Absolutely horrible service. We waited up front to be seated for 10 minutes. Two people came out of the kitchen and looked at us, mumbled and walked back into the kitchen without seating us. There were only two other tables with people in them at the restaurant. I would understand this if we went right before the were closing, but we showed up over two hours before their closing time. read more

Horrible service, went there a few nights ago with some friends and it said they closed at 12 and we went there at 11 and then there was another sign that said open 24hrs, we went inside and nobody was there and a friend of mine looked in the kitchen and we saw the staff hiding in the back. They then proceeded to tell us they are closed even tho they were open. I went there with some friends today and we waited for food for an hour and a half and then waited to get our checks for another 30 minutes. read more

I've been here twice now. This time for that early AM after a night out meal. This time it was for a deep fried bonanza. Both times the service was quick and professional. Clean and well maintained. Not bad, these chains have things down to a science. A consistent meal that I've had before at other IHOP's around the country. Not much else to say about it. At 3AM service is quick. Seating is usually a breeze and your wait staff is accommodating with few other patrons to attend to. The food is cooked liked it is supposed to. read more

doesnt even deserve one star. First, there was a long wait to get a table. We looked in the window and there were many open seats. Second, the waitress seemed to not care whatsoever for us. she walked by and did not fill our cups. She also took forever to bring things that we asked for. Finally, she didnt give us our complete orders. She forgot 2 pancakes that my meal was supposed to come with. My husband and I went out for breakfast and was stuck with a server who had an aggressive tone and seemed to want us to order quickly. She served my coffee in a dirty cup, gave my husband the wrong drink. When we talk to the manager about it, she stopped coming to our table. In fact she went to ever other table around us. I was ticked off. We had to the front to pay our ticket and that's when she showed up!? I asked her to leave so I can talk to the manager. The manager apologized but the server was annoyed. I warned other people not to have that server. I still love IHOP, but will not have her serve me. read more

This IHop has done very well at maintaining social distancing by closing off every other table and all employees wearing masks. The food was fresh and came out in a timely manner. Very good! read more

We decided to go out for breakfast on Sunday and chose IHOP, knowing full well there would be a long wait. Even though there were lots of people waiting, we were told 20 minutes. The hostesses were friendly, professional and made sure everyone was seated as fast as tables became available. Once seated we had time to look over the menu. Our server didn't show up immediately, but knowing they were busy, we expected a delay. Even though it wasn't an inordinate amount of time, when Andrea arrived she aplogized and asked if we had been waiting long. She was friendly, engaging and the service was excellent. Our orders were delivered promptly and everything was delicious. Andrea continued to check on us and always had a smile on her face. I wish I could give her higher than Excellent. Kudos to Andrea and the rest of the staff. read more

My spouse and I went there on Sunday, August 19, 2018 around noon. We were seated almost immediately (great!), ordered our food but then the long wait came. After 30 minutes I asked the waitress and she said, "We're a little behind, it should be coming out soon." Waited 10 more minutes, asked again and same answer. Finally the food came out after 50 long minutes. Since the staff KNEW they were short-staffed, why didn't they tell everyone before they were seated so they could leave and go elsewhere? I'm not sure if this IHOP even deserves one star. I went in for dinner yesterday evening and ordered a patty melt. Not long after I ordered, the waitress came to my table to ask what kind of gravy I wanted on that, which is strange because patty melts don't have gravy. She said that the cook was figuring out how to cook what I'd ordered and was insisting that the melt had gravy on it. I explained that it didn't have gravy and seriously contemplated just paying for my beverage and leaving, since I now had no confidence whatsoever in the staff preparing my meal. All the while I could hear the kitchen staff shouting and arguing, while one of the kitchen staff was wandering the dining area talking on their phone complaining about how many orders she had to fix, though the restaurant wasn't busy at all during this time. The sandwich eventually came out and was nothing at all like what I ordered -- or even any sandwich I've ever seen before. I told the waitress that it wasn't what I ordered and she just looked befuddled, so I paid for my beverage and left. At no point did she or anyone ask what the issue was or why I wasn't satisfied. I've been to this location before and had either sub-par food or sub-par service, but last night's experience was the worst. I doubt I'll ever go back to this location. read more

