I haven't been during the day time, but I often go on the overnight shift. I have no complaints service has always been courteous and food is decent and price is comparable to other Ihops. read more

Lunch was great. Dinner was another story. Ordered the chicken parm and waitress walked off so was looking forward to having it. Five min later find out they don't have any marinara sauce so I can't have it. So try to order the Mac and cheese of kids menu cause I'm not all that hungry and I was told that I am not welcome to order from kids menu cause I'm to old. A sale is a sale. Bad customer service. Our waitress was dee dee read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Waited to be seated for 10 minutes with multiple employees walking by. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted and have our drink order taken. Our waitress told us "not to cuss her out like her last table did". Then we ordered our food (a classic burger with fries and a regular combo with sausage) and waited an hour and 15 minutes before we finally just left with no food. Our waitress came by our table every 10-15 minutes saying "your food is coming right out, don't blame me I don't do the cooking". The last time she came to our table she said "they're playing the food rn". I then watched her walk into the kitchen and yell at the cooks that she still needed the burger, picked up food from the expo line that had been sitting there for 30 minutes and started to walk towards us with it. At this point we just left because we couldn't take it anymore especially since my boyfriends food had been sitting for so long and mine wasn't even done. We will NEVER go back to this IHOP. Drive the extra 20 minutes and hit up the IHOP in Burleson. read more

Very pleased with our service here at IHOP. Our waitress Amber was very friendly and helpful.. she was very professional and we're very pleased with our service.. We'll be recommending Amber as our server from now on.. Very nice person and perfect service read more

Don't bother. Find somewhere else to eat. You will never be seated or waited on. You will spend 2 hours plus trying to eat here and leave mad. And every person that works here hates their life. read more

Great service best service ever at iHop. I had the breakfast sampler and it was hot and fresh eggs were perfectly cooked and bacon was crispy. We went in Easter Sunday morning and they were very busy but they had no problem attending to 9. read more

This place can be a hit or miss. This visit was great! The hash browns were seasoned well & crispy, the eggs and pancakes were delicious. Our waitress, Yamila was the best!!! Sweet, helpful, courteous and attentive. She got our order right and giggled when our son agreed he wanted chocolate milk. I'll ask for her next time. read more

I understand it's only been opened a week but the service is awful and so is the food. I love IHOP, we go to Burleson quite often. I was looking forward to having an"Avacado and turkey Bennie". It's on the menu in Burleson but not in Cleburne? So I ordered the Simple & Fit scramble egg and Harvest pancakes. Yeah, no, the waitress got my order wrong 3 times!!! Plus I was charged $1.99 for three slices of tomato!!!! My family was finished with their meals before I even got food that was somewhat close to my original order. I still gave the young waitress a tip, I have to think that maybe she just wasn't trained properly and it is Christmas time. However, I will not be back to this IHOP for a long while. read more

This place was the worst five employees including the manager just talking away while we waited to be seated so long story short we left

Not too impressed. I have been to many Ihops in the past but this one was not even average. The booth still had crums in sest so I had to clean it with my napkin. The food was luke warm when it came out. The staff was nice but seemed distracted. We came here because we had to drop off my car across the street at Lone Star Autoplex. We left without eating breakfast and or lunch. We sat down around 9:30 food came out after a good wait so I am sure that is why it was not hot. I went to the restroom and well... it was not clean. Not filthy but paper everywhere. Which is not the establishment's fault just unclean people that come in. I will be sure to eat breakfast next time or stop somewhere else. Not my cup of coffee. OH! And speaking of coffee, we did have some and well... again not the best. I know IHop is like a fast food joint but I was not even impressed at all. I gave it 3 stars because of the staff. Will not be back. read more

The service here is always slow. My boyfriend & I came in during a dead time, 3:30 & there were probably 4 other tables. We were sat down by the Host, and it took 10 min for a server to come to our table to even get our drink order. We wouldn't have even gotten a server if we hadn't got up to tell the host that no one had even come to our table yet. Once the host got the servers attention, they were all sitting in a corner talking. Once he told them, they all peeked over the ledge they were standing out, the manager stepped out, looked at our table, then proceed to walk away as if he didn't even see us. Finally about 5 min later a girl came and took our order and wasn't happy at all that she had to wait on us. As if she was the one who had been sitting for 15 min and hadn't gotten any service. read more

