If you're looking for someone who gets the job done, goes out of his way to take care of the customer and responds quickly to a request, then definitely go with Harry for your TV/AV installation needs. A friend of ours found him on Google and recommended Harry to us. He was very quick to respond and provided us with a very reasonable quote, especially given the amount of work that was involved with our home. When he and his assistant arrived for the first appointment, he spent nearly 7 hours taking care of everything we needed. It was a lot of TVs so understandably it took a lot of time, but he was extremely thorough and wanted to make sure the work was done right regardless of how long it took. Unfortunately one of the TVs we had ended up having issues after it was mounted (which had nothing to do with Harry or his work). Harry was kind enough to remove the broken TV from the mount (so I could get a replacement asap) and offered to come back again to finish the job at a later date at a very reasonable rate. We were so satisfied with his work we ended up asking him to mount another TV for us in addition to the replacement TV. He does a great job of making sure wires are concealed and the proper cables and outlets are re-routed as needed. He does a great job of providing that "clean" look that people look for when it comes to mounting TVs. I would strongly recommend Harry to anyone who's looking for someone who can do the job right and knows how to take care of his customers.

I needed help (i) mounting 2 TV's, (ii) routing wires from tv's into closets, (iii) connecting built in speakers which were here when I moved in, to my TVs, (iv) setting up a receiver for the speakers, (v) setting up Apple Play for my built in speakers In terms of price, Sherman quoted me on the project (vs hourly like some others do) which was definitely more economical and great to know exactly what you're in for. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.

I arrived there about 30 mins before their close time but unfortunately they had some issues that caused them to close early. Anyways, I spoke with the owner John and he said he was gonna return in an hour so I decided to grab something to eat then head back since it was a decent drive from my house. Took a little longer than an hour, but things happen. When John got there, he gladly changed the cartridge for me on the spot (during after hours) and I hung out there while listening to some music on his killer setup. He was a very friendly guy that got the job done in 30 mins and for a reasonable price. My advice is to call before you go to make sure that they're open but they're a great little shop that has plenty of experience (27 years worth!) I'll definitely be returning I'm sure for all related repairs/audio purchases.
