Willo is an awesome instructor great with my kids!!
Natalie G.

My kiddos have been here several times and it's been a great experience every time! Everyone that works here is friendly and both the trainers we've had have been amazing working on level one skills with my kids. Keeping the lessons kid friendly so they are excited about coming back again. Make sure to pre buy your next flights to score the cheaper rate. And ask the instructors to work on the skills. We had Willo do our last session and he was so great and patient with the kids. Keeping their flight time fun while making sure they were learning the skills they needed to, to advance eventually.

Everything! Simon was great with all ages..even Gramas. My grandson got to take my 'up' flies Due to my shoulder but it was great watching him . The entire staff was exceptional from the min you walked in. The instructors are really something! Great day

My best friend took my daughter for a session. They had such a good time. The instructors were very friendly and kind, and the Front Desk staff is hysterical. Ask them for some flying jokes. The stunts that the instructors can do are amazing. Parking is easy. This is a great activity to do with kids. Fun!

Had such a good experience from beginning to end. The staff was high energy and fun. Spent a little more than $100 for 2 flights! The flights are between 2-4 minutes, depending on the package that you choose. I would recommend spending a few extra bucks for the 4 minutes. They sell merch, offer videos and photos as an add on! Sitting area for spectators and also party packages. Our trainer was James! His energy was wonderful! We will visit again!

Fun, fun, fun! Expensive, but fun I've done this twice. Once in 2013 and recently 2022. Almost ten years apart and still it was fun. This time I was given a birthday gift card which was easy to redeem online and make a reservation. FQA are very well described on their website but in a few words: the whole experience lasts 60 mins (watch video, ask questions, suit up and fly), but you'll be actually flying for 60 seconds (x2). No, you don't have to be afraid, no you don't need to be an expert or super fit. Yes, weight matters, restrictions apply. Yes, you can eat before flying. You'll have a locker to store your belongings for free. Remember no jewelry, watch, phones. I'd say you should be ready to spend some money : basic tickets ($100 for 2 flights) + $20 for the extra flight , $20 approx for the video and photos ( because, I mean!!! You do want the photos as proof of your adventure!) And of course, the tip (you can Venmo your coach) So I would say that at least $150 is worth the experience. It was worth it and fun.

This was quite the experience!! I had never done this before and I wanted to go for so many years. I'm gonna be moving away soon and they have nothing like this where I'm going and also my birthday is just a couple weeks away so my best friend who has been here before years ago took me to come try it out!! We came pretty early and they were able to get us in earlier than originally scheduled, we signed waivers and got weighed on a scale. (If you're 260 lbs or over you may not be able to do this activity safely, at a little over 240 lbs I just barely made the cut). From there you can go up the stairs to the flight deck and if you still have time to kill, you can watch others fly in the wind tunnel until it's time to enter a classroom to watch a very brief video with instructions for your flight, it mostly focused on hand signals your instructor will use in the wind tunnel to communicate with you, and your instructor will give additional info and answer questions before it's time to suit up and get all the necessary gear together for your flight experience ! Watching others flying this experience looked so fun and beautiful... almost like watching a ballet of sorts ! When I was actually in there however it was a different story... It was a bit terrifying lol I mean don't get me wrong it was still a fun experience and I'm all for thrills but it was a whole other thing going from watching it to actually doing it. I struggled quite a bit. I'm knocked knee'd and I couldn't really get my legs straight enough to have the correct posture for this activity and so many times it felt like i was just gonna fall. Luckily I had a couple instructors there with me but I felt bad for them cause I'm pretty heavy for a lady and they were trying to hold me up and adjust me several times. We had the high fly package but I was too heavy to go all the way up with an instructor and I also felt quite embarrassed that on my way out the tunnel on my second go around I tripped and my shoe slipped off my foot (luckily not inside the wind tunnel though and while I hurt for a few moments I was okay). This was quite the workout even just being in the wind tunnel for 2 minutes. It's two days later now and my arms are still sore ! This is definitely a sport. I'm glad I can say I've done it and would possibly do it again in the future but I feel like i need to get in much better shape before I attempt it again as It was much easier for the children and the people in the group who were in good shape. The instructors were super nice and helpful and the experience overall was cool so I would recommend it !

Preston was our flyer and was so patient with my boy and helpful. They had the most amazing time !

