We had a huge party that wanted to bowl and so we called and reserved some lanes weeks in advance. They got us a decent price - prepaying for two games, and also had a food buffet option, which was delicious. I'm not sure what the average price for bowling is nowadays but we paid $12/person for two games and shoes, and $14/person for the buffet. The bowling machinery worked well for the most part. Although it's design is a bit outdated, everything worked perfectly and we never had to bother the staff to fix any lanes. The food was pretty good, we went for some Chinese comfort foods which you can never go wrong with. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star review is due to having an extremely rude encounter with one of the workers at the bar. I was requesting to order more food, and at this time I didn't realize it was an unlimited buffet, I thought we had just ordered a la carte, and so when I asked to order more, the worker continually made me feel stupid by giving me condescending questions on why I was trying to pay. If she simply explained to me that we had an unlimited buffet (which no one explained to me) and that I didn't need to pay, that would've been the end of it. But she had to patronize me and gave me a glare on top of it. Really wish this encounter didn't have to go this way. Overall, I'm happy with the service we got at Skyway Bowl from Robin, Kevin and the team. This is a solid, old school spot for bowling that gets the job done.

They really try so hard here. This is one of the best community centers I've been around. They have…read moretons of activities on the daily, plus yearly and seasonal. For summer, there's a spray park (really fun and very popular; you can sit on the grass and picnic while the kids play in the water). Some activities require a small fee, still very reasonable. Inside and outside are interesting works of art, many from local artists, and lots of opportunities to play sports or workout. You can walk around the area a bit, and right nextdoor is Green River. Only downside is the bridge that is still one way (long story) making it necessary to go a long way around at times. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend if you are a Tukwila resident.

He's always quick to respond via e-mail and text. He provides all the information and takes payments up until a month before your event date (which is super helpful). The hall itself is awesome. It's spacious, has all the tables and chairs, has a full-use kitchen with refrigerator. Plus, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, anything you can think of really. My brother-in-law even got married here (loved the place after our baby shower, and the pricing is just too good to be true). If we have another event in the future that requires a big space, we'll definitely rent here again. Marsha was our event coordinator and I cannot say enough positive things about her - she even helped us alter parts of the menu to help with our budget - thanks Marsha! Food was great and affordable! For food tastings, they invited customers to come on a scheduled night to taste (there were people from about 6 other events the night we went) - which was great because a buffet was set up for us to sample different choices from their menu. The venue itself is huge! All of our family and friends were so impressed with the spacious room and high ceilings. Like others have said, the only concern I'd have with the place is parking - luckily the transit center parking garage is a very short walking distant from venue. While the day of our event was hectic in our end, everyone at Renton Pavilion Center helped make it go so smoothly. Their employee, Daniel, really saved us with all the technical issues/concerns we ran into, and the rest of their team were just really nice. The location is convenient for exploring the greater Seattle area, and the views of Lake Washington are a wonderful bonus. My room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with cozy beds and thoughtful amenities that made for a relaxing stay. The common areas were inviting and well-designed, providing great spaces to unwind or get some work done. I also appreciated some of the unique offerings, including complimentary evening s'mores, an indoor pool, and an outdoor bar and restaurant that operates on select days. Food trucks appear on certain days for lunch too. The hotel is within walking distance of a park and hiking trails, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Another nice perk was the availability of complimentary bicycles, and there is a shopping mall just a short distance away for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The main drawback is the distance from downtown Seattle and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, as rideshare costs can add up quickly when traveling back and forth.
