Bacon Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwich
    Nayeli R.

I'm so happy we now have an Einstein Bros Bagels close to home! I ordered the bacon egg white avocado on a whole wheat bagel to go and it was as expected. The bagel came out warm and soft. My husband ordered the Santa Fe bagel and said it was good. I look forward to supporting this business new to our community and trying more of their bagel sandwiches and spreads

Arrived right at 5 and they were open as I got there. It was larger than I expected and very inviting. They had a bunch of employees right up front and they were very friendly. I ordered my regular bagel sandwiches. The BAT, Bacon Avocado and tomato on a green chili bagel. I also ordered the chorizo sunrise bagel sandwich. My order only took a few mins. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious as always. This is a nice location and I will drop by again soon.

I showed up a little late around 11 there was a line. The line was moving somewhat fast so don't complain if there is a long line or you have to wait for bagels team member was very fresh and very friendly. She did make one mistake making my drink, but I didn't say anythingbut the flavor was great. The bagel was delicious and fresh. Thank you.

Forgot the most important part of the "Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich"!!

Good service but pay attention to detail on the orders!! Forgot the avocado as well as the tomato spread which are key to the "Garden Avocado"!!

Hearty, classic breakfast with generous portions…read more I ordered the French Toast, Denver omelet, hash browns, and the peanut butter flavored pancakes, and everything came out hot and satisfying. The French toast, definitely delivered on flavor and portion size. The slices were thick and nicely crisp on the outside while staying soft and custardy inside. Lightly dusted with powdered sugar and topped with a scoop of butter that melts perfectly into every bite simple but satisfying. The omelet was packed with ham, onions, and peppers, cooked through without being dry, and well-seasoned. It's filling and definitely hits that classic diner-style breakfast craving. The hash browns were nicely crisp on the outside with a soft center simple, comforting, and done right. The highlight for me was the peanut butter pancakes. Fluffy and thick with a rich peanut butter flavor that wasn't overly sweet. They felt indulgent without being heavy, and paired perfectly with syrup. Overall, Aunt Emma's delivers solid comfort food and big portions in a cozy, no-frills setting. Nothing fancy, but everything was executed well. A dependable breakfast spot when you're in the mood for something filling and familiar.

    * Great service * Casual ambiance…read more* Tasty food Local Chula Vista favorite that's been around for years, offering great prices, solid breakfast options, and fresh coffee that's constantly refilled. The service is very attentive my cup never even made it halfway before someone checked in to see if I wanted more. The food hits the spot. I had the huevos rancheros (my favorite!) and added sour cream, which made it even better for my taste . My husband ordered the trio omelette and a side of banana pancakes. I would've preferred the cheese on the omelette to be more fully melted, but it was still good overall. The pancakes aren't banana-flavored; they're regular pancakes topped with bananas which my husband expected to be banana-flavored--but they were still great. Worth the wait. Parking can be a bit tricky, but street parking works if you're patient. Depending on the day and time, you can expect a wait, but it's definitely worth it. Overall, a must-try if you're in Chula Vista. Classic local spot with good food, great service, and fair prices. Definitely coming back.

Not bad at all. I see quite a few negative reviews about service, but I didn't have any issues…read more Although, I also came in with a party of 11 shortly after they opened. So not only did they have to pay attention to us, but they could also focus on accommodating us. The coffee cup is a bit small and cute. I did get several refills, so the size wasn't an issue. I just got a country skillet. It comes with gravy by default, which does a lot to keep it from feeling too cloying or dry. I think that's somewhat common with skillets, especially when it has a lot of potato, which this one does as well. A lot of the other items look good also.

Went on a Friday morning, it was my first time at this broken yolk, café location. I gave two stars…read morefor the following: Good: I got sat down quickly The waitress and waiters were very attentive and right away came to ask for something to drink Very friendly and professional customer service Bad: If I can give zero stars, I would. The foo food and drink was too commercialized and lacked taste and flavor. The breakfast I got it was a simple breakfast two eggs, a biscuit, hashbrowns, and hot mocha then later a coffee. All I can say was there was no flavor in anything I ate. I felt like I was eating bland crackers. The only thing that gave it flavor was the Tapatio, ketchup, and the strawberry jam. I've never tasted anything that was so bad and bland. They really need to change that. Needless to say, I assumed the mocha would help, but it did not. It literally tasted like water and cheap chocolate syrup. It was horrible. Then I asked if I could trade the mocha to a coffee and have it to go. Unfortunately the coffee tasted like burnt coffee, no matter how much cream and sugar I put in, it would not change the taste. I even still had an aftertaste after I threw away the coffee on my way home. I have to say that the price they charged for this commercial breakfast, mocha, and coffee - from what I have experience, it was priced too high for very poor quality of food and drink. I will not be returning again and sticking to non-commercialized small restaurant businesses.