Went in to ihop i got seated after 5mins waiting. I got drink quickly but nobody took my order for almost an hr. I wasnt even half done with my food and lady gave me check and was trying to give me take out drink and box for food. I also had 4 other waitress dealing with me. Oh yeah i had 1 slam my drink on table and walk off. Very rude staff read more

We have ordered food from here 7 weeks in a row and have yet to get the order correct! I order the same thing EVERY WEEK and they have yet to get it correct. I finally made a complaint and the manager apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. It did. I think the most aggravating thing is that I've said something the past 4 Sundays to the same manager and not once has she comped anything, even when I paid for an entire other order of food. So I spend $8 on a plate of food I didn't order and didn't get my money back. We love IHOP but this particular location is awful. If it weren't for the fact that we have a tradition of eating at IHOP every Sunday I would've been done with them 2 months ago. We ate inside a few times and it was better but still not great. read more

Not good. The place is already getting the dirty feel. We waited 15 minutes to pay until we finally just left cash. The girl of course came running to get her money. I said it's odd we sat there and you didn't come then we leave and you come running. She laughed! There were only 4 other tables with people. Good was meh... read more

The service was absolutely terrible, we waited thirty minutes for our food until we finally called over a manager and she went to check and they hadn't even put in our order! Our waitress had only come to check on us once during that time and said it should be out soon after about 5 minutes. Long story short we spent one whole hour waiting for our food because the waitress didn't put our order in and didn't care enough to go check on the food or us. So all and all an absolutely terrible experience definitely a one star tops. read more

Second time we have come in (wife and I), and received a very, very slow service. This time 2 sets of guests came in after us and they were served before us. The time before this it took probably 10 minutes to get approached by the server. This time after 5 minutes we got up and left. We told the front greeter about it and she shrugged her shoulders and said i guess we are busy. They were less than half full on Sunday before church. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

Quite frankly the worst IHOP around just drive down to burleson if you're wanting food. The wait staff is slow at best and they can't seem to get a thing right. My girlfriend orders a spinach and mushroom omelette right? well where's the mushrooms... I hear the girl go back to the cook and say "you forgot her mushrooms... she wants them" like duh she wants them. They never check on their tables or offer refills or any kind of service in general. I've been here several times and every time it's average at best. Not to mention it was terribly slow probably 3 guests at a time and there's 3 tables that have been dirty the entire time we were there. disgusting, do not go. read more

This IHop was the worst!!! The server was ok, but not the best. The food was horrible. One of the workers; which seemed to be a manager look and acted as if she was high on drugs. She keep going back and forth to the bathroom and coming out acting weird. I don't recommend wasting your money at this IHop. read more

We waited over 50 minutes to get our food and finally left. And... We were not the only ones who left. 6 folks left before us. Service was horrible. Too many of the staff were in the back cutting up and not taking care of the customers. I won't be coming back. Fuck 'em. read more

The wait time for your food is far too long, by the time you get it it's usually cold. The waitstaff aren't attentive and are usually grouped together chatting. The food was barely edible. We ended up eating a few bites, then waiting forever for our ticket, and finally went to a different restaurant to finish our meal. What a waste of our time and money. We won't be back. read more

Without any doubt not good...the food is cold and they couldn't find "Renaldo" and started yelled it real loud in the kitchen, they blasted rap music so loud that I couldn't hear the music that was over the radio in the dining area, the booths have mud and crums everywhere, the service is horrible, we got here at 6:00 and we still do not have our food...I could go on and on about this place I've been her plenty of time and the only reason why I come is because I crave an omelette when really it's not the best at all! read more

This place has terrible service and the wait staff is rude. We will not go back. We gave it more than one chance and it was awful every time. There are plenty of nearby choices. Try R&K cafe or the burleson brunch house. read more

The manger called Linda scream and holler at our staff and everything cuz we complained about our food because we had to wait three and a half hours for it mine was like a brick and everyone else could not eat there's two cuz it's so cook so hard the toast was almost burnt read more

There is no way this place even deserves stars. Service is always awful whether it be in the day or overnight. Drink order takes forever, food takes forever, and there's always something wrong with the food. There are many employees that are walking around and most of the time not doing anything. read more

Ate here with my family since we were hungry for breakfast (sorta) in the middle of the night. The steaks are quite a bit tough, but the flavor isn't bad. The crepes are delicious as ever, and the service is pretty good. Since it was very busy, it did take around five minutes to get seated. Not because of a line, no, everyone was just too busy running like madmen to see the new family decide to join in. Once seated, our waitress was very attentive and quick as possible. Overall; the food is what you expect from any iHop and the service is good. read more