I took my 9 year old and husband here on a Sunday in the summer. My son loved it, and my husband said it was ok. It can be fun if you go knowing how it will be. It won't be fun if you think it will be an independent high flying experience. Pros: -knowledgeable, friendly instructors -started and ended on time -nearby restaurants for after your session -everyone gets two times in the wind tunnel Cons: -instructor holds onto you the entire time because you'll fall due to inexperience -long wait for your turn because everyone in your session goes as well -high fly: -not high, watch videos before you decide -you can't tell how high you are because you're looking at a white wall and you're not allowed to look down (chin down makes you go down) -they turn you in a circle up an down three times so if you get motion sickness it will mess with you

We went in Friday. Luke W made the whole experience amazing just as our first time! Very personable and relaxed. My brother said he liked Luke cause he did super cool tricks afterwards that reminded him of Spider-Man. He said it was such a super fun birthday present! Thanks IFly we will be visiting again soon!

Amazing and awesome experience. I had a great time Indoor Skydiving. The instructors were attentive, professional, and efficient.

Came here for a birthday celebration. The Good- Friendly staff, clear options and instructions for guests. Safety minded workers and facility. The Bad- Price wise, a bit steep for my taste. You can go skydiving for real for just a little bit more. Sessions actually in the tunnel were actually very short. 2-3min total over 2 turns inside. A lot of pushing for add on, high jump, future jump packages, etc. The Ugly- Gear and accessories were worn and falling apart, suits with multiple rips, flimsy goggles and torn headscarves. Again, for 100-150$ per jump depending on add-ons. I was expecting more functional and better looking equipment. For the price you pay, they should re-up on suits and accessories every year. The Skinny- A good place to dip your toes into an exhilarating sport. Good for all ages. They have a couple party rooms so a good idea for birthday or other celebrations. Id go again if someone else was paying!

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. I was completely blown away…read more From the moment we walked in, the level of professionalism and cleanliness stood out, especially for a kids' arcade and activity center. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

There is a dining option available on site and the food/concessions is good for what it is. The age range of kids we saw is all over the place which is good if you have a mixed age group but also, if you're looking for something for a specific age group, you may be out of luck. This place gives Dave and Buster vibes but has both and indoor and outdoor component. You can earn tickets to redeem for items and I was quite surprised about how big of a venue was here. It was rainy and we stay indoors so I can't really comment on the outdoor components. Overall, I'd come back but it's not my "go-to" for indoor gaming/food activity.

And I would get a response a few days/weeks later. And her response was always "I'm sorry I've been so busy". Which I understand. But that's why my husband and I hired this company because their job is to do this. It was very stressful when we didn't hear things for weeks. We also talked about cake flavors via email and come to find out on our wedding date, she never ordered one. I mean. Why would we talk about cake flavors and then not add it to the bill?! It was my fault also for not double checking the bill. What wedding doesn't have a cake!?!? When I called her , because she just left without saying anything, all she said was "all I can do is bring a fake cake". How are my guests going to eat this. So I had family run out and buy a few cakes. It was embarrassing . Being a nurse working 12 hours shifts at night, working 4-5 days a week. It was hard to meet up. Because I work 7pm to 7 am. So when I emailed her a few times to fill out the layout for the reception, she never replied. My husband called her a few times and she said to re-email it back. But did I ever get a response? No. I ended up just filling out the layout myself. When I asked her what her PayPal account name was, that's when I got a response right away. Seriously , I would not recommend them to anyone. Which is a shame, because my sister hired them a few years ago and they did fabulous. I'm not sure what happened for my wedding but it was awful. Very unfortunate.

I have a feeling it used to be a house that was gutted into the event space, especially given the strange second floor. I had some trouble finding this place at night. The street to turn on to get to the venue was extremely dark and hard to find, and required me circling the block a bit. On the other hand, parking wasn't bad. There were several parking spots right outside the venue, but also there was easy street parking in the area. They have a nice bar area with seating, a kitchen area for food that you could hold just enough people to grab food, and a large main space that was pretty good for dance party. The ceiling of the main space was basically two floors, which at least for our party meant the lighting was kinda strange. My only real complaint is the bathroom situation. Basically, there are two bathrooms in the entire venue. Not bathroom *areas* or mens/womens, but literally two toilets. For our large group, it was technically sufficient, although we seemed to run out of toilet paper a couple hours in, but it did mean lines. I was not privy to details like the cost or the actual number of attendees, so I don't know how much it was "worth it" in that sense, but we had a good time.

After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
