9/1/26…read more This was my first time ordering from The Flame Broiler, and it definitely will not be my last! The chicken was absolutely delicious. It had this amazing grilled, almost charcoal-broiled flavor that made it taste so much better than I expected. Even the rice, which seems simple, tasted so good with the chicken. What I really love is that I can enjoy something that tastes this good while still getting a healthy, high-protein meal. I ordered the NAE Chicken Bowl with 41g+ of protein, and I was seriously impressed. The Buy One, Get One Free deal made it even better! My delivery driver was also great and communicated with me when he was trying to locate my place. He found it and delivered everything without a problem. I'm definitely adding The Flame Broiler to my favorites and will be ordering again. I'll also be recommending it to anyone I know who wants a delicious, healthier, high-protein meal. 10/10!

When I called in they told me to email the business and they would send me a refund. I would've been fine with a free drink or something closer to the value since I kept the fries and the roll tacos are more expensive. I emailed and didn't hear back. Today I ordered fries and they never made my order it wasn't until the third time I checked on it that they realized they never made my fries. Which were skimpy to say the least. I don't know if it is because they were rushed but $23 for fries and a bev is wild when they give you half a tacos worth of meat. Probably won't be coming back here.

Apparently, moving it from the pizza into a small cup is considered an "extra" and comes with an additional charge. So let me get this straight, I already paid for the ranch that's included with the pizza, but if I don't want it poured on top, I have to pay again? That's a pretty impressive business model. The pizza itself was fine, but policies like this leave a bad taste. Sometimes taking care of the customer over a tiny cup of ranch goes a lot further than squeezing out a few extra dollars.
