They made it the "Best Birthday Ever" according to my son. All the kiddos had a blast playing games. They arrived promptly and got the game truck setup & hooked up to the internet. I checked out game truck at a party my friends were having. It was awesome! Comfortable leather seats, huuuuuggeee HD screens, tons of games. It was sweet. The game truck guys got us set up quick and we were rollin'. We're a bunch of adults and we had a blast! I think for kids, adults, birthday parties, party parties, or no occasion what so ever...you get Game truck in your front yard and you're gonna have a good time. read more

Had my son's 9th birthday party using Game Truck this weekend. It was a ton of fun. The worker interacted well with the children and even played a game with one who didn't have a partner. Had a little problem, but the worket and manager resolved it beautifully, and I will definitely use them next year! Very fun party. read more

We loved the truck..it was perfect due to weather being a bit cold but the kids were in there the whole time..I highly recommended it. My grandson stated it was the Bestest birthday Ever. The driver was courteous and great in explaining the games. The setup was easy. read more

This was my second experience with GameTruck and their Game Coach, Victor and both have been great! The kids ranged in age from elementary to high school and enjoyed their time in the GameTruck. Victor is great to go over everything in the beginning and discuss the games available. I liked the option of removing the rated M games and kept it to T and E for the age group. The scheduling is easy and the invites they sent arrived in a short time after booking. Book in advance for your ideal date and time! Definitely recommend GameTruck!! read more

My sons party was a huge success with Game Truck. The truck was outfitted with PS3, XBox, Wii and four large HDTVs allowing 16 kids to play more than 100 different games. David was great with the kids and made sure they got the most out of the 2-hours we paid for. read more

We had the Game Truck for my son's birthday and it was great. I really did not want to spend that much money ($300) but after everything was said and done it was worth it. It was worth it to NOT have 15 10 year old boys in my house and it was worth it to see the look on my son's face when the Game Truck pulled up to our house. We have done the pizza place thing and had birthdays before at our house and this was the first party that worked out great with no problems. You could tell the Game Truck operator was experienced and knew how to handle a group of rowdy 10 year old boys. I was unsure about the Game Truck concept but now that I have experienced it I am a fan. We will rent them again if that is what my son wants to do next year. read more

I would recommend this game truck for any party. It kept all the kids entertained for the entire 2 hours. It is well worth the money. The driver was patient and attentive to all The children. I would amazing to see all the kids tuned in to the games. The adults had quite a break. read more

This was the best birthday party for my 11 year old son to date. Party goers were 11-14 and reported it as epic! Truck was clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Parents can pull games they don't want as an option. read more

This place has the system where your winning points are stored to a card, like Dave and Busters, and one guy in our group had a good 10,000 points on it. Some of the points were from an awesome victory of knocking over a coin tower on that game that takes more patience than I have to get all the coins at the edge. Sadly, he left his card behind on accident, which ended up getting stolen. The great news is the staff handled it quickly. They were able to transfer his points to another card before it was used and gave him free movie and food vouchers. What outstanding customer service! I will have to return for some bowling, and it looks like they have virtual reality activities as well. The prices seem pretty reasonable compared to several of the competitors. I can't wait to come back for great food and customer service!

I visited this location on June 5th. Upon entering my bag was thoroughly checked at the first…read morecheckpoint using a drumstick to poke around through the bag. I proceeded to the concession stand to purchase snacks and beverages and then to the theater entrance. At this point, they asked to check my bag a SECOND time. So, balancing my popcorn and beverage, I had to unzip my purse again for another bag check. At this check, the teenager barely glanced in the bag. I was quite annoyed at this inconvenience and cursory second check. My issue is that the bag checks seemed haphazard, not consistent (every bag, every time), nor thorough ( the teenager at the second check was bored and going through the motions). I've since been in contact with Santikos Guest Services as well as the manager at the Cibolo location. Guest Services shared that it is corporate policy to check all bags upon entry, but the second bag check is location-specific and not part of the whole corporate policy. The manager at that location stated that they need to recheck bags because all the doors into the theater do not have checkpoints - the bar area, for example, does not have a checkpoint at that door. She shared that they will be setting up a checkpoint there at some time in the future. At this point, however, there is not one there, so were you to enter through that door and not go to the theater, but rather the arcade or bowling, you would not have your bag checked at all. This is a HUGE safety risk if that is their true intention. If this were truly a safety concern, and they ARE aware of the unchecked door, then I have a serious issue with them keeping their patrons safe. If this is more to protect their bottom line of not bringing your own outside snacks, etc. in, then I am greatly disappointed in their customer service. Either way, I won't be returning to this location after the poor customer service. A night at the movies has become too expensive to deal with these issues. I will gladly drive elsewhere to have a better experience, and I suggest you do the same.

There are no token to buy, just all day wristbands. Yes the video games for the most part are dated. It's also not a huge park. There are four major rides outside. My family said the rollercoaster was a lot more violent and faster than they thought it would be. They were split whether they liked it or not. They also all loved the go kart attraction. We almost missed a small section in the inside towards the back. They had a bungee trampoline, a small rock wall, and a flight simulator! The family all enjoyed the flight simulator! It made for lots of laughs. They did have a playground and ball area for the smaller kids which we did not explore. Again, this is not a major theme park, but more like a light version with less crowds! We are coming back! The only negatives for us, the distance from where we live, the dated video game rides, and the water park being closed. It's not crazy cheap, but not crazy expensive. Hope that makes sense. We booked gametruck for my sons 10 Birthday. They made it simple and sent me all the information I needed to get ready for his party. The day came and it was a blast for the kids and so relaxing for the adults. The truck so nice and had a ton of games and options for them to choose from. There is a ton of room so all the kids were able to play at once. The game coach took care of everything they needed inside the truck, so we took care of the cake and snacks. I would recommend them to anyone who has a an event or Birthday party coming up, and I know several of the kids and parents were interested in having a party with them as well. We rented two trucks for the second year for the end of our vacation bible school. The youth loved it and it is now apart of our VBS. We used tickets for VBS attendees so that we could control who was entering the trucks. Last year was the first year and so we had some individuals who were not VBS participants. This year we had it organized better and the two guys who were the hosts were phenomenal. This was such a stress free way to celebrate our son's birthday. Ray arrived early and was set up in time for the party. What I like about Game Truck was that all the kids were inside.
