Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures. After numerous more calls and text messages, J.R. said they would start on Aug 12. He said that I could count on it 1000%. His foreman came to the house and looked at the arch the evening before. On Aug 12, they didn't show up. J.R. gave a lame excuse about not being able to secure the right steel support, despite the fact that the first day was supposed to be just demo work. I've sent Stability Pros a registered letter advising that they are in breach of contract, but the letter was returned as undeliverable. It seems that the address on their web site and contract is not valid. I'm in the process of canceling the contract and it appears that I might have to go to small claims court to recover my deposit. I am a 73 year old disabled veteran on Social Security. This is the worst business transaction that I've experienced in my lifetime. I I've lost track of the number of times JR Adams has lied to me. I would not recommend Stability Pros to anyone.

Salesman wrote Contract & it was signed & scheduled (5 Figure Contract). 2.) Installation Crew worked 2 full days on my House Project. Compliments to the Crew - They worked hard, and were professional. 3.) Negatives : It has been 2 1/2 months since the job was finished. a.) I never heard from the Salesman again, to follow up on my satisfaction. b. Clean Up - As many jobs as Olshan does, some training & Care should be exercised. I found my Dryer Vent stuck up in a Shrub. When Installation Crew digs up Shrubs, they should not replant them in Gumbo, they will die. c.) They violated my Contract - Olshan never contacted me to do their after job waste water plumbing test.