Maybe it's just because I'd been driving a REALLY long time and the kids and I were tired and HANGRY, but I am NOT happy with this first visit to this IHOP! Our waitress was Amanda H. While attempting to balance a coffee carafe, a glass of ice water and hot cocoa, she accidentally spilled hot cocoa on my baby girl and burned her leg. She was about to spill the ice water until I caught it and helped her take the coffee carafe down and placed it upon the table, too! She immediately brought over napkins so that my daughter could clean herself up and I wiped down the table and the floor. Amanda said she would comp some of our food. She ended up only comping our drinks; water, coffee, and hot cocoa. Wow. I didn't expect a free meal. But I did expect that at least my daughter's meal would have been free. I did not summons a manager; there was already enough drama going on with an ambulance outside and a woman having to be carried out and attended to. All we wanted to do was get home and get to bed after a meal. I was SO upset, I left my leftovers in the restaurant! read more

Do not eat at this restaurant! All of our food came out room temperature after a long wait. We told the waitress and she said "uhhh what do you want me to do?" We were the waitress's only customers and she kept standing at our table. She stood there while we counted money to pay. It was very expensive for a tiny amount of food. read more

Food was average service was HORRIBLE. IF you have nothing else to do, go to this iHop. It will take your whole day just waiting for food. Place was empty on a Tuesday evening (5:30p) and it still took over 30 minutes to get our food. read more

Horrrible service!!!! first I was told 35 minute wait time in the kitchen cuz the kitchen was backed up. then when I left they said please come back when we're not busy I don't eat when they're not busy I eat when I'm hungry! Pathetic read more

Since I had just finished a day of working retail during the holidays myself I tried to cut these people some slack but...when we first walked in a girl came over and said "can I help you?" Which always irks me because I think that is a terribly rude way to greet people. Anyways, she sat is down at a booth and said our waitress would be with us shortly however 15 or so minutes went by and no waitress said a word to us though a few different ones walked right past us on several occasions. I guess they didn't need our business because they still failed to acknowledge me and my husband as we got up and left. I say go on down the road to the Huddle House where at least the act like they appreciate your business! read more

i asked for no butter on my pancakes and they gave me butter. also it took like an hour to get our food

I have been here 3 times now and all 3 times have been AWFUL! The first time we went it was like the people working had never had waiter/waitressing job ever before. Horrible service. The second time we went we got seated and waited at the table for a server to come wait on us. They never showed up. After 10 minutes we left. After that experience I should have known it wouldn't get any better. This past time we went the waitress that sat us at a table gave us our menus and just left. Took another 5-6 minutes for a different waitress to come serve us. While the one that sat us just stood by kitchen and didn't do anything. After finally ordering it took 25+ minutes to get our food. Had to send two items back because they were cold. While waiting for those items to be remade the waitress and cook got into an argument and everyone could hear them. Will never come back to this IHOP. read more

Have had better service in a porta John if you can't get service at 2:45 am on Wed morning I would hate to see it when they have business in there will never stop here again walked out after watching the waitress stand and gossip for 15 min in plain site read more

cant comment on food, never got any order put in! coffee was old and we, a party of 7, sat there for 30 minutes waiting on appetizer and for some one to came and take our meal order. The place had other customers, maybe about 20 or so but no one was eating. Finally, we and another table of people got up and left. put $ on table for the coffees and went to Burleson IHOP. Got fantastic service there as always. Will NOT be back to this joke of a place, probably be shutting the doors soon, hopefully read more

Very bad service. The food sits on the counter while the servers are taking their cell phone breaks. Several in our party didn't get their food for more than an hour after being seated. A few of the orders got lost between the server and the kitchen staff. No managers on site and only one person was busing tables so people had to wait several minutes while tables sat empty and dirty. Nothing like getting a steaming cup of coffee with a lip stick stain on the brim. Yuck! read more

If I could I would give this place no stars as the rating. Our waitress took forever to order our food plus she was very rude towards myself. She took forever to get the condiments that we needed for our meal. Although we sat down first we were attended to last. She would rarely come back and ask us if we were ok. She seemed to have an attitude problem. The waitress who sat us down didn't give us the correct amount of menus. I didn't enjoy this experience at all. read more
