If I could give this IHOP a 0/5, you best believe I would. This has to be the worst service that I have ever had. My friends and I had just graduated from high school, and decided to go to IHOP to eat. That was a grave mistake. When we got there, we were told that we would be seated soon. They said that it would take us a while before we would get seated since it was so many people. However there were many empty seats. After waiting 40 mins we were finally seated. Our waitress was the only saving grace of our entire experience. She was sweet and I enjoyed her service. We got all our orders in after about 10 mins. We thought it was going to be a few mins. 30 mins at the maximum. A couple of hours later we finally got our food. This was after a hero came up and asked what was taking so long. I would give him a kiss if I could. He was a noble man. My friends and I showered him with praise. We arrived at 8:37 and finally got our food around 11:15. It was cold, and we all saw the food waiting on the counter for many hours. My mom's friend had came to help us. She gave the manager hell. She was not playing around. After she started going off on that manager, she was the spark that started the dynamite. Everyone poured their venom at her. The manager tried to treat us like we were idiots.(Her name was Shelly by the way. So IHOP knows who to fire.) She tried to act as if it was our fault that food waiting time was awful. She claimed that we still ate the food, so we must have been happy with our meal. Oh please. After that long period of waiting, we would have eaten a brick if they had came out and served us it. The food was not that great if she was going off that assumption. People do not like cold and stale pancakes. If she does not want to work at IHOP, then don't. Go get a different job. Do not work in a restaurant if you can treat people with respect. My friend's mom brought up an interesting point. She claimed that since we were minors we would not do anything about our mistreatment. She claimed that the manager Shelly wants to walk over us because we were children. This was somewhat true. Other people who arrived later after us was serviced before us. They got their food WAY before us. Some minors were seating next to us, and they waited a long time after us. I was fed up with her. I did something I hardly do at a restaurant. I screamed out several things at her. Service with a smile my ass. This is awful service. This is going on yelp! When I went to pay my bill, she gave us a 3 dollar discount. She thought this was going to mend fences. Oh hallelujah! Thank you jezus! I got 3 dollars of my bill. I living on the edge of reality! The good life is coming for me baby! No, she pushed us down, pissed in our faces, and kicked us in our nuts. People had their own life to attend to.My brother had exams tomorrow. My friends had stuff to attend to. Stop having your head up your ass and think about people and their life. Most people do not have time to deal with I hate being mean, but I was fed up. I was royally pissed, and it takes a lot to tick me off. So when I paid for my meal I told the manager to count her days.The waitress was wonderful. I gave my tip to her personally, to make sure the manager did not get her crummy hands on it.I am sorry to the workers who had to stay longer, because the manager can keep her head out of ass. If she is not there by next week then we did our job well. Normally I am happy to see the type of poop I will have after eating at a certain restaurant. This is the only place I have ever been that a person pretty much had to show ID of age to order food. They refuse to serve you a meal from certain categories if they think you are not old enough to order off the 55+ or young enough to order off the kids menu. Waitress was VERY unhelpful. They also bring food that should literally be in the trash like the very bad yellow broccoli in the picture. The manager should have thrown it out, the cook should have thrown it out, the waitress should have thrown it out an not brought it to the table. It made it by at least 3 quality control people! Go to ANY OTHER place and you can order any FOOD anywhere on the menu without an ID...... With this place having the HIGHEST prices in town you would think they would be kinder.... Run down, has roaches, bad management, sloppy food, it's Just horrible. Will never eat there again!!! Don't waist your money or time.

Very nice place. The people are awesome and show that they care about their customers.
