Turns out they revamped the menu in 2023... no more Swedish crepes, banana/nutella crepes.... and a bunch of other changes. All my old IHOP favs are gone. Food is great. Seating is comfortable. Service is sometimes slow because not enough staff. There isn't someone to check you out so you must wait for waitstaff to be able to leave their tables to ring you out. This sadly detracts from the dining experience but we still go back because we like the menu offerings. read more

Not on a Holiday!!! Especially Christmas with this being the only Resturant open. I was put on the waitlist at 10:39a. I received a text at 11:49a stating I was being removed. When I went in to address, there was several others with the same complaint. The host was stating he text us be we did not come in instead of saying there must be something going on with the system, apologize and seat us. After seeing multiple commercials for the current iHop meal deals, I decided to take my family out for Breakfast at night! This location has ample parking and on this Wed night, the restaurant was not crowded. It appeared clean and spacious. We were sat in a booth as requested. Our waitress arrived timely and greeted us and took our orders. I appreciated the patience she took during our ordering as we were teaching our children to order independently. The drinks arrived and shortly after, the children's food, and then me & my husband's food. Everything was prepared as requested and plated nicely. We were brought warm syrup and extra napkins. Refills were offered proactively. Not only did the children's pancakes have smiley faces, but so did my family. :-) I enjoyed the dining experience at this iHop location and plan to return. *Con: Really a preference... they attempted to seat 1 side of the restaurant which in turn had it a little noisy because we were all seated so close. I would have preferred they maybe sat every other booth before packing us all together in booths back to back. They had the space. Still plan to return! read more

I love Ihop. I go there with my mom who is 87 and my great granddaughter. Who's 4 she likes your pancakes and I love the pancakes and my grandmother loves your grits friendly staff patient and I would recommend anybody to eat there. It's just a great place to be. Stupid, they don't read at all I've ordered every year for my sister and her family for Mother's Day gift from here and every single time I asked them not to place the receipt on the order because is a gift.. they don't give a damn and on top of it today Friday may 10th they placed a cheap price itemized not what I pay for each item... omelette through DoorDash or Uber is $18. My t bone could not be right they tried 2 times My friend burger was gross her egg was cooked wrong she ordered it runny but is was scrambled my t bone could not be cut with a knife and was not medium rare so it was wasted and gross my milk shake was so small it was gone in a few minutes so not worth 8 bucks we were over charged for disappointment plus it took so long to get in 30 minutes wasted just disappointing my friend was Peggy p. To be honest this is the first time I've been to a IHOP in over 20 years. We went because our granddaughter wanted to try it. How could we say no? We were quickly seated and drink order was taken. Our waitress Kim was wonderful. We browsed the menu for a good 10 minutes. There is just so much to choose from. Wife and I had the classic sampler and the granddaughter had the pancake combo. She couldn't resist chocolate chip chocolate pancakes with chocolate syrup. They were good. I stole a bite. Kim checked back with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. You go for the pancakes (duh) and other breakfast goodies. But listen to me. If you love yourself a good, juicy, delicious burger, get it from here. This location. I HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño kick burger. When I tell you that the burger comes out looking like it does in the photos, I'm telling youuuuuu, you won't regret it. I don't know how this started, but ever since I had a burger from this specific iHop location, I never order anything else. I've tried getting their burgers at other iHop locations and they're not bad. I'm just saying that this specific location does it right like 9 out of 10 times. So you know when you go out to eat with your partner and you both want the same thing, but then you order different things, so that you can share and eat off each other? Lol, me and my partner get the same burger here because it's worth not sharing. Go with the fries or onion rings - it doesn't disappoint. Horrible service. I came to this establishment for a quick breakfast and was ignored. I sat for about 10 minutes and no one stopped by the table. Another couple sat two tables down from me and received immediate service with water and tea. The waitress then proceeded to take their order. Then she came over to me and I asked her why hadn't she come over to take my order first and I had been there for a while. Her response was they are regulars and she knew what they wanted. That is not acceptable and if I plan to spend my money I should be treated with respect and quality service and not met with excuses of why you served another table that arrived later than me. I asked for another server and she said ok and walked away. I sat for another 10 minutes and no one came to the table. I finally went up to the host and ask to speak to the manager. I was told the manager wasn't in but he could take my order. He proceeded to take my order while I was standing up versus coming to the table. I will never visit this IHOP again. I am in town for business and did not get a chance to have breakfast at the hotel. I was with a colleague of mine and I opted to go to iHOP because I wanted some breakfast for dinner. When we got to the restaurant, we were pleased that he restaurant was clean and it was a style that I was not accustomed to. We waited about 3 minutes to be seated, which wasn't too bad. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, and the bathroom was clean. The fixtures worked perfectly and there were paper towels available to dry my hands. The waitress came to the table immediately as we sat down and she took out drink order. She brought out the drinks quickly and gave us a few minutes to make out dinner decisions. The menu contained some new items, so it took my especially long to make a decision. I opted for the bacon temptation omelet and some harvest grain and nut pancakes. My colleague got the turkey sandwich and added 4 slices of bacon. He got the fries along with a side of "Scrapple" (whatever that is). The food came out in about 15 minutes, which was a reasonable amount of time. My bacon temptation omelet was a bit scrawny, but it was hot and freshly made. My colleague's food came out and everything looked great. He was pleased with his selection as well. He also commented that they did a great job with his "scrapple" and it was properly prepared. Took the kids for breakfast they remodeled this location within the past year so every now and then we go, they were busy just as expected on a Sunday, we were sat pretty quick like within 10 mins the restaurant is clean and kept up, the waitress was nice, however my only two complaints was that the food wasn't very hot you could tell it was sitting a while also (I know this will sound petty) there parking situation is absolutely horrible you when u park in the lines you can barely squeeze out of your vehicle and if someone park close you can literally not get to your vehicle I'd suggest parking in one of the adjacent businesses parking lots there were literally people in the restaurant looking for the drivers of other vehicles parked next to them so they could leave, also the pumpkin pancakes are yummy read more

Hands down the best IHOP experience I've ever had. We arrived and were seated immediately. Seconds later, our waiter (I believe her name was Brittany) was greeting us and taking our drink orders. She was very polite and quick. She came back with our drinks and took our food orders. I'm about 10 minutes, our food came out. We both got omelettes with a side of pancakes. Our omelettes were decorated very nicely, and were nice and fluffy (as well as our pancakes). Everything tasted great and we were full in minutes. I arrive in person, provide my phone number, then receive a text link to this app to track the wait list. THE APP GIVES ME THE OPTION TO GET ON THE WAIT LIST FROM HOME. Stopped in for dinner after picking my.truck from the shop. The new place looks great in comparison to the old location. They were running a 2 Omelets for $12 special which was a good deal. However I have coupon for a buy a meal get a meal and granted it does say participating locations and apparently this one wasn't one. Just came to this new IHOP location for the first time yesterday. I've been plenty of times to its previous location next door. I definitely love the upgrade, it looks much better and more modern. They were pretty busy, all tables were pretty much full but there wasn't much of a wait. Our waitress took a bit to get to us for our drink order, but did stop over to say she'd be with us soon. By the time she got to us, we placed both our drink and food orders, which came promptly. I'm just glad this IHOP is still better than the new one in Pasadena. read more
