I visited in early July. The old Asian waitress wich she has black hair and has glasses was a shit.she always sigh... she was banging the table, ana the service was terrible. But old asian waitress didn't take it out of the store unless I made the tip expensive. Food is expensive and tasteless! We come to Ihop as a little pick me up in the early hours of morning and we are mostly serviced by Ken C. We absolutely love him and his personality. He's very attentive and brings out our food promptly. His attitude is wonderful and he makes our experience in the restaurant so much more pleasant! This is the best IHOP I have been to in awhile. My waiter JUAN was amazing and very courteous when it came to having thought of everything before I even asked. In all honesty, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient ihop I've ever been to. We were promptly seated and our waiter was super nice. I ordered the build your own pancake combo with over-easy eggs, one sausage and one bacon, hash browns, and 2 chocolate chip pancakes. The eggs DEFINITELY needed salt, but better to need salt than be too salty. The sausage and bacon were each good, same with the hash browns. The chocolate chip pancakes were as tasty as always, never disappoints! Definitely a great IHOP to go to if you're craving pancakes! read more

[june 25th, 2022] Bit of a late review, but better late than never! Came here after VidCon expecting a large crowd of teens, but surprisingly was relatively empty! Our group of four was seated quickly and we got 2 Full Stack Ba-Ba Banana Pancakes, the Ba-Ba Banana Pudding Combo, a Cold Gru Iced Coffee, and the Ba-Ba Banana Milkshake. Per usual the pancakes were classic and buttermilk, and the banana pudding on top was quite a subjective twist. Definitely depends on your personal taste (it's really artificial, but hey what do you expect?). The coffee was extremely subpar and the banana milkshake, again really depends on your personal taste. Nothing too good, but nothing bad either. However, I want to make it a point that this meal was definitely an experience--more so than a literal meal. If you are a true minions fan you will understand that each dish has extreme thought and care put into it by Illumination! As I took several bites of the soft pancakes and questionable banana pudding, I found myself resonating and connecting with the Minions and Gru. If you were able to try the Minions™ menu at IHOP for the limited time they were available, I'm sure you would agree with me that this meal is a once-in-a-lifetime experience leaving all diners in a never ending state of euphoria and a newfound appreciation for the wonderful franchise that is Despicable Me and Minions! I woke up craving ihop this morning, but kind of dreaded going to a restaurant so close to Disneyland . I figured it would be crazy busy with a long wait to get in. Well, to my surprise it was completely opposite! I was greeted with a smile, with the door held open for me by the Manger, John. He sat me a nice table and took my drink order. I ordered an iced vanilla cold brew - delicious! My waitress, Cintia came to take my order. She was awesome! My food came just minutes later being hot and fresh. She saw that I finished my cold brew so she offered to get me another one which was nice. She was very, very attentive. I didn't have to ask for any condiments because she made sure i had them ready before my food came. This was literally 5 star service. This is by far, is the BEST iHop i have ever been to.Since I was eating alone, I watched and observed the other servers with their customers and it was the same service. This restaurant does an outstanding job with customer service here. Everyone seemed very happy at work. It really lightened my mood. The vibe here feels good. They were able to accommodate 50 of us in their upper space with no problem and we're very efficient with our orders and leave plenty of room for a presenter to speak. He brought us coffee and water and asked if we were ready, we needed a few minutes more but by the time he came back again, we were ready. My other half wanted to split the Big Steak Omelette. Juan gave a suggestion so it would be easy... It seemed like we both had a whole complete Big Steak Omelette, 2 pancakes each, no hashbrowns but we had hashbrowns in our omelette. Yum Yum! Absolutely nasty! We were returning home from a weekend vaca in San Diego. Stopped in here to get breakfast. We asked for waffles, bacon and eggs. The waffles were soggy and undercooked, the bacon had 99 percent fat and was limp (really cheap), and the lady next to me was clearly sick (Lady, stay home for the sake of us all). When we recognized that the lady was sick (she started coughing / sneezing and wiping her nose), we asked that our order be switched to take out. Got in the car, opened the bag, and simply placed it outside the car. Straight nasty. IHOP, do better. Waffles should be golden brown with a crunch to it. Spend a little more and get better bacon. And more importantly, turn away customers who look like they just ran a marathon but aren't sweating. Covid will do that to you. Sad. read more

I ate at this location with a group looking for some late night sweets or pancakes, and our overall experience was decent. It took quite a while for us to get seated despite there only being 3 or 4 other parties dining at the time, but once we were seated a server took our drink orders right away. Unfortunately, it took a long time for them to come back to take our food orders that I almost thought they forgot about us. I felt like the server was attentive while at the table, but it was really hard to wave down a server to order and for water refills which we had to ask for several times. The food itself was alright. I ordered the pancake combo and found it to be quite small for the price. The hashbrowns were not very warm and were soggy, but the eggs were cooked just as I asked. The cheesecake pancakes barely had any cheesecake and mostly tasted like a strawberry pancake. I would only return to this location for the convenience as it's right in front of Disneyland and has late night hours. read more

Our server Gina was so amazing!!! The best server I've ever had at any ihop ever!! Me and my youngest are gluten free and she made so many accommodations for us without getting upset once!! Hands down the best. Even with the hustle and bustle of all the people coming and going she said polite and very nice. The food was also great! We had breakfast food and are always so excited to have pancakes that are gluten free! The bathrooms were clean and that's always a plus.
