We had an issue with rats due to recent construction in our neighborhood. They sent out a representative. I showed him areas of concern. He was very thorough and we discussed a plan. Due to miscommunication I was under the impression the entire exposed perimeter of our home would be rat proof when in reality 3/4 was completed and some of that wasn't up to our satisfaction. We took pictures and sent them to the representative, who advised us that I misunderstood about the entire perimeter, but agreed the areas of concern were not done correctly. Three techs later and it still wasn't done correctly. A manager came out and made empty promises to fix things and to discount work. Apparently he meant a discount for additional work at a cost to us.
