This place is a decent concept, but seems poorly managed. The smell of cleaning supplies and chemicals is overwhelming and will give you a headache. The floor is foam mats that are all bleached out, and still not clean. Not ideal to have babies crawling around on. The table cloths are awful and dye your skin blue. They are very obviously very old and have had chemicals applied to them several times. The arcade is tiny and machines malfunction more often than not. The lady who checked us in was rude and snarky. A teen came in to work while we were there and was a very kind and impressive young man. Our kids enjoyed themselves, but there are far nicer facilities in the area with much better amenities, larger, more clean, and for similar pricing. Overall would not recommend.

Decided to take the kids here after not visiting the business for 2 years. We had our daughter's birthday party here 2 years ago and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was attentive and welcoming and the area was well kept. Unfortunately yesterday was not the same as before. The facility smelled so strongly of bleach that you could literally taste it in your mouth and feel it in your eyes. You can see in the pics I listed how the rubber pads are fading possibly due to the excess amount of bleach being used. I understand being sanitary but this is excessive. We stayed for about 10-15 min since my little ones were very excited to play. We couldn't stay any longer because of the strong chemical smell. The staff seemed to not notice or not care about our discomfort or even asked why we were leaving after just getting there. I don't know what Happened to this business but my family and I will not be returning in the future.

This is a very affordable and friendly place in this small town of Killeen Texas. Entry for kids is 10 dollars and parents enter for free. Socks are required for adults and kids and they sell them if you don't have any. They have a climbing gym for kids that are toddler age to 8 years and a smaller area for children that can crawl and toddler age. They have this small arcade area. They sell drinks and no food allowed during entry to the place. The arcade is descent and majority of the claw machines are defective and steal your money. Other than that the restrooms are not in the best condition and some rust is apparent in the door knobs. Otherwise staff is super friendly and helpful and they lock the door on the entry of the playground so no kids can leave the establishment on their own. Overall the place was clean and tidy. Parents please do not bring your children if they are sick since it's a smaller play area and other kids can be vulnerable to disease.

Such a fun place to take your kiddies playing around and let them go wild. They have baby side then toddler then the bigger kids and there's so much to do. They have games and some snacks and drinks. Even have massage chairs for the parents who need a break. You should definitely come out here

Staff is super nice. Smaller areas for little kids. A small party area. Adults are allowed to play. But heads up you will get more exhausted than the kids. Nice alternative for hot park days. Deff worth checking out. Bring non slip socks or purchase for kids at least.

Your Children will Enjoy time in a great place! I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism in operation of the front line staff. I appreciate the security precautions of the bright yellow bracelets but had to voice my dismay of sharing confidential information about my children If you want my information as a parent I understand but as a parent we must exercise our right to protect of children identities and revealing their dob is not needed to play! I want someone to explain imagine if I wanted to register them for a birthday coupon or special event it would be given. I had been to Mt Playmore in Pflugerville Similar prices for children. I was impressed about Mt Playmore all we had to do was sign a release waiver and all parents pay 1.00 to enter as a parent ...not share a bunch of personal information. They operated with a invisible number applied to your skin that was visible with black light. a # marker identification to match up your children you walk in with you leave with. Just a great idea!

