She made me feel like I was getting a pedicure from a friend, not a new stranger. That said, she didn't overdo the conversation. It didn't feel forced or sales-y. We had a great conversation and I will definitely be booking all of my pedicures with her from now on. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me. I've already scheduled a facial to try their facial services out and look forward to that. I was shocked how much hair was left on my upper legs (baby fine hair) and over both knees. If this is a difference in sugaring versus waxing I will definitely have to stick with waxing as it looked like I had no hair removal done at all in big patches.
