Got there around 8:15. Not very crowded and was seated right away but it was also raining outside so no crowds. Waitress came over right away. Coffee and water right away. Coffee was delicious. Asked for more sugar and it came right away. Food was delicious as expected and came to the table rather quickly. The French toast were not very tasty but everything else was delicious. Wait staff was excellent today and so was the cashier. read more

Place was not clean. I ordered Swedish crepes and side of bacon . I hop use to have the best crepes. This location was in Eastlake and the worst crepes and uncooked paper thin bacon I have ever had. read more

We like IHOP when it is not busy because it has better pancakes than Denny's. My husband likes the omelets especially the hamburger one with all you can eat pancakes The service is generic usually but nothing negative stands out. Coffee could be stronger. The owner Abu is a good man too :) read more

Who doesn't love pancakes?! So we were all ready to go skydiving and it was too foggy so in waiting for it to clear we went to breakfast. It was very busy, but we didn't even have to wait the full expected 20 minutes before getting our table. As soon as we sat our server was there taking our drink order. Coffee for me!! He came back a few minutes later and took our food order which came out 10 or so minutes later. Our food was hot and delicious and by the time we were done the sky had cleared and we headed back to the drop zone. Thanks Omar for your great service!! read more

I don't know why my kids love this place so much but I bet it's probably because the kids menu is made with happy face servings. The food is ok at best. Nothing you can't cook at home with basic cooking skills. Definitely a wait on sundays or during any breakfast hours. The staff is friendly but can get lost in traffic to your table. A little pricey for basic staples but would be a safe place to visit for picky eaters. read more

The food was decent, but our waitress, Claudia, was a complete horse's a**. Apparently, she doesn't like serving interracial couples. She was so ridiculously rude to my bf and I. I thought maybe she just, seriously HATES, her job...until I realized she was giving better customer service to the Hispanic couple behind us. She had such a bad attitude and was down right mean and nasty. We were nothing but friendly, courteous, and respectful, and she had the audacity to treat us with such disdain. As if we were insects, needing to be squashed. Shame on you IHOP for employing this racist individual. That type of behavior should absolutely NOT be tolerated! If you don't like serving people of different ethnicities, you need to seek a different type of employment. If she's not careful, she could easily become a liability to this particular establishment. I will never come back here. Money only knows one color, and that's green. read more

No line.... made us put our name on a list behind two reservations that were not even there yet- then made us wait until the reservations showed up before they seated us. AND the worst part they bring me a dirty glass with lipstick on it. Unsafe and unsanitary nowadays smh....Never again- Denny's and anybody else except IHOP in Eastlake! read more

Food is ok, management not so great, there are kids running un safely around the restaurant and neither servers nor manager did anything about it. I was annoyed and also preoccupied.i ended walking to that family's table and politely asked to retain their children for their safety and for our peace of mind. They didn't take that we'll. When I walked back to me table the other tables thanked me loudly enough so that the already annoyed family could hear which was not fine because now they walked to my table and started arguing. And still no managers where there to take care of the situation. Overall " Not a fun experience at all." read more

First i really like the interior design of this ihop it definitely looks different than all the other IHOP's that I been to. The wait wasn't long and we were seated right away. I felt that the waitress looked unprofessional but I guess that doesn't matter here. She rarely checked in on us and was completely gone after the randomly dropped our check off. The food actually was the worse that I've had at an ihop ever. It seemed as though the food was done quickly but she waited forever to bring it to us so everything was very cold and not appealing at all I actually was disgusted. But I'll believe that this was an isolated incident and doesn't happen often. I would hope not at least. read more

So not my idea to come here. Its a chain, the masses flock here and I am not really a breakfast person. Worse, it was the second time in a month I had been to an IHOP. Positive: Quite a selection of food. Willing to make substitutions. Do offer healthier selections on the back page & their Senior starts at 55. Negative: Its a chain. Just crazy busy with people. A lot of their breakfast specials are deserts in disguise, seriously crepes stuffed with Nutella? So I got the eggs Benedict and was pleasantly surprised, it was actually good. Eggs were poached properly and the hollandaise sauce was good. The place is a study in excess but if you need a place for breakfast for a group of people, everyone should be able to find something to eat. read more

One of my favorite IHOP's. Yeah it's outside the LA area, but the service and food quality are amazing compared to other comparable locations. Friendly employees bringing out delicious places covered in eggs and cheese? Yes please! Been a quick minute since I've been here, but I'll definitely be going back in a few weeks to visit my friend Victor. Favorite dish here: The steak tips and eggs. Deliciously cooked beef (that must be eaten while hot), and covered in onions. So good! read more

