Metaverse sets up taking the sun shine direction into consideration too. They have the chairs. They have great awnings. The gaming screens on the truck have shadow boxes. They have a huge fan too for a breeze! Inside the truck is the VR stations and a new super cool driving VR option. Ok - so they take care of everything to get set up. Then - they take care of the kiddos (and novice adults too) ensuring that everyone picks games the like, and have instructions on how to play (if needed). Stacey watched the outside gamers, Travis stayed inside with the VR players. The biggest and the toughest critics were the kiddos- and they all had a great time playing with the Metaverse games. Our crew was primarily 7 - 9 year olds. But even the old folk parents enjoyed everything. In summary - we are so glad we used Metaverse at our kiddo's party. My company put together an event in support of our community's veteran's, active service members, and military families. We had BBQ, Ice cream, face painting, balloons, etc. All free of course. We advertised heavily, even had a billboard put up. We even included Game Changer in our ads on social media, basically cross promoting their business for free... Well, morning of the event the owner calls us and cancels. Literally hours before the event. He even hung up on us when we questioned him on why and we weren't satisfied with his answer. Basically, a worker quit, and instead of bringing the truck himself, he just enjoyed his Saturday and left us, and all our attendees, hanging. But that's not all. Despite multiple emails and giving them plenty of opportunity, HE STILL HASN'T REFUNDED US! I just can't abide bad business such as this I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was just too much. Book at your own risk, because if it's inconvenient to them, they will just cancel last minute and not give two you know what's about it. Or a refund for that matter... Two thumbs down
