Jody was great helping me with our initial needs and the techs that came out to install the system were professional, willing to answer all of my questions (numerous times until I understood), and very knowledgeable about what they were installing. Another thing that was very important to me was the response time for the call center to contact me when the alarm went off (accidentally numerous of times). It was quick. Within seconds. Thankfully they were false alarms but I knew if I had an emergency they would be quick to respond. AND the call center in US based. The previous person who left a review talked of the contract and not having their money reimbursed. Note that the person broke the contract and didn't have to pay the additional year that really they could have held them to. I'd say that was pretty generous. My experience is that they will work with you if something out of the ordinary comes up - an unexpected move so on and so forth. One thing I don't understand is Yelp shows only one review but if you click on the "reviews not recommended" you will see other reviews and they are all 5 star.
