ihop is my all time favorite!! all the locations are awesome Strawberry banana pancakes is another favorite option

Sausage & Egg Combo
Dan M.

This was a typical location. The table sat at was not cleaned completely, which was not ideal. The menu had more options than I remembered previously. The staff was friendly and the food came out in a timely matter. I went with one of their combo deals. I had the vanilla spice pancakes with the sausage and egg combo ($8.99). There were 2 pancakes with vanilla mousse spiced with cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom. They were tasty and not too sweet. There was a pleasant scent to them too with all of those spices. The sausage and eggs came with 4 pork sausage links, 2 eggs, and golden hash browns. I ordered my eggs poached. I did not really have any complaints with any of this. Will I go back? Possibly.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because it is the best IHOP that I've been to in this area and its surrounding ones. On this occasion I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette. It was delicious. My only suggestion is asking for the hollandaise sauce on the sauce or without it completely if you've never tried hollandaise before. In my opinion, it's an acquired taste that I don't particularly like. I chose for my omelette to come with my favorite pancakes, the New York Cheesecake pancakes which are topped off with strawberries (which I then drench in strawberry syrup), yum. This establishment is always clean, the service is speedy and friendly and even though on the weekends there tends to be a long wait during the morning and early afternoon hours, it's worth it.

Oh my what a exactly I should have read the reviews before I made this mistake. The food was horrible the customer service is worst. My pancakes were so cold that the butter didn't melt and I was able to lift it like layered biscuits. The manager treated like I was trying to get a free meal I paid for the food and the 30 percent discount she was trying to give me for the cold ass pancakes. The waiter was giving me attitude along with the other staff members. Who ever owns thIs IHOP needs to Revamp Manager and staff.

Stack of pancakes is sweet enough that it can double as dessert.

I visited IHOP on Monday afternoon just prior to the arrival of the early bird special diners. Only 1 or 2 tables were occupied. We were seated and ordered coffee & iced tea and specialty pancakes. After a short wait our drinks arrived and then a runner brought our pancakes. I usually avoid pancakes out since most places do not offer pure maple syrup but these cakes were sweet and delicious with the unique toppings. Easy to see why this brand was built around the pancakes. Our server never came back to check on us. My wife had to get up to find someone to refill her drink. I realize that it was slow but every employee was staring into their smart phone and no one was watching the dining room. The franchise owner was either absent or doesn't care that the service sucks. Good cakes, crap service. I'd have to rate this experience a 3. Looking at Yelp reviews, I guess I had one of the better experiences. No plans to return.

Our food order consisted of Mexican Street Steak tacos (with fries incl.on a side) and The Landing Burger-both were delicious, though we wish the food had less salt overall-everything,including the fries, were very salty! Ambiance is typical for a pub located in a basement-a tad cold inside, but come to a pub for drinks so wouldn't feel it,I guess :) overall, happy with our visit and would be curious to come back and try other items from their impressively wide selection on the menu.

It can be a bit confusing because you have a Pub located on the lower level in one building, and you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the pub. Next door is an entry for their private dining room with a fireplace, and then across the way they have an outdoor patio for dining. You can have parties here, My suggestion is they need to put signs outside directing customers where to go. There is a large free parking lot with some handicapped parking spaces close to the outdoor seating. With that being said, The Landing has a wonderful summer special every "THURSDAY ONLY" for Prime Rib Dinner which is 3 courses. You get a choice of soup or salad, your prime rib dinner, and dessert. I managed to come here two Thursday's in a row because I really enjoyed my Prime Rib Dinner. You can get this dinner sitting outside on their patio or in the pub restaurant. They have a standard cut, a queen's cut, and a king's cut. I chose their Queen Cut the first time and their King Cut the second time. The Queen cut was a perfect size for me. My boyfriend cleaned his plate he loved his prime rib dinner. I started off with their Caesar Salad. I was so amazed at how big it was, enough for two people. The Caesar Salad had lots of flavor and fresh croutons. I only ate half because I didn't want to fill up on It. My boyfriend chose their House Salad and it too was very large and looked good. My prime rib was cooked perfectly med-rare and it was served with creamy mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. On the side came a creamy horseradish sauce. Instead of a basic au jus they served a wonderful red wine reduction sauce which contributed to the overall flavor. For Dessert I had a choice of Mango Sorbet with Mixed Berries, Vanilla, or Chocolate Ice Cream. The first time I chose their Vanilla ice cream and asked if they could put Chocolate Syrup on it which they did. The second time I tried their Mango Sorbet with Mixed Berries, and that was the perfect ending. This past weekend, I went back again. For starters I tried their Duck Thai Chili Wings. They were outstanding with their hot and sweet sauce. I like to sit at the bar. My bartender John is a wonderful bartender and he recommended their Smokehouse BBQ Burger. It was large and had Cheddar, Frizzled Onions, Bacon, and Honey BBQ Sauce on it. It also came with Fries. He was so right this bbq bacon, onion cheese burger was very tasty. I only ate half, it was very filling. The Landing serves up wonderful Signature Cocktails, and they have Seasonal Cocktails too. I tried their Blueberry Bee's Knees Cocktail and their Passionfruit Martini. Both were great. They also have a good selection of aged Bourbon's and Tequila's. My boyfriend had me try their Blanton Bourbon. It was so smooth and delicious I can see why it's so special. The Landing can accommodate up to 120 people for an event with beautiful grounds that has that outdoor country feel. ( great for parties, corporate events or weddings.) They can also do intimate parties from 10-30 people. The Landing has a new Bocce Court. They have Trivia every Wednesday Night starting at 7pm. On Thursday's they have Bingo starting at 7pm. (It can get a bit loud in the pub.) Wednesday- Saturday 3-6pm is Happy Hour. All Day Happy Hour on Sundays, Brunch is served 12-3pm. $12 Lunch Specials Wednesday- Saturday 12-3pm. I really enjoyed my time here.