IHOP not only has great service, it has great foods and great servers and I had no problem at all. All the servers were all very kind to every single consumers and they seemed like very hard working people! The food wait wasn't long, even though there was many costumers in every booth, which shows how hard working the servers works. I had no problem with the food which was very fresh! The manger always comes around with a great and hard working attitude and is always helping the servers and talking to customers with friendly ness! The food prices were VERY reasonable and I recommend IHOP 100% read more

If there was a ZERO, I'd rate it a zero. The food was ok the service was ok until we had to pay the bill. The server gave us the wrong bill probably thinking that she can get away with it. We looked it over and told her it was the wrong one. She said, "I know but you're paying about the same amount, actually even lesser." I told her it's not our bill and I'd like to pay for what we ate. She said it wasn't her fault that someone earlier didn't close the bill and kept it open. She was trying to convince us to pay for someone else's bill so she can close it out. We refused and left her no tip. Asked for a manager but there was none. NEVER coming back to this iHop ever again. So ridiculous! read more

They are always packed !!!! i usually go there on Mondays morning with my friends after we drop our kids at school. for our mommy/ coffee time . the longest we had to wait is like 10 min . i always order The chicken fajita omelet wish is my fav and i totally recommended and my friends order The Spinach Omelet and the veggie omelet . they are always so busy but you still get a great service and that is what we like about this location . just one thing they don't have Cajeta (Caramel) so i always bring my cajeta from home for my pancakes ... sorry!!! but i need my cajeta hehehe. read more

It was almost noon and we just finished up at the YMCA Eastlake and ended up starving so we went to IHOP. I remembered the commercial featuring the cheddar and bacon waffle so of course I ordered that! It did NOT disappoint. I was actually expecting bacon and cheese in the waffle but it was more like a cheddar waffle with bacon pieces on top. It didn't matter because it still gave the sweet and savory taste.. which is what I was going for anyways! Service was good.. it was busy so I wasn't expecting perfect. Overall our food came out on time, correct and hot. Thanks IHOP.. see you again! read more

Okay, I'll be truthful. My family and I frequently eat here for during weekend mornings and tonight I wanted breakfast for dinner. The parking lot seemed pretty vacant, so I was pleased to see it wasn't so busy. After we got seated, we give the waitress our order. She gives us our drinks, but I swear she sloppily threw the straws on the table. When given our utensils, she seemed to just have tossed them on the table. I'm thinking "What gives?" Ugh. As we sat at our table, our waitress doesn't tell us the food is coming. I swear I think we waited for 30 minutes for our food to arrive. When we finally get our food, my hash browns were just gross. The top part was semi-burnt and the inside was mushy. My bacon was seemed burnt too and I was turned off. Wasn't pleased with the service here. Our waitress could've been better with checking up on us with our order and being more pleasant. I was just unpleasant with the service here I didn't end up finishing my food. What a waste of $32. read more

This IHOP location is good 2 go. You will get all of the food quality and service that comes with the average IHOP location. The difference is the friendliness and the efficiency of the wait staff. So far they have been money. I also tried the chicken and waffles--maybe I should leave that specialty to Roscoe's and quit expecting a chain to hit home runs out of its wheelhouse. Go here for the breakfast and the coffee, not the chicken and waffles. This is a staple place for friendly atmosphere as a couple or groups with reliable service and food. read more

With this coronavirus stuff and all of its closures to local businesses, they offered free pancakes and eggs to kids today! Anything to get my kid excited in this terrible situation. The staff would not even accept a tip and I know they are seriously hurting for money for themselves at this time. When local businesses are hurting and they still do stuff like this. My wife and tried to have breakfast this morning. They could not seem to get her order correct or brought to the table at the same time (getting your toast at the end of the meal means toast more than likely does not get eaten.) For me, pancakes were cold and remainder of meal barely warm. Cashier had a nonchalant attitude when I reported our displeasure. Too many options in the area to ever return. read more

My husband and I eat at this location every weekend. It's sort of our little morning treat to each other. The food here is always great and the service is outstanding! Johana is by far the best waitress I've ever encountered. She's friendly, attentive, outgoing and always greets you with a warm friendly smile. It's like you could sit at her table forever. We are one of the last groups, but it was a nice space and can host large groups well. I will be returning so my wife can experience this.

Between the pricing, portion sizes, and misleading menu photos, this place is not worth it. Would not recommend if you care about value.
