POKĒ BOWL | Regular (3 scoops of protein)
Andrea Q.

Quick service again! Was able to get in and out for my lunch. As part of the rewards I took advantage of the $1 off today. The employee did mention next week they will be doing orders on the kiosk so just an FYI.

Love the poke here! Good location, friendly service! The restaurant is always clean and organized. Prices have gone up over the years but that's true of most places! 2025(12)

The food is always fresh! We are always greeted when we walk in. The staff have great suggestions! I tried their spicy sauce and it was delicious!!! Definitely check it out!

Meets basic standards, I haven't been in a long time because I think prices have definitely gone up. However, I do appreciate blue poke every now and then. Getting the regular bowl, even sometimes a small bowl, will always make me full. I also appreciate that they sell spam masubis! They make them in the back so it's an additional wait after paying for them, but I thought they were pretty good! Both times I've went recently, it's been a clean dining environment and the staff are always nice and accommodating!

We used the self service to order and after 30 minutes we were wondering why it was taking such a long time when there wasn't many people in. Probably 3 of us. When my husband went to ask at first they couldn't the ticket and after throughly looking they found it. If my husband doesn't go ask, we could've been waiting forever. They didn't apologize, didn't offer anything such as a free drink, free bowl. This is unacceptable. They should've asked us if they see us sitting here waiting for our food and they probably noticed we hadn't received it. Moral of the story, skip the double points and order with them to avoid having them skip your order. Customer service should improve- offer a free dessert, drink, bowl, something.

Craving some poke after coming back for Hawaii service was excellent. Server Help me get my bowl together very clean. Enjoyed it very much Yum.

Wrong order by a mile I mean a blind person could've gotten my order right.

placed my order 2 hours prior to them closing, somehow they don't have white rice so they replace it with brown rice that's fine, but when you mess up the entire order not for just one bowl but two ?? Walked in wasn't greeted and all I hear is the workers laughing and not even acknowledging me and to make matters worse once I arrived they also didn't even have my order ready. That's when they decided to let me know that white rice wasn't an option. Maybe don't say my food is ready if it's not even prepared or the right thing. Terrible place I decided to give them a second shot never again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

*fresh food * great flavors * great service * casual ambiance * great music Spacious area great for lunch time not to busy. Love that they have a variety of different side options, sauce option and protein options. The cherry on top for me is quinoa option! Must try.

Joan was an amazing server!!! She made my bowl with care and made the experience a 10/10!

Fresh ingredients. There is a spiraled cucumber option for the base instead of white rice, brown rice, and spring mix, which was awesome. Low carbs and super refreshing. Clean space, clean restrooms. Prices weren't too bad. I'd definitely come back.

My wife got the Double Salmon bowl--she thought it was just okay. Compared to the Liberty Station location, the portion sizes here felt noticeably smaller, which was a bit disappointing. The rice was decent, nothing special. That said, the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I do wish they wore name tags--I'd love to give the gentleman who helped us the praise he deserves.

I recently just made an online order and picked it up and it is completely wrong. As you can see in the picture- one bowl is supposed to be spicy chicken and shrimp but there is salmons/spicy poke in both. One of the bowls isn't supposed to even have spicy mayo... if you compare both bowls to the receipt you can see it's completely off. When I came in I didn't appreciate the fact that they were hiding too and laughing in the corner knowing there is a customer. It was 2 guys and 1 girl and the girl told me "oh we also didn't have white rice so we used brown rice " like I did an online order and provided my information so they could've called me instead of doing it... I said it was okay to be nice but now looking at the bowls and seeing how small the portions are as well on top of the order being wrong is not acceptable. I am not the type to complain but spending $40 on something I didn't even order is not worth it. Mind you it was not busy at all so I don't understand how they messed up especially if there is 3 of them. I've been here several times but I've never experienced this bad of a service ever...

A favorite in the quick poke game. The seaweed salad is my favorite here. Their veggies and seafood is always fresh and tasty.

What is in the blue pokē sauce?

Hi. Our blue pokē sauce is our signature sauce that is a bit sweet, a tad tangy and mostly savory. Itss made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh squeezed lime juice, dashi and white pepper.

Are you still doing dine in?

Hi. We are currently only offering take out and delivery dining options at this time - in compliance with the current county regulations.

Do they marinade the fish in sauce or do they serve it on the side?

The bowls are built just the way you like it, so you can add the sauce to the fish or ask for it on the side. Our fish is not pre-marinated.

My favorite is the isaw (chicken intestines), adidas (chicken feet) and, the chicken and pork meat bbq's. They also have pork liver, kwek-kwek, pig ears, chicken heads, fish sticks, hotdogs, and plenty more. Aside of serving skewers they also offer crispy pata ($29.99), bangus ($15.99), and beef pares. They also have different kinds of refreshments. I like that brown drink with gulaman, it's sweet and refreshing. It's also nice that they gave you atsara (pickled papayas) on the side together with the other sauces to dip your food, to add more enjoyable flavors. It's a self service.... you grab your tray, pick your favorite skewers and drinks of choice, pay your order at the register, and go ahead to the grilling station at the back, where you can enjoy the fun grilling your food. Each skewer is really cheap for $2 each but be careful because it adds up quick! It can go expensive before you realized it, lol! I really liked the bangus, they fried it and it's big and so fatty which I love but the only thing was, they don't have tomatoes that should go with it. It's very homey-Filipino style and they are very nice. They also sell taho on some days.

My coworker ended up calling in and was able to order it, so that worked out. The wonton chips were crunchy and held up well. The poke tasted fresh and not fishy or old, which I always appreciate. Overall it hit the spot. I ended up finding the restaurant on Uber Eats and saw they actually have the poke nachos listed there. I ordered it that way, but noticed there weren't any options to add extra toppings. From the first time we ordered, I remember the seaweed and crab were on the lighter side, so I wish they had an option to add more online. I called to see if I could add extra, but ended up deciding not to, due to pricing differences. When I my order was delivered, they included it for me anyway, which I appreciated. That was really nice of them. The poke nachos were good. I just wish they would add a little more seaweed and crab or at least give the option to add more of it online. Regardless, I will be back when I'm craving poke nachos again.

Both employees, over the phone and at the restaurant seemed like they did not want to be there at all. I went with a lava chicken plate and teri chicken plate. The rice was very mushy as if they added too much water. There was random pieces of beef in my chicken plate and some parts of the chicken appeared to be under cooked. I know chicken thigh meat can be slightly red but this just looks undercooked. My order did not come with any napkins or utensils. I have been to one of the other HH locations and did not expect to be disappointed.
