Had planned this well in advance for a birthday party. First of all there is no way 20 kids can fit in this small sprinter van but most importantly the A/C was broken and we are in Texas! Games2U came to my house for my daughter's 7th birthday party. They set up laser tag in our cul de sac. The kids LOVED it!! They had a blast running around the bunkers. We had about 15-20 kids playing at any one time. Even some adults hopped in for a bit :) It was awesome! The company was very easy to work with. They were super accommodating. We did have to reschedule due to rain, but they made it an easy process and were able to get us rescheduled for 2 days later. The staff was all extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Games2U! I am sure we will use them again for future events. read more

Games2U used to be my go-to for activities, but I will never book you again, and will make sure our entire neighborhood knows about this experience as well. I asked if we would have attendants with each activity, and was told yes, "we will have Game Coaches present to assist with facilitating the activities that you've booked for the event", however, there was only 2 guys, when we had 3 games booked. On Tues 5/10 I asked who my point of contact would be and when I should expect them onsite for our school carnival, and on Wed 5/11 I was told "Yes, you should get a call either today or tomorrow confirming your Friday event", but I never did. The guys showed up earlier than I would have liked on Friday 5/13, did not have any of the communication I had been sending the person I booked with, but did their best to get stuff set up. Ultimately, they did not have a hose needed to blow up hamster balls, so that activity could not happen, and they did not have someone to facilitate booger wars, so that just sat in the field. The guys onsite tried calling the manager, but never heard from him, I even emailed several times, and have yet to hear from him. Do yourself a favor and do not use Games2U! read more

Wow was this a bad experience. We hired Games2U (the video game trailer) for our kid's 10th birthday. You can't really have a party in these Covid times so having the trailer for the kids on our street was our best attempt. Games2U repeatedly told us in the lead-up to the event that everyone in the trailer would have to wear a mask, which was great for us for covid purposes. When they showed up the operator and his wife refused to put on a mask and were offended when we asked them to at least keep their distance from the kids if they were going to be maskless. My (10 year old) son tells me that when I asked the woman to stay six feet from the kids she said "bunch of b*itches" as she walked away, which both seems too absurd to be true and also totally plausible given the rest of our interactions. Despite our request, the maskless gentleman would not leave the small trailer with our kids in it. Eventually he got so offended that we were insisting he either mask up or stay out of the trailer that he just cancelled the party and drove off. It turns out that the company knew that this particular employee had claimed a medical condition prevented him from wearing a mask, but didn't think to tell us that we would all be exposed in tight quarters to someone who would not wear a mask. For his part, the gentleman was insistent that we shouldn't be worried since he and his wife take hydroxychloroquine every day and that it would be illegal for us to ask him to wear a mask. Truthfully I am sympathetic to people who have actual medical conditions that prevent them from wearing masks, but if he or the company had been up front about the situation we would have at least known it was not the right service for our family. In the end my kid's 'party' got cancelled twenty minutes in. It is also worth noting that several of the games and game systems weren't working and they didn't have the capability to play Fortnight, which is what was advertised. This would have just resulted in it being a less-than-awesome experience. The issues above turned it into a total train-wreck. read more

I have nothing positive to say about this experience. For my twins' 10th birthday, the trailer arrived on time; however, it took an hour to get it up and running. The boss was called out to help the individual trying to fix the trailer. The kids only got to play for an hour out of the 2 hour window. When I approached the operator about requesting a partial refund, he said that I'd need to deal with that online. I've left 4 voicemails and emailed twice. Not a single person has reached out! If this company was featured on Shark Tank, I hope nobody invested their time or money into this company. The level of professionalism and customer service is embarrassing! read more

DO NOT USE Games2U!!! Unless of course you want to spend your hard earned money and not get what you paid for. Games2U showed up to my daughters bday site unprepared with no stakes or sand bags to hold down the bubble soccer arena that we rented. The arena was twisted and upside down and It seemed like this was the first time they ever did an event. They sent an employee to retrieve sand bags at 12:45 pm, birthday party started at 1:00 pm. The staff threw there hands in the air and said they couldn't do anything till the sand bags showed up. By the way they didn't lift a finger or try to remediate the issue. By 1:15 pm I had 5 dads finding ways to secure the 20 foot inflatable with dollies, air compressors, rocks, anything we could find and had dad's physically holding down the arena. Sand bags didn't show up till 1:45 pm. I had to run the arena, take kids in and out, and help them out of the bubbles. To top it all off, at 2:45 pm they rudely rushed all the kids out of the arena to tear it all down. Long story short, they arrived late, came unprepared, left early, and I had to do all the work. After the party, my wife and I both called customer service to file a complaint, and the sales person named "CJ" called me liar and did not listen to a word a said, was very argumentative, and extremely rude. I'm obsessive when it comes to planning my children's birthday parties. Like Republicans or boy that hasn't been exposed to all the gun paranoia, my eight year old loves playing war. The park was the perfect backdrop for birthday military bootcamp and Games2U provided the laser tag and human hamster ball. The service is the best I've experienced from this type of business. From the time I booked my reservation to after the party, the staff was courteous and professional. They give courtesy calls as well as email reminders before your event. Here is what to expect: 1) it's pricey $279 + $69 + tax + tip. You can see this adds up. They take only cash or check. 2) online reservation system and prompt response. Be sure to reserve early, especially if you want the video game truck. 3) they show up to your event early to set up. We scheduled the party for 10:30A and they arrived at the location at 9:45A. The party was ready to go at exactly 10:30A. 4) for each event, you had a coach. The coaches ran the party and kept the kids occupied from start to finish. 5) at the end the party, the coach shoots a candy cannon. Imagine the frenzy that ensued when the candy started falling from the sky. Birthday boy also gets a free T-shirt. Very well-run business and our party was a huge success. If you are looking for something different from MainEvent or PumpItUp, I recommend you give these guys a call. read more

Do NOT use this company. I booked them for two hours for my daughter's birthday party and after charging my credit card no one showed up. I finally reached someone after spending an hour on the phone during the party. They claimed to find someone who could cover and he showed up at the end of the party. We used him for less than an hour as the party was basically over. Now the company is refusing to refund any of the charge claiming the event was 'rescheduled' when they finally showed up. Very disapooting company. I reserved them for my son's birthday and they didn't show up..I got a confirmation email from them the day before. Half an hour before the event. The driver called and said he is stuck in traffic. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance so why they didn't plan to leave on time. We've used Games2U for the last couple of years at our school carnival and they are fantastic! Showed up on time, set up quickly and the coaches were great with the kids. I was nervous because I scheduled them a week & a half before the event, but it went perfectly. I emailed & spoke with Joe Connors on the phone & he was very friendly & always got back to my emails & questions. Then I spoke with the regional guy, Tim, to confirm the day before party & he too was good. The day of event they were there 30 mins. ahead to setup. There were two guys to run the two rides, both were nice & great with the kids. I was VERY impressed! Worth every penny! I have gotten the run around with this company. There was an ad on Texas Birthday Parties. com's website and games2u denied it was there ad. When I talked to Joe Connors he would not budge and not honor his AD. I called corporate and they did NOTHING. The ad stated $149.00 for the hamster ball for 90 minutes and add Booger Wars for $69 more and get 2 hours. Texas Birthday Parties. com said they paid for the ad and never updated it or removed it. They called Joe as well. NOT HONORING you OWN AD is bad business. Don't use Joe Connors with Games2U and please tell everyone you know AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DON"T HONOR their own ADS. read more
