We came here on a BUSY Saturday for brunch. The placed was packed, food delivery orders were plenty, and the place was bustling. We didn't have reservations, but luckily for us we only waited about 7 minutes for a seat! We knew that business would likely be slower given just HOW busy they were, but to our surprise it wasn't too bad, and we had wonderful company so were busy chit chatting anyhow. We absolutely loved our food. The new eggs Benedict was delightful, and I'm a big fan of their hollandaise sauce. Nephew absolutely devoured his savoury crepe & Mexican Tres leches pancakes. Our server: Chandima was fantastic with checking in on us frequently, and making sure the kiddo was entertained throughout! We would come back to this location!

I make a mean breakfast. I'm serious. So when I go out for brunch I have my expectations set high. Because of this I rarely frequent chain breakfast restaurants. My husband took me to ihop this weekend, insisting that it's good. I went along and was pleasantly surprised with our experience. We arrived at approx 1 pm and were seated promptly. Service was friendly and quick with reasonably priced food. Everything tasted great and my eggs were cooked perfectly! Egg whites fully cooked with a runny yolk. Honestly, a rare occurrence at most breakfast joints! Will definitely return here for those lazy weekend mornings.

This drink has a nice cold texture with glazed strawberry at the bottom. Also try there birthday pancakes mmm

IHOP is the place to go for a family bunch There pancakes are a special recipe. There eggs and bacon make the pancakes even better! For the grown ups you have a sissy mix of red peppers, potatoes, bacon, and a toasted piece of bread Go with your family to ihop!!!

As you can see from my photo the food was freaking epic!!! I had the bacon omelette and holy snap what a treat!!! Melt in your mouth every chew and delicious flavor on top! So we could not decide where to go for supper. Wanted something different. Stopped in and was hoping for a quicker experience since I was so hungry. Needles too say I was hungry as all hell. The waitress we had was named "Pearl" and she killed it!!! Never had to ask for refill. Before I could even ask for the bill (was about too) she presented it to the table! Epic!!! Solid food, solid service! Love it

I like this IHOP location...it caters to my family preferences by being in close proximity to child friendly stores like Walmart & Toys'r'us. There's lots of parking, decent amount of seating for both the waiting area & the dining area. I've never found the wait to be long either. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean & kid friendly with a kids menu, colouring paper & crayons, high chairs & change tables. Service also feels quite neighbourly, friendly & intuitive to their patrons needs and I've never felt pressured to hurry. There always seems to be some kind of menu special happening too & the last time I went, it was holiday stuff, so I went for the gingerbread hot chocolate...it kinda tasted like gingerbread, but leaning more towards liquid candy cola gummy flavour. I find the meals are generously portioned too. I got an omelette; it was fairly large & it came with 3 pancakes! Honestly, it was enough for a moderate sized breakfast for 2...glad I brought a friend to share with! Something new to me is that I can pay my bill at the table now, rather than paying up at the front desk. I do appreciate their early morning hours too.

Staff are friendly and service was actually fast. Booths and tables are always full. Can't go wrong with breakfast. Brunchin with the husbands family- in-laws go to place for breakfast. Can't go wrong with chicken and wild flea or a hearty breakfast. Many options, from eggs to omelette s to crepes to sandwiches to pancakes .... lunch with elevated diner like feel.

The food isn't anything crazy but it is good. My main like about this place has always been the staff. They are genuinely nice here.

I loved my Red Curry Laksa. It was fresh and rich. Loved the red coconut curry sauce. The seafood was a decent portion. My friend liked her falafal but it definately wasn't the best she has had and was eyeing up my curry. Service was OK. I feel like because we didn't order alcoholic beverages, we didn't get service as much as the tables that did. That won't prevent me from coming here again.

Both were so very tasty, and did not disappoint. The ambiance of the restaurant is different than many places I've gone to. The decor is very nice - brick walls and posters, and hand written beer menu, to name a few. Service was very good, professional, and friendly!! Brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise they open for lunch (closed Mondays). Epic Market is huge. This will be a very popular place for the Whyte Avenue crowd as there are so many options available depending on which floor you enter. We were on the second floor today for brunch but the first floor, which has a similar look and feel, has a Mexican menu. It opens for lunch at 11:30am. It's a unique concept for Edmonton. The server said that they've opened similar restaurants in larger cities like Toronto but Edmonton is their first venture into a "smaller market". The brunch menu was interesting with some unique features and some typical offerings. I had the Pork Bennie, for $18.00 in 2024. The prices are quite reasonable for the type and quantity of the food. My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large. I'm sure the vibe is much different for dinner than brunch, but based on our experience, I'll definitely return.

My wife and I both ordered the Chandru Special for $17.50. It's a crepe with bacon and eggs inside plus some cheese slices melted on top. There was a side of fresh fruit. The presentation was somewhat lacking as the cheese slices made it look like something you find at your children's birthday party. The dish definitely needed some sauce to help it down. At least the fruit was good. Our server was very skilled at tunnel vision as she didn't see us even when walking right by our table. Eventually we caught her and got a refill for our coffee. She was pleasent enough when she arrived but definitely didn't want to do refills. On a more positive note, my friend ordered an omelet which came with potatoes that looked like thick potato chips. They looked good and he liked them. If I return it will be because I am in the area and can't find a better place. In other words, three stars out of five.

We would go back in a heartbeat, just need to sleep off the food coma for a while. It's bright and airy in spite of the smallish space and the amount of booths and tables, oh and you can sit at the counter. The walls and ceiling are covered in memorabilia, concert banners and what not. The place was absolutely hopping at 12:45 PM, but we were sat in a booth right away. Waters dropped moments later, asked if we needed coffee, tea or whatever else you wanted to drink. Our server was fantastic, explaining and educating us as we were first timers. The food came out piping hot very quickly and our tea ordered after the food was dropped came in a large teapot and hot just like at home. The clubhouse, which I did not have, has house made ham and turkey according to our server. My corn beef had slices of corn beef that did not taste house made, but the sheer volume of meat I couldn't finish, the eggs were cooked perfectly.
