BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! It's in Lulling, TX the scenery is beautiful, the guys are so chill. It's now under new ownership so the experience was that much better than my first time there back in 2017!

TLDR: I broke my leg at this skydiving location and didn't seem like they cared... Ever since our arrival, none of the staff members set clear expectations or effectively communicated proper procedures. This does not build trust or give us any confidence. They should really consider offering customer service to complete beginners who are about to jump out of an plane at 14500 ft. THE STORY: My friend wanted to go skydiving for his bachelor party and we were a group of 8 guys, all completely beginner skydivers. Our scheduled time was 10am, we did not jump until 1:30pm. No chairs to sit on, and the only restroom was a porta-potty! Imagine waiting here for 3 hours). They drive you on the back of a pickup truck on a bumpy dirt road with no proper safety restraints, We had to wait an hour for our other group to jump Instructor forgot his gopro camera up with him My instructor, David, wasn't very fluent in English and gave very brief explanations to me proper free-fall form (chin up, legs back), also keep your legs up during the landing, (he made simple gestures with his fingers, MY LEGS WERE UP).OK- then how did my right foot still catch the ground?? we collide and he lands on top of me. I look down to see a bone poking out of my leg. David looks down at my leg and says, "Sorry man, but I told you to keep your feet up," then unstraps himself and walks away. I am hugging my leg on the field. A few bystanders brought me a stiff boot, lifted me into the car and my girlfriend drove me to the ER. They did surgery for a fractured tibia, and now I have a titanium rod and screws in my leg, and have not been on my feet in over a month. I need crutches, can't drive myself, and peed into a can Think twice in case you are seeking the thrill of jumping out of a plane. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and especially not this d-bag instructor.

Have to admit I didn't think I would get as hooked as I am. Started about 3 months ago and just ca't seem to get enough of the family like atmosphere. First tandem in September and instantly signed up for licensing. You won't experience a better time in the sky or during ground training.

I skydived for the first time last week and it was phenomenal. Lone Star is very safe and friendly place. I jumped with Alexis and he was a great instructor. He made sure I was safe in my harness and explained how to jump out of the plane. He even joked that no matter how bad I screwed up that he was going to say I was great. I'm pretty sure I messed up a little leaning out of the plane but he was able to take control and make sure we was safe and good to go. He also took pretty dope pictures for me. I am looking forward to doing it again.

First time jumping or are experienced? This is the place to go. An easy drive 50 mins outside of Austin and you'll have the experience of a lifetime. All of the instructors and staff were top notch and enjoyable to share this experience with! We would go back in a heartbeat and plan to. It goes without saying, but we would highly recommend these guys anytime.

So I found this place on groupon and decided to book it along with my family and boyfriend. We planned the whole this out getting s hotel and all because we stay 3 hours away. But any who the whole experience we great, the instructors keep you laughing while you wait and of course you can watch the other divers land as well. We went on a day where it was over 90 degrees outside so it was HOT! Only thing I didn't like is that we had to wait 4 hours before jumping bit that was because the clouds didn't have enough space in between them to jump and of course the random showers. That's Texas weather for ya! My instructor was Sean. He was a great guy. He went over everything to make sure the jump went well. Even though they go over everything with you about 3 different times you really don't have to do anything but enjoy the ride.

Nick and his sky dive instructor, Andrew. Andrew was informative, educated and had a great sense of humor.

Bought Groupon for my husband's first SkyDive. He had a great time with his instructor, Andrew and cameraman, Lee. We will definitely be back. Waited a while after check in so the weather can clear up and make conditions for jumping better. It was well worth it.

I HIGHLY recommend staying for the movie that is playing... even if you don't want to see it, because the traffic leaving after the firework show is unimaginable! HAVE FUN!

I believe they had fireworks at night but we were there in the afternoon. The event was very organized and there was plenty of parking. I'd say they drew a crowd in the thousands on July 4th. This is a free event and its' really quite nice. Very nice for families with younger children.

The process for booking the tour was simple as it can be done online or in person. Patrons purchase tickets and are given a schedule of when the bus departs from the meeting point and of the sights the bus stops at. When entering the bus, patrons are permitted to sit wherever they choose on the double-decker bus. The Things elected to sit on the top deck in the baking hot sun (not recommended on a TX summer day). The tour is what you make it. You can craft your own route as the bus routes are designed to take you near the main landmarks in the city. By taking the hop on, hop off option, you can change routes and discover the city at leisure. The bus stops are multiple locations along the route, and the bus driver provides fun facts about the places along the bus route. While I didn't learn anything new about my city, The Things did. This is a great option for those looking to do something different in their own city or for those who are visiting S.A. for the first time.

We did have problems understanding due to bad acoustics on one of the buses. Another bus broke down. (It was replaced in 15mins). Because we hoped off and got back on, we had multiple drivers. One was really good... wish I knew her name (sorry). But she was informative and played music on her iPod when she wasn't talking. (Nice) One driver however, literally talked to the two women in the front seats about the Pink Concert that was happening in the evening. I was thinking.... Tell me about the damn history!! I just did a tour in Austin that was a lot cheaper and was way more fun and informative. (But it wasn't a hop on/hop off tour) Wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't do it again. Could have driven to most of the stop and even with parking, would have been cheaper.