50 minute wait for two orders of pancakes and chicken and waffles. And no refills on drinks offered chicken was hard and dry while the waffles were soggy. People with larger orders who sat down after us got there food quickly. It doesn't help the restaurant was half empty. read more

We ate dinner here tonight and, while not completely terrible, not a great experience. The pancakes were great, as usual, but the eggs and hashbrowns were bland. Our waitress delivered our food in a decent amount of time, but then disappeared leaving us without refills on our drinks. We had to be attended to by another waitress who walked by our take three times before addressing the issue, though we saw her look pointedly at our empty glasses. When paying our bill, the cashier said "give me" and the amount of our bill, which we thought was quite rude. It will be some time before I eat here again. read more

I went to this IHOP today for my sister's birthday brunch and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. When we got there, we had to wait for a while even though the place was almost completely empty. When we were finally seated, the waitress came to take our drink order and she had the WORST attitude. After we got our drinks, we sat there for 30 minutes needing refills while the waitress kept walking by and paying us no attention. We ordered and waited for our food for about an hour and when we did finally get our food we found out that they completely forgot someone's dish altogether. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she acted as if we were crazy and no one ordered what we said we were missing. She finally just went and got the food and brought it back 10-15 minutes later but, she forgot the pancakes. We brought it up and she got a huge attitude with us. The attitude problem got worse and worse throughout our visit. It seemed like she just wanted us to leave. We will not be returning to this particular IHOP. I'm very disappointed that my 10 year old sister's birthday brunch turned out this way. read more

Being that I am from the West Coast, I've always had the belief that the south was where you could get nothing but good ole "southern hospitality." What a misconception! I'm starting to become immune to such low quality customer servicing here in the south! I mean if you don't enjoy interacting with customers and providing the best service possible, get a job in a field that requires no interaction with the outside world! Anywho, I came to this location for a quick breakfast before I headed to a client. I walked in and a lady standing behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me, even though she looked right at me as I came in. I stood waiting and another lady with a Starbucks cup comes waltzing in my direction and says I'll be with you in a minute. And then another guy walks out from what I assume the kitchen and asks what he can help me with?! Huh?? How about some friggin service! Being that I was very hungry and am from out of town and didn't know where else to go, I sucked it up and said can I just have a table for one. So I'm the guy (who I assume was the manager) tells another guy wearing a hoodie to seat me. Yes a hoodie at an IHOP hehehe! I can't make this up. My waiter was very pleasant however. So no complaints with her. But first impressions are the last impressions. If I'm ever in this area, I will definitely steer clear of this place! read more

One of my relatives loves going to the IHOP near her house. She doesn't mind waiting an hour to two hours to be seated and served. Good for her and her obvious patience. However, last time we went last summer, my parents and myself regretted it with feeling unwell afterward. We decided to think it was a fluke and went back yesterday. Here I am, 24 hours later, unable to eat or drink anything due to the constant need to praise the porcelain God. Maybe is was the chicken was left out too long. Or the oddly thick and chunky syrup. Or the bitter after taste in the tea. I am not sure, but I do know I will not be returning. Give me a tad bit of food poisoning once, shame on you. Give it two me twice as I feel my entire body rock with cramps and dry heaving, shame on me. It was the only meal I ate all day yesterday for the abdominal cramps came on about 2-3 hours after breakfast, so there is absolutely certainty that something had run afoul in the IHOP kitchen. read more

My husband and I went to this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon around 6:40 hoping for some pancakes and crepes. We have eaten there a few times before over the years and the service is usually hit or miss. This time the parking lot and restaurant wasn't even half full but we waited in the lobby about eight minutes before some one showed us to a table. There is a loud chime in the back when the door opens so they knew we were there. We could also hear the kitchen staff yelling and cutting up very loudly. We sat at our table hoping and watching as the waitresses slowly wandered around. No one ever looked our way. After eighteen minutes of waiting and listening to the ruckus in the back we decided to leave. Extremely disappointing. How does this location stay in business? read more