The venue needed to be large enough to accommodate distancing, catering and food service was sketchy since many places closed, local restrictions were fluid and I didn't live in the city where the event would be held. At one point, I thought we wouldn't be able to celebrate more than having a small dinner. It was discouraging. Then I found Milestone Memories and Events. I had a good feeling about Geri after our first phone call. The second call confirmed my initial impression. I needed someone with experience and good judgment that I could trust for advice. After all, large events take hundreds of decisions and bad choices can create bad experiences for all the guests. To give context, the guest list was 250 people. Given the circumstances, I estimated 100-150 would attend. The final RSVP count came in at 140. This was not a small event and we pulled it off in four months! Here are just a few highlights of my great experience with Milestone Memories: - We developed a budget, and came in under - They got to know us and designed decor and settings to match (my mom loved everything!) - Everything LOOKED AMAZING, tables, center pieces, lighting, photo backdrop, entry tables - All the logistics like how people enter, move, exit, accounting for seating, everything was great - They found the venue, catering, music and negotiated many details so I only made major decisions. I can't tell you how important that is because it can be overwhelming dealing with multiple contracts when the event is personal. - They took care of my parents and were so thoughtful of all their needs on the day of the event - Excellent communication throughout Geri and her staff are genuine, caring people and I'm so thankful we met. Don't misunderstand, she's a skilled project manager and straight forward communicator that will take care of business! What I mean is she thought of details that I could never have thought of. For example, she created a space for my parents to rest before the event and stocked it with a beautiful snack tray. She arranged a "Grand Entrance" which turned out amazing. My parents had a "first dance", and I mean they had never danced in public before, even at their wedding. This was Geri's idea and it made such an impact! This is the longest review I've written and it is still too short. What a great 4 month journey this was with Geri to create such a memorable celebration for my parents! People are still talking about it a week later. I still get emails and texts complimenting how great it was, and we have the best pictures to help us remember. Here's are a few things people are saying: "elegant", "fun", "relaxed", "beautiful", "amazing!"... My mom and dad loved everything! After working with Geri and her team for 4 months, I 100% recommend them to anyone needing a spectacular event!

I only wish the event that I was attending had opened the doors sooner and that it wasn't so damn cold the day of the event. I'm not sure if it was the event or if it's the Center's duty to hire security but having only one person to pat down the folks entering was kind of ridiculous. Outside food wasn't allowed in which I guess was understandable but I wish they'd allowed that because all there was at the event was one vendor that sold food that I didn't feel was worth the amount (in my opinion). I'm not sure if the center provided the tables and chairs and curtains and etc but it was a really big spacious place and the parking lot is huge, though the lot on the side of the building is all crooked and jacked up so I'd recommend parking in the front of the building because it's flat. I also, didn't get a chance to use or see the bathroom but I can' tell you that there was bathrooms there. I heard there was a kitchen as well because that's where the bar was. I'm not sure of the price to rent but I could definitely see going here for another event or fundraiser or party or whatever.

They have in-window AC and heating units (which came in handy for the cold snap we received this weekend), a bathroom that included showers, toilets, mirror, and sinks for you to get ready in the morning, and bunk beds with mattresses that actually were quite comfortable. Overall, the cabin facilities were good. We also used a couple of the classrooms that were a bit more run-down that I would have preferred and the in-window heating seemed to be a hit or a miss. The tables could use a refresher and the windows could use an update. The restroom facilities that we used while outside of the cabin were less than stellar. It was neat that there was a washer/dryer on site in the restroom, but the bathroom doors were falling off the hinges and the toilets flushed when they felt like it. The bathroom could use a refresher alongside the classrooms. The grounds were lovely. There were several picnic table areas for us to hang out under trees and enjoy the great outdoors. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and the facilities were quite well done... They could use a refresher in some of the common areas.

The place was clean and just the right size for my wife and I. Being city folks you forget how dark it is out in the country at nights. It was nice. It really was an amazing experience. 2. Bucket of food and self guided feeding of animals. We walked the property and hid to feed so many animals. All of the animals were friendly toward people. They were all very good motivated. We encountered a giraffe, donkeys, zebras, horses, cows, pigs, dwarf steers, camels, emu, deer, buffalo and more. The animals were often trying to bully their way to the front of the line. The cow Oreo who has not skipped a meal was always front of the line. 3. Afternoon safari ride in ATV. This was a fun ride around the property. Did not see any new animals but had a great time. The cows out at pasture were thrilled to be fed. 4. Giraffe encounter and meal. This was a little expensive but I would spend it again. The giraffes were super friendly and personable. We wanted to take them home because they were so much fun. The guide, experience and never felt rushed made this worth it. Our guide was top notch. I think her name was Jackie but could be wrong.
