We were first time flyers and will be back! Check in with Jason and Kelly was easy. And they were great with kids... extremely animated and exited kids! And our instructor....WOW! AMAZING! I have never been sky diving, but WOW. I went on this adventure with my mom and I won't lie... I was a bit nervous. We paid for 4 minutes of fly time each and then an extra $10 and the instructor flies you up to the top at the end... THIS IS A MUST!! We each went for two minute sessions and at the end of the second, the instructor will fly you up to the top. This was truly one of the most amazing experiences. I was a first time flyer. Drew was the instructor for the group and he was awesome!!! His solo flight after our group went was by far the best that we've seen while we were there. It was truly artistic. The check in process was easy and fast. The waiver is online and can be done before arrival is what we didn't. The waiver is really scary honestly and reading it in it's entirely can scare you away but don't let it!!!! You can add flights and high flights with the instructors at anytime while you are in the tunnel so if you just purchased 2 flights and enjoyed it and want more no worries just let the instructor know. On the second flight before jumping in I added a high flight. Here are a few things important to know that takes some time to find on the website. 1. Wear shoes with laces!! 2. If you are brining minors that are not yours (lmbo) just send the link to their parents and it's done online maybe 5 minutes or less to complete with a photo ID scanned but they didn't ask for that part this time. 3. The instructors will teach you what you need to know and coach you along in the tube. 4. Scariest part is going in for the first time and the wind taking your breath away but it's just like sticking your head out of a car while driving.... No biggie. 5. Instructors accept gratuities. 6. There are 3 computers there to select photos and videos and they are emailed to you instantly. Easy process, scan wrist band, select what you want, verify information and email then send. Some people may say this is expensive but I feel it's worth the money because of the instructors. They are in the tube with people of all ages and weights and they just don't float in the tube while people flail around in there lol read more

I just went to checkout iFLY on a friend's recommendation. I figured it would be fun to try out indoor skydiving. I ended up, after watching for a while, not trying it out. Why? Not because of the staff.. but because of the clientele.. who apparently were members of the Zeppelin Fleet in a former life - one of them possibly might have even been the Hindenburg. I understand as an avid skydiving fan that if you are.. shall we say.. of robust frame.. that you might get turned away from trying out *actual* skydiving.. So of course it would be natural to reason that you should try indoor skydiving... WRONG: The reason you can't skydive is because you are not in a proper state of athletic conditioning to attempt to do so. This is coupled with the fact that given your mass it is unlikely you would be able to sustain a landing without causing injury to your knees, hips or other lower extremities. What this means is that until you are in better shape you should NOT attempt these activities. What this does NOT mean is you should stuff yourself into a iFLY suit and attempt this activity in a vertical wind tunnel. The staff was getting noticeably exhausted trying to keep these human dirigibles aloft in the tunnel.. they were also rude to the staff. Like their attitude was 'How dare you not treat me the same way as someone who weighs only 100 pounds'. Now mind you I saw NOTHING to indicate the staff was treating these people any different than any other customer, but I was just so disgusted, put off and oddly amused by the events that transpired I found it overwhelming. I ended up leaving. If you want a free show.. feel free to stop in.. but if you want to have fun as a family, might I suggest mini-golf? read more

Be careful. I DO NOT have a history of shoulder locations but iFly totally messed up my shoulder, which I am still dealing with weeks later with PT. When I asked for a copy of my signed waiver they could not produce it. I called, and also came back in person. When I came in person it took 20 mins for the staff member to get me a blank copy of the waiver-- and he looked at me like I was an alien when I asked for the form with my actual signature. I never got it. Otherwise: fun, but too expensive. Especially considering the potential for injury. UPDATE! It's been 2 1/2 years and my shoulder is still messed up. Yet no Dr. can help. My wife and I went into this not knowing what to expect. When we left, we were both exhilarated. As it turns out, indoor skydiving is an incredibly thrilling and visceral experience. It is awesome. The staff here was helpful and top-notch. They're great at keeping frayed nerves calm; they're funny and informative and not at all overbearing. You're in good hands from the moment you walk in the front door to the moment you walk out. As for the experience in the tunnel: you just have to experience it. You feel like you're truly flying, without the terrifying heights or danger. And if you do the virtual reality option (highly recommended), the sense is heightened even further. My VR experience took place jumping over the Swiss Alps and I'd be lying if I said my heart wasn't thumping just a little bit harder than it did during the regular flight. In short, if you're considering this, DO IT. It's a really fun way to spend an evening. read more