The chicken tenders are pretty big, the owners suggested 1-2 for my son and he was right. He ate 1 and it was more than enough for him. I had the mango platter. My wife got a cilantro burrito (not pictured) that she really enjoyed. I really liked the Mac and cheese. It tasted more like pasta with a homemade cream sauce than a traditional Mac and cheese but it was very good. The chicken tenders were huge and perfectly cooked. As you can see in the picture, really juicy. Only reason for 1 star off is that the breading could've used more seasoning. Ambiance: TLG is more of a casual spot with a few tables inside if you're grabbing a quick bite. Overall, good experience and will be back to try more!

Flounder is actually right next to a distillery my cousin has been asking me about for years. I've lived in Franklin since 1990 and there are STILL places in Hillsborough I've never seen. So do forgive me. This brewery popped up on my IG (because of course it did) in the context of a monthly book club that they host in partnership with Somerset County libraries. I've spent the better part of the last 20 years primarily reading articles and books related to my grad coursework but made a commitment last fall to return to leisure reading that doesn't make me want to walk into the business end of the ocean à la Edna Pontellier. Take your time - I'll wait. I went for my first Books n Brews last month. The brewery has a classic wooded open concept downstairs, and a party loft upstairs where we have book club. It's BYOFood - at least on winter weekdays - summer and weekends may offer food trucks so please check before taking me at my word. The bartenders are super friendly and welcome you into the space - and back to the space once you return as I did this week. Our very own Cheers in central NJ. I'm Carla. The beer is really really good. I LOVE that there isn't an abundance of IPAs and I love a good hazy but brother please. Enough. They've got some good fruit/sour representation. The first time I went I got a cardamom beer, this week I snagged a currant forward hazy. Prices are reasonable and the vibes are great. They also have an outdoor picnic table area - my new book club buddy said that the outdoors is dog friendly and they regularly bring their pups. I'm both very excited for book club and for experiencing more of this brewery as the temps warm up. It's really giving a community vibe - in addition to book club they stage plays, game nights, musical performances, cheese board events - all kinds of good stuff. Enjoy my pics!!

So upon doing my research I came across this restaurant. Now of course upon reading reviews everyone said to get there early because the line can get long especially on a Saturday and Sunday morning. So we arrived around 8:30 on Saturday and we were seated right away because it was only two of us . The service was excellent we were seated right away . Our waiter came out and gave us the rundown of the menu . They had a promo menu because of the Devil Wears Prada movie . I did get a specialty non alcoholic drink from the menu which was excellent. We ordered the French toast and the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and it came with smoked salmon on sourdough bread . The French toast was so good and moist you didn't even need to add additional syrup . The food was delicious and the portion sizes are perfect . The restaurant is cozy so if you have a big party make reservations. But you won't be disappointed I can't wait to visit Brunch by De Martino again whenever I come back to New Jersey . Please check them out you won't regret it .

My family and I have been supporting the Martino's Cuban Restaurant family restaurants for years,…read moregoing back to the original Martino's from his dad's side (which we truly miss). So coming here carries a bit of nostalgia for us. This concept feels very different from the original. It's definitely a more modern, upscale take. Portions are smaller, prices are higher, and the menu feels more elevated with a mix of Cuban-inspired and American flavors rather than strictly traditional Cuban comfort food. That said, the food is genuinely very good. The Cuban sandwich was easily one of the best we've had in New Jersey. Unlike many places that mostly use ham with a thin layer of pork, this one had thick, flavorful pieces of pork that made it feel much more authentic. A few other favorites: - The tostones with guacamole were a great starter. - Their chocolate latte used to be one of our favorites (sadly it seems to have been replaced by a raspberry chocolate version, which wasn't for us). - The seasonal pumpkin iced latte was excellent. - The strawberry banana waffles were more than enough to share. - The scrambled eggs and thick-cut bacon were fresh and delicious. We spent about $140 for breakfast for a family of four, so it's definitely on the pricier side, but it felt fitting for a special occasion like Mother's Day. A heads-up: reservations are only accepted for parties of six or more, so smaller groups are first come, first served. On Mother's Day, we waited about an hour after arriving at 8:30 AM, but their digital waitlist system made it easy to track our place in line while running errands nearby. Do we miss the old Martino's? Absolutely. The larger portions and casual family feel were special to us. But this restaurant offers something different--more polished, more curated, and still very enjoyable. I'd recommend it for brunch dates, family celebrations, or when you want to treat yourself.
