Rude Pharmacist. Totally unprofessional. Overpriced. Keep your receipts to show dates your medicine was filled.

I couldn't find the machete cherries for my pineapple upside down cake. When I first went to the…read morecheckout line 2 guys were standing there talking, doing nothing. One of them said it's on four or five. The other one said it's on aisle eight. I started to go and then thought forget it I'm disabled and my body was hurting. I turned around and went to another checkout line, and those guys saw me and they were still doing nothing but talking. I told the guy in the girl that were working my lane neither one of them considered my need. Whenever I ask somebody in Kroger where something is, they stop what they're doing, look it up and then take me to it. A good reason to go elsewhere.

Recently, I've had three sketchy, scary experiences at the entrance and in the parking lot at Food…read moreCity in Oak Ridge. 1. Some kind of vendor outside with a large table (it wasn't the Boy Scouts) yelling at customers entering and exiting the store and hawking his wares. 2. An employee who screamed at me for not putting my cart away to his satisfaction. 3. A squeegee guy at the gas pumps cleaning the windows of unsuspecting customers and then demanding $10, a classic scam. I feel safer at Wal-Mart, and it's WAY CHEAPER there, too, for the VERY SAME PRODUCTS. Or Publix in Farragut is just a short drive, and they have FAR better products and selection (with no need to use a so-called "ValuCard," which is a scam in and of itself). Besides, the employees at Publix are WAY, WAY, WAY nicer and more helpful than the employees at Food City. As a matter of fact, so are the employees at Wal-Mart. I am done with Food City. If I need milk in a hurry, Weigel's sells it. NOTE: Even though Food City has a large sign at the entrance of the store announcing "NO PETS," the rule is not enforced.