The kids did their training with the flight instructor and they even let the parents skydive as well. My wife and I flew for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and now we're hooked. The feeling itself is amazing, and the progression opportunity is super exciting. What really makes it is the staff though. Drew was our instructor and he shows a lot of care for the people he guides. His passion and excitement is infectious, and when paired with his excellent teaching skills, it guarantees a good time. I was nervous going into this experience but excited. I had no idea what to expect. It was amazing! Parking was easy, check in was easy. Very little wait time, you get an appointment and they were very organized. After a little instruction you suit up and get ready to fly. It's so much fun! When offered the inexpensive upgrade to go up high with the instructor holding you, SAY YES! Before you leave you get to send yourself the photos and videos on a little kiosk. Had a great time! The facility is impressive and clean. Staff are incredibly well-mannered and accommodating. They realize that the idea of floating around can be a little spooky, and were more than supportive for some of the younger ones in our group. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our flight was. We observed some of the most caring and passionate professionals who greatly desire you have a wonderful experience. We met Jordan as our flight instructor. He was absolutely the most awesome instructor and so much fun to work with. Their clear direction made this time easy to follow and successful. We WANT to go again and that was mostly in part to the team of instructors. As a side note, if you have anyone (of ANY age) who are hesitant, these guys were amazing. I watched one young man, so very fearful and wanted to quit, get coached and encourages to continue. Jordan did a phenomenal job of building his confidence and he continued his flight and even did the second round and did great. We also watched another young instructor work with a very young girl and she was so scared. He got down on one knee and talked to her so sweetly. He gave her confidence in his ability to fly with her. She even went to high fly one her second round. So sweet to watch and we all clapped and cheered for each other! read more

This was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, who wants me to jump out of an actual plane with him (something which neither of us has ever done)- this was my compromise. I surprised him with 3 flights and a virtual experience and we BOTH ended up loving it. Such a rush! We have been bit by the bug now...we want more. The prices are steep, but given you are working with experienced divers in the tube, in the end I feel it was worth it, and the staff was all very friendly and nice. What a trip! It was a first-time experience for everyone in our group of 6, and the staff and facility made it fantastic. We visited on a Sunday and used the Costco package, which I recommend ($39 for two 90 second flights plus a video of one of your flights). Check-in at reception was quick and easy. The real value was in our experience with the instructors. All the instructors were professional, attentive, and upbeat. Our instructor, Luciano, was fantastic -- funny, punctual, communicative, focused on us and uplifting. Given we had first-time nerves and two 5-year olds in our group, his overall demeanor was comforting and allowed us to have a great time. He had us under control the entire time and set a great tone of encouragement and respect. The overall experience is awesome. We all thought it was a rush, and strongly recommend coming here. read more

Enjoyed my flight experience here! First, all of the staff were super friendly from check in to post fly. The process is quite easy - check in on screen, talk briefly with check in person, go up stairs for a safety video (4 min), get suited up and fly! I went during a slower window, which was awesome. You can tell the two flight instructors love their jobs. They coached me through the process well and make sure I had fun. Since it was a slower window, one gave me a show of his flying skills after I went. So cool! I highly recommend for a date night, friends outing or family-friendly activity. Meh. It's not really flying people. At least not for first time flyers. They barely let go of you and you don't get any height to speak of. It is extremely expensive for the actual amount of time spent in the wind tunnel. It only 1-2 minutes. Afterward, they try to sell you flying packages that are priced better than what you just paid. Then they send you emails to sell you more flights. The instructor was nice and tried to be funny. He did his job well but it was all very rehearsed. Not that that is a big deal, just not funny. I guess it's a one time experience that many people won't want to miss out on but I thought it was just meh. read more

They checked him in very quickly and since we were early, they were able to move him into an earlier group. While you wait, you can watch other group go into the wind tunnel. After the training, they give you flight suits, glasses and a helmet. I was able to watch my husband the entire time. The instructor was very hands on and did a great job. It was a great experience. Lots of fun. I've never been skydiving -- indoor or out of an airplane. I thought this would be fun to check out. I signed up online. You must fill out a waiver. It tries to indemnify them from the possibility of their own gross negligence -- haha! That being said, I suspect you're at much higher risk of injury at a trampoline park than here. Check is is quick - be prepared to get weighed. The screen by the scale does not display your weight, and the lady didn't volunteer my weight when it was being taken, although she gave it to me when I asked. I checked it at 0915 for my 0930 scheduled time, but they were able to accommodate me in the group scheduled for 0900. I suspect YMMV if they are busy, though. At 0930 we were taken into a classroom by Josh S. (said his last name was pronounced Siri like the iPhone asst but spelled differently). We watched a short video. He came in and stressed the importance of watching hand signals. The fans are loud. There was no conversation when you're "flying" so you must pay attention to the hand signals. Next was putting on the jumpsuit, ear plugs, eye protection, and helmets. There were about 10 people in our group. Ages looked to be from 9 to 60 (guessing). Time in the wind tunnel was from 60-100 seconds. Each person went twice. They up sell the "high" flight for about $11. It's at the end of the second flight. It's 15-30 seconds where the instructor takes you up and down in the tunnel to the top. I did it, but I doubt I would do it (the high flight) again. My back and hips were a bit sore afterwards. Not too bad, but just be advised. It went away quickly. I'm in pretty good shape, but this certainly does require some physical effort. Fun activity for a Saturday morning. read more

iFLY was so much fun! I went on a group outing with my coworkers yesterday and we had the best time! You get a fun little "flight suit" that's pretty much just a onesie with handles on the side. You get brief instruction and then you get to jump into this wind tunnel with an instructor and fly around. I'm sure it's not as fun as real skydiving, but it's certainly not as horrifying as well. So, you have that going for you. ALSO, it's like all guys that work here. And just about every single one of them were easy on the eyes. Spending a couple hours with hot guys and having fun?
