Okay! So I really loved how my nails looked when I left Spa Lounge to me they were near perfect in shape length and color. I was super happy to find a spot close to me that I could go to. But literally two days later I began to see A LOT of cracking in the nail"tips" which they used. Now here I am four days later and I'm missing two nails that literally just fell off...So I'm thinking possibly they use cheap thin plastic tips which break easily. I'm going back today in the hopes they will correct it.... keeping my fingers crossed. Also I paid nearly $80 for a pedicure and "dip" 'tips including a tip for both service so honestly I have been getting my nails done long enough to know I deserve better for the money spent. If you don't see an updated review then you know they didn't correct it. * by the way my third nail broke before the end of the day and I've decided not to return again...

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to! Kim my tech was rough, constantly jerking my arm unnecessarily, literally slapping my hands with her nail brush that your supposedly to gently brush the dust off the nails. I told her twice she was hurting me but she could care less. She literally used her drill on my skin around my fingers. She even accused me of bumping the numerous while fixing her mistake. The salon is beautiful inside but the worst nail tech I have ever had in 30 years. She had walked off 3 times( more then 5 min with no explanation)to do whatever, but it wasn't to wait on another customer because there was no one waiting for service. I was polite, and smiled the entire time to keep from irrating her so I could get out of there. Not once did they offer a drink (had to ask) and NEVER asked me to wash my hands. I even tipped her (she was watching from the corner of the desk to make sure) She was watching for a tip or complaint for sure. Kim (wore a Bloom shirt) if that is your real name, even if you were having a bad day which I understand but you were being extremely rude, constantly hurting me, and my Christian attitude was to smile and get out as soon as I could. Kim get a new job! I'm calling the BBB for sure!

Not sure why this place has low reviews I typically have a spot in Chattanooga I go to but I was visiting a girlfriend and we decided to get a pedicure and dip done. This was around 3:30 on a Thursday Atmosphere: very important for a nail spa.... they put the removable plastic liners in the pedicure bowls thank you! The selection of regular, gel, and dip colors are very impressive. The overall look of the place is very nice and clean I like right when we checked in they asked if we wanted a glass of wine Service: I hate I can't remember the name of the man that did my pedicure and dip but he was absolutely wonderful. Pedicure was detailed even though I selected the basic. And I always hold my breath when a new person is doing my dip but he was awesome!!!! Thank Jesus also, the host at the front was so nice! She took extra time to help my friend and I pick out the right color and got us wine Overall I would stop back in here when I am in Knoxville. Make a reservation no matter what time it is.

Horrible. cut up my hands super bad and I had to STOP them from finishing because of hoe awful it looked.

Doesn't even look like I got a professional pedicure.

Nick is awesome. He is talented, meticulous, & has never hurt me. I use dip powder & Nick makes them look so natural.

Pedicure was one of the best I've ever had, especially as far as the exfoliating and massage parts.

The staff explained that they get to make some of their own creations, based off of local interest, history, and their own personal creativity. Love that autonomy for the workers. As a first timer, the friendly/welcoming workers (including the GM, Alexandra), graciously explained all of the products, their favorites, and tips and tricks. A few favorite tips and musts: 1. They have a list of scents and can customize products for you by melting down the unscented and mixing them like mad scientists. :-) 2. They sell soap holders which are brilliant loofas with a pocket in which you slide your soap bar. 3. Keep the spray oil in your shower to use immediately after your bath or shower to hold in and replenish skin moisture. 4. You can book bath bomb creation parties. Fun! 5. The product that will give you the best idea of a scent's smell is the body scrub, which is the most concentrated. Aside from the friendliness of the staff, walking into this shop simply makes you happy. Smells great and is so cheerful with the brightly-colored products as far as the eye can see. There are body scrubs, whips, butter, bath bombs, lip balms, marbled bar soaps, oil, lotion sticks, and a men's section that has beard balms and oils. Don't forget the laundry soap, too! Buff City prides itself on handmade products without harsh chemicals. Cheers to that!

I have ordered photos and photo gifts on several occasions and only once has my order been damaged/incorrect, which was promptly corrected. They often have great sales on photo items (30-60% off), so definitely use the app and search for promo codes before ordering. The staffing is hit-or-miss with both promptness and friendliness. I feel like it is often one extreme or another. It is very clear from the reviews and my own experience that the pharmacy itself is the major sore spot of this Walgreens. Having twin kindergarteners who bring home every germ imaginable, we have been here numerous times for prescriptions in addition to flu and COVID shots/boosters. The first time I brought my three young kids for their shots, making the appointment two weeks in advance. We arrive and after waiting 45 minutes, they tell us that they did not have any kid vaccines thawed for use. What was the point of my appointment that could have been referenced and prepped for in advance? We returned a year later for the booster shots, also having made appointments weeks in advance. I even called ahead to ensure they had vaccines thawed and ready. When we arrive, they lost the paperwork and we had to wait a half hour for them to print it so we could fill it out again. We waited another 45 minutes (1 hr 15 past our appointment time) to be seen. The nurse administering the shots was patient and efficient, I just wish they had seen us at our appointment time so that we didn't have (too much) time for our kids to get their nerves worked up. The wait at this pharmacy is always brutal and they are often disorganized upon pickup. They have lost our prescriptions on two occasions and often forget to give us the spoons/droppers, etc. to administer the meds. I have never encountered as many disgruntled pharmacy patrons as at this location. We will likely switch to a different pharmacy for med needs in the new year.

When I left, I felt I had been trauma dumped on. The gift certificate I received was for my birthday and honestly, I just felt like it was such a waste because of the experience. I understand it's a business but I also don't understand why I'm supposed to pay for another massage in order to get an enjoyable, relaxing experience that I was already gifted..
