I came here on a Thursday morning to get a teared nail repaired. When I walked in I was immediately asked what I needed. After I explained to the guy who asked me, I was rudely told that they were busy and to come back later. And then ignored me to work on his current client. I ended up just awkwardly standing there before I just walked out since no one was planning to help me. Later? When is that? He could have given me an estimate. They weren't that busy. 3 clients and 2 workers. I could and won't have minded to wait. I have waited on much longer on weekends. My mom and I went in today to get manicures and it was possibly the worst experience we have had, and that's saying something. I went in because my cuticles looked bad. The guy doing my nails didn't even use cuticle softener before he trimmed them! I asked him to file my nails down and he completely ignored me. He didn't even turn the light on so I felt like he was doing my nails in the dark. And forget luxury since my hands were just sitting on a paper towel. My mom's nails look like they have half an inch of polish on them because the polish was so thick when she got it put on. I don't think that they have ever bought new nail polish. Do not go here. You're better off to buy a kit at Walmart and DIY. read more

I will never go back to this salon, after getting my lashes done Saturday for the first time and then they falling out the same night.i called him back that day so I went back today on my off day to have the rest removed cause I was unhappy with them to begin with. I paid 35 dollars for a bullshit job and they have the audacity to not refund my money and charge me an additional 10 dollars. The manager John said that be cannot refund me since I didn't want them fixed. Why would I want them fixed by the same person that messed up? I thought that it is ALWAYS policy that if a customer is not happy they get a money back. That's not the case with this shop. I will never go back here for anything. read more

If I could give less stars, then I would. I'm disappointed in myself for giving Fashion Nail another chance. I've been out of the country for 3.5 years and my friend said they were the best in town. I would have to disagree. I was never offered a drink and barely spoken to the entire time I was there. My pedicure feels incomplete, they didn't even try to remove the dead skin. What's the point in paying for a pedicure if my feet look the same as when I arrived? They made me soak my finger nails even though I have cuts on my fingers and cuticles, "just 5 minute, it help take off polish." Then when I said it burned, they used a too rough of a drill tip, and now my nails feel paper thin. Didn't listen to me when I said round and immediately started shaping them square. The guy was more concerned with his phone, than doing my nails. I will never go back. read more

I'm not normally one to use the average nail spa. But this place is great. I have been here for mani, pedi, etc. Always happy. Right now, I'm sitting in a big, fancy, massaging, pedicure chair where a very nice man just gave me a #2 pedicure (sea salt exfoliating & hot towels). It's a Saturday and I didn't have an appointment when I walked in about noon. They welcomed me and there was no wait. Very nice environment. New pedicure chairs. This was honestly the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure, and I will absolutely never be back. The lady who did my pedicure did not even exfoliate my feet at all with the pumice stone. I asked why she didn't use one and she said "oh that's not included" when my friend got the exact same type of pedicure and her lady included the service. The polish was very messy, and the cuticle lines were not clean. I then went to get my gel manicure. She did not soak my hands in water at all and attempted to cut my cuticles dry which hurt so badly. I asked her why she didn't soak my hands and water, and she said that is not possible when getting a gel manicure. I told her that is what the technicians usually do and she proceeded to ask me if I've ever even had my nails done before. Yes, many times at much better places. She then did my gel polish which looked absolutely horrible. I complained to management and they came over to try and fix it. The lady that was doing my nails began complaining and making me feel bad for speaking up. I told management that I was not comfortable paying full price for the service. They gave me $20 off. About an hour after I had left, the gel polish on my hands began chipping off. I called the salon to see if a different technician would be able to fix it. They said sure. I came in and had my nails redone by the manager of the salon. I was getting ready to leave after wasting a significant portion of my day when the manager comes out with a bill for $20. He told me that I needed to pay the rest since I had them touched up. The entire experience was horrific. The lady that did my nails had a serious attitude problem and made me feel bad for speaking up about a service that was clearly unsatisfactory. The manager was extremely unprofessional. Please save yourself from this horrible experience. read more

The inside is really nice. My pedicure is really nice. Gel mani is awful! 5 hours after leaving, my nails are smudged no shine.

I enjoy this nail spa. I like the atmosphere and both times I've been they really worked hard to get my nails like the picture I requested. I can't wait to take my kid and have her nails done also! They have kids room to play and also get their pedicure! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Went in for color gel/shellac polish manicure. The tech asked no less than 5 times if I would rather get gel powder, advising powder, "stronger, last longer than shellac," and "powder is much better." I finally agreed trusting the "professional." The result was awful. Some nails have uneven thickness; some are too wide and on others the natural nail can be seen on the sides. One of them is even crooked. She left cuticles ragged and filed so awkwardly and hard, she broke the skin on two fingers. Once she was done, I told her they looked awful and I was unhappy. She responded, "Not happy?" then giggled and walked up to the register. The bill was $10 more than the services listed cost. I paid with the intention of speaking to owner/manager when she/he was in (the tech seemed to suddenly not be able to understand me so I gave up telling her my nails looked awful and that we need to discuss payment). I returned today and spoke with a gentleman who stated he was the manager. He refused a refund stating he wanted to work on them. Salon already provided horrible results, why let anyone there touch them again? If manager won't hire skilled techs, he certainly won't get his hands on my nails. Avoid this place. read more

Worst Pedicure I have ever had, the Lady working on my feet was so rough that my heels were bleeding.
