I am very late on the Jollibee train, and I had low expectations. However, i was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent. Service was friendly and helpful. It just looses a star with being kinda boring and bland inside, however it was clean. I imagine most people do take out here. We got both the spicy and the regular chicken. Great. Not greasy. Really flavourful. Love the gravy here (better than KFC in my opinion). Liked the mashed potatoes and loved the rice. Really tasty. I definately will come back and try their other offering. My kid loved the spaghetti, I found it slightly too sweet for my liking, but I can see why people like it. read more

The customer service was not that great, they tried to give me a cafeteria clear cup and the devil whispered don't take it because they only give Americans cafeteria clear cups. I am a Canadian. Alberta TO republic people get a grip and stop trying to invade everything. Sheesh! This place has palatable meals but it's more for devils. Not very Canadian red poppy flower friendly. Devil energy likes to be mean to Saint Paul and Saint Paula types. Some of the devils are pretty working for who knows who tho...The food was kind of smoked, the ice tea bland and the restroom sign was hard to read. Not mmiwg2s friendly either. read more

Jollibee West. Overpriced and not worth all the hype! Chicken was crispy and decent, however the spaghetti was undercooked, fries overcooked and cold and the processed beef patty slopped in gravy blah. Other than the chicken, we got through half our meal before we tossed it out and left. read more

My two stars is not a reflection of the location, or staff or ambiance. I had some out of town friends in who wanted to try this place so I said sure. We ordered a spicy and original bone in chicken. Friends ordered the spaghetti, fries and gravy and their pineapple coconut hand pie. Personally for my tastes I did not like anything. Service was fantastic! Friendly, fast and helpful. Location had lots of parking and was super clean. The chicken was not for me. I found it filmy and salty. My two friends really liked everything. read more

I did not enjoy any of it I had seen a review and decided to try it out. The line is very long and the inside was very dirty. Dishes not cleaned off and tables not wiped off as well. The food was not good. I found the chicken gummy and not crispy (fried chicken???) the fries were limp and just warm (French fries??) even the pop seemed off. Tastes as good as I remembered. Ordered this in a delivery format, and there was a red sticker that sealed the bag, which was a reassuring bonus. After all that hype since they first opened in Edmonton, I finally tried Jollibee for the first time a few weeks ago. I order the 6 piece fried chicken, peach mango and ube pie, and I also decided to get their spicy chickenwich. The fried chicken, definitely huge pieces, but I think it could have been crisper on the outside. It was pretty juicy, wasn't greasy at all, and I thought it was seasoned pretty well. The spicy chickenwich was my favourite! You get this nice thick crispy juicy piece of hand breaded fried chicken breast with sriracha mayo spread and fresh jalapeno slices on a toasted brioche bun. For the peach mango and ube pie, I really enjoyed the flakiness of it on the outside. Both pies tasted really good, but my favourite was the peach mango over the ube. I've eaten Here twice now, and I do really enjoy the food. its always a special treat to come here. The staff is very friendly and they seem to go the extra mile with each of their customers. I always get the pineapple drink and it actually tastes pretty dang good. My only complaint is sometimes its not as clean as I would normally like. I do understand though the nature of these places and what it takes to run them so I know it can be hard to keep up with but thats the only complaint. Otherwise Its fantastic! read more

Yes, the employees are all over the place, but they are trying to accommodate and adapt to all the changes. We stop by this location to try the spicy chicken and it was just as we expected. The fries were good and the gravy very tasty. We ordered a bucket with 10 pieces, some fries, and mango pies! This was my first time having their food and I would get it again. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. My drink that I had was their pineapple drink. The pineapple drink was pretty tasty. Always brings back memories. My fave is burger steak with gravy+rice. Palabok with chicken or Spaghetti with chicken. Always love the Pineapple juice at the end of my meal drink. Ordered delivery, chicken arrived still crispy but the side dishes were very disappointing. Fries were soggy and soft (wasn't made fresh for the order), the rice overcooked so it arrived in one big clump in the consider. Price is quite high too for a family meal the cost was 40$ +. We went to the Kingsway location. Waited almost 30 minutes for our order. I guess they forgot to make it. When it did arrive the server was rude and did not apologize at all. We ordered a 10 piece chicken which was good but for 25.00 it's a rip-off. Also ordered 2 yummy cheese burgers which look like little sliders. No taste at all and those are 4.00 each. Another rip-off.. the only really good thing was the mango peach pie. If you want a better meal go to Popeyes. Cheaper and way better tasting. Definately will not be going back read more

Ordered a snack pack (6/$25) and 3 pcs chicken w pineapple drink w/o ice. Let the server know drink has ice but the server took it back from my hand and replaced it instead of giving it to me as I touched the drink. Tried the pie but it has less peach mango filling, was dry not juicy compared to previous time where it had more tastier fillings. It's $3 each if you don't buy a pack of 6. What a rip off! There don't even have the corn side dish as there are not much choices in this Kingsway location. I would to go to Popeye's next time .. the strawberry cream pie is cheaper at $1.50 each and much tastier. read more

Well we ordered one bucket of chicken , there were six pcs in a bucket. I requested during the order if it's ok 4 thigh and 2 chicken legs, the person who took the order confirm and said yes even when I paid at the cashier she told me 4 thigh and 2 chicken legs. When i got my order of course I didnt check coz the order was super slow then found out got 3 thigh and 3 legs plus the legs were very small. I'm very disappointed as in very disappointed not coming back here anymore coz it happened to us multiple times. Stuff are not friendly and not organized and most of all ver SLOW. read more

Not too happy with my experience here. Staffs is all over the place. Trying to place an order but having a hard time hearing the cashier coz staff are too loud laughing and joking around. When the food is to be handed 3 staff are on it, it gross me out coz why can't one person do all the preparation. I'm not coming back. Food is not the greatest.
