Best IHOP I've ever been to. I wish that I had kept the receipt so I could tell who my waiter was. Went on a Tuesday morning around 8:00. So friendly. He made lots of small talk with the customers. Value meal really is a value. I had 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 sausages for $6, was very good. Coffee at $3.69 extra is a value killer but coffee is pretty high most places. BTW, coffee was very good. Lunch today was at IHOP with some of my family, after a little pre family vacation shopping. It's been many years since I have dined at this location, I think it's either a new IHop or it's been remodeled. Some in my party ordered breakfast some of us ordered from the lunch menu. My soon to be 4 yr old great great nephew wanted pancakes chocolate milk( must have been good he ate 4 kid's size pancakes) I ordered the classic fried chicken sandwich. It's a fried boneless chicken breast on a hoagie type bun with lettuce, tomato, bacon, ranch dressing and sliced avocado. It comes with your choice of sides, mu choice was half fries and half onion rings. The sandwich was tasty, fresh and hot, the chicken was crispy on the outside with the right amount of crunch and tender without it being over cooked. The fries were hot with the right amount of salt, the onion rings were crispy a big plus the onion was cooked inside that crispy crunchy coating. To drink I had strawberry lemonade. Our waitress did appear to be on the tired side(understandable), but she did perk up before we left and she was quite pleasant. Went with something different on our last visit, the Strawberry Cream Biscuit, but didn't care for the filling flavor in combination with the biscuit, and the weird coconut flavor of the whipped cream. I opted for a short stack of pancakes instead, something that never disappoints! I also recently used my rewards for my first to-go order of pancakes, and I wasn't disappointed. A lot of care goes into the prep, packaging, and including the sides. Service is always friendly and restaurant is clean. Managed very well. Love this location! read more

Went and picked up a gold holder with Nisha, who was the hostess today. I was so pleased with her smiling attitude and her positive vibe. I knew my breakfast was going to be great after seeing what a positive attitude she had. Sure enough my pancakes were extra delicious and my bacon was crispy just like I ordered it. She did a great job and so did the cooks! I'm so pleased. I chose them for breakfast this morning. I can see their renovation and all more employees has really helped the stability and quality of IHOP. My family and I have been here many times but last month we went here and it was terrible we sat at our table and everything was going well until we had to wait 2 hours to place our order in and then the server was really rude to us and was rolling her eyes at us after another solid hour, we got our food I got salmon but it was burnt on both sides and it was extremely salty and it ruined my whole mood and my families. First time at this location since it was rebuilt and was not really sure what I was getting myself into. (I guess that I was expecting a Denny's like experience) I was very surprised. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. I ordered the burger and onion rings from the early bird menu and burger was cooked to perfection and the rings were as good as any that I have had in a long time. My wife really liked her turkey dinner from the 55 plus menu. She kept telling me how well her broccoli was seasoned and the gravy was delicious. Haven't been there in a few years, as the food was not great. We usually don't go to carbon-copy restaurants. Easley and the surrounding areas don't seem to care about ambiance or cleanliness in their restaurants. If your surroundings are dirty, what does the cooking and kitchen area look like? Nope...We don't stay ever, especially if the mess hits you in th face as you walk in. Obviously you don't want folks to eat at your restaurant. read more

There's nothing better than a big place of double blueberry pancakes, they are the best! I've always been greeted with smiles and kindness at any ihop. The breakfast sampler is great for too. Time to update this review! The old IHOP was torn down and this new beautiful restaurant replaced it. It truly is beautiful and has a totally different layout and it works! The staff was ready to greet and seat us . We were sat at a clean booth and greeted quickly by our server and drinks were on the way. I ran to the restroom and found it well stocked and very clean. We were in awe of the changes but the real test is the food . In no time we had our plates minus the pancakes which were still cooking and came out quickly and piping hot and delicious. We could not find one single complaint and both felt like this IHOP will definitely be put back on our radar. Eggs with cheese, perfectly scrambled , crispy hash browns with fluffy inside and crispy bacon and perfectly cooked pancakes!! The coffee was hot and delicious. Way to go IHOP!! read more

The new Ihop is beautiful, hubby drove by and saw them open so we decided to go on Sunday, it was full but the seating pace was fast, we were seated in 20 minutes, this is were the review begins Waitress came took our drink order, came back and took the food order from the table next to us that was seated after us anyway, she took our order and from that moment it took 40 minutes to get our food and not to mention they brought in my husband's, my daughter's and mine but not my 4 yrs old Mac and cheese, I will say five minutes later the Mac and cheese came, it was hot so my husband stirred it and to find a piece of eyelash on it, of course we called the waitress and told her, by the time they were going to make a new one my baby had eaten my bacon and my husband's eggs so we canceled his order. I had to wait 5-10 minutes for some one to take me to a table. When she took she was nice and friendly. But let me you about the portion sizes it was small for the sirloin tips it was barley and Mac and cheese for 17.29 . The food was warm turning cold. It took 5-15 minutes for the extra Mac and cheese it was also cold. The waitress was nice but it took her 10 minutes just to give us the check we didn't ask for . She didn't check on us before she gave us the check. The ambiance of this whole 4\10 I wouldn't recommend some one to come here the employees were sitting not doing anything not checking on nobody. Had to come here to try the new burgers and I'd have to say they're not bad. The meat tasted fresh and they were cooked just enough so that they were still juicy. I also like how their burgers come with unlimited fries and a drink. All for 8.99! Not too bad ihop, not too bad. Only complaint I have at this location is that the restaurant has a weird sewer smell. The food is good but I'd prefer not to eat in the ninja turtles dining room. Updating my review. The remodel is nice; much more room! However, the food isn't as good as it had been and portions are much smaller. I ordered the turkey dinner today. Unlike the photo on the menu that shows five or six nice sized slices of turkey, I got three small, fork sized pieces of turkey. The flavor was fine, but this wasn't an entree-sized portion. Just like all other ihop locations their food is awesome 80% of the time. When the tables are packed quality does seem to suffer a little. The staff is usually very friendly and normally very attentive and helpful. This location is very small in comparison to other ihop locations I have been to, but I would still recommend is you're in the area. The food always tastes the same, no surprises, which is sometimes exactly what you want. The staff is so super friendly, they feel like a big family. My husband takes our toddler there every Saturday morning for breakfast. I love their crepes, so today I went to IHOP. Service was great. It was crowded which is good for them. Had trouble with the people behind me bouncing the booth and my friend had the same problem on her side too. So we just hurried and ate. As far as the food it was delicious.
