Metaverse sets up taking the sun shine direction into consideration too. They have the chairs. They have great awnings. The gaming screens on the truck have shadow boxes. They have a huge fan too for a breeze! Inside the truck is the VR stations and a new super cool driving VR option. Ok - so they take care of everything to get set up. Then - they take care of the kiddos (and novice adults too) ensuring that everyone picks games the like, and have instructions on how to play (if needed). Stacey watched the outside gamers, Travis stayed inside with the VR players. The biggest and the toughest critics were the kiddos- and they all had a great time playing with the Metaverse games. Our crew was primarily 7 - 9 year olds. But even the old folk parents enjoyed everything. In summary - we are so glad we used Metaverse at our kiddo's party. We had about 15-20 kids playing at any one time. Even some adults hopped in for a bit :) It was awesome! The company was very easy to work with. They were super accommodating. We did have to reschedule due to rain, but they made it an easy process and were able to get us rescheduled for 2 days later. The staff was all extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Games2U! I am sure we will use them again for future events.

We booked this for my son's birthday party it was a small group…read moreonly eight kids they up sold me $50 on adding Fortnite to my package and told me that I needed seven car lengths of space to park the truck. I told him that the truck wouldn't fit in front of our house. They said no problem they had Wi-Fi that could work anywhere. When the truck arrived, it was filthy inside of the 9 TVs only 3 of them didn't worked and Fortnite only worked on 3 TVs not all of the TVs like I was lead to believe. During our experience, one of the game coaches actually fell asleep yes he was asleep in the truck next to the kids! I took pictures for proof and the other guy that was awake was on his phone the entire time he did not help the kids. I had to keep telling him kids weren't playing and things weren't working. Many of the kids weren't playing because the TVs weren't working when I called and spoke to David he said that I should've known that Fortnite wasn't a multiplayer team and that it wouldn't work on all the TVs due to Wi-Fi band. Now why I would know that is beyond me because I was told that the Wi-Fi would work anywhere. He was incredibly rude and kept chastising me it was unreal. He kept making excuses for everything about the filthiness of the truck to his employees and said that the kids know how to play games, so therefore there was really no need for his attendants to be doing anything. Do not book it is a lot of money for such a terrible experience!!

Jophrey arrived on time, actually adjusted his scheduled 1 week prior to arrive an hour earlier then originally scheduled. We had about 20 kids at the party and he was able to navigate both groups of kids, outside and inside to make sure everyone was set up with the game the wanted to play and gave them instructions on how to play if they were unfamiliar. He constantly checked in with me to see if everyone was having a good time. I am hoping he gets his VR wireless set up as that was the only thing missing. I would recommend Rolling Video Games ATX if you are looking for a video game party.
