees!
