I stop here, kid you not, for the fried burritos. They're the kind that used to be at 7-Eleven in the 1980s. Perfect with a Big Gulp. Reminds me of the ubiquitous cappuccino machines that had the most delicious French Vanilla flavor that you can still find sometimes, and these burritos are just as rare. 2 taco sauce packets per seems to be the best ratio. Clean restrooms, and the food/deli/cafeteria style food options are pretty great for a truck stop. There's Denny's that you just know has perfect black coffee and servers that call you either Honey, Baby, or Sweetie in the most pure Tennessee drawls. Anyway, there's something here for just about anyone. The snacks are a little high, dang near airport pricing. Pork rinds, 22 varieties of mountain dew, jerky, and so many chips. The only things really "missing" are some Cafe tables and BBQ Corn Nuts. Why are they so hard to find?! read more

We stopped here for fuel on a road trip and it was a quick stop. We chose to stop here because we knew it was also a truck stop and hoped that meant a big clean building. The building was clean and there was lots of food selection - hot bar, premade sandwiches, etc., coffee area, cinnabon, and the normal candy chips etc. I was surprised that the restrooms were very small with limited stalls BUT I did hear someone saying there is another side to the building for the truck drivers with more amenities so maybe that is why...I'm not sure on that. read more

Good employees, however the new Propane key pad is a JOKE! Who ever designed this system should be FIRED! Sign says "Push Button for help" WHAT BUTTON? Check the pictures. So we pushed "enter", nothing... then the others... nothing. I had to walk in for help, they call the employee, but nothing... as I'm walking back in, Husband pushes all the black buttons then a female voice says hat someone will be out there. (me Thinks she saw us sitting & sitting, then me walking back up). Roger comes zipping around in a J golf cart, he informs me he was on his way out there to get our propane. Roger was great and efficient! FlyJ... try using your own new system!!! It makes NO SENSE! read more

Other than the men's room being out of order (you had to go to the professional drivers side or Denny's) this place met my expectations. Full of all kinds of food, drinks and miscellaneous stuff from clothes to keychains. The pumps aren't real fast, the windshield washer sponge had a broken handle and the Diet Coke tasted a bit like it came out of a funky machine that needed cleaned a long while ago. I made a reservation with the office today considering I will arrive to the location and find my parking reservation saved for me. Unfortunately it was occupied by someone else and Melissa in the store refused to help me get my reservation fulfilled. My only option was a refund of my money. She kept cursing ( Jesus Christ) and at last when I found her unhelpful and unreasonably talking with me I accepted their refund. She said she gave me the refund but never issued me a receipt for my refund! Very low quality of service and bad employees caused for me never will walk to that location again. I wouldn't recommend this location to any of my fellow truckers. read more

Was at location #722 and it was the worst experience I have had at a gas station. The manager lady name Stacey was not at all nice she was very rude and would not help us at all.. she was so busy texting or playing games on her phone. She should be fired from there. We stopped here to get propane for our RV. The nicest, happiest guy named Roger helped us. Reminded me of old gas station customer service from days long gone. They sell lots of CB equipment and some truck Accesories. Their bathrooms are pretty clean and their parking lot is big so you will plenty of parking places. I also saw the lottery here and scratch off tickets that you can buy from a vending machine. They sell some really good ice cream sandwiches is a freezer box just before you walk out of the store. They also have. a Denny's here where you can eat breakfast or dinner. They are friendly and very helpful here. If the workers don't know the answer they will call a manager out to personally help you. How cool is that. read more

Stopped for the night and parked in the rear parking area with our RV in tow. Parking areas were well lit. The back lot had a grade a bit of a grade but nothing worrisome. Several big rig modern fueling islands. Staff seemed friendly and the store was okay and typical of Flying J. Had a small pond behind our rig that had lots of trash in it. Other than that, it was a great place to rest up for the night. read more

Great truck stop. They have clean restrooms, plenty of parking space. They have a Denny's here that is VERY good. Be prepared to smell awesomeness when you walk in the door because they make and sell Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. It's very tempting going in and out of here without buying one... They carry electronics such as radar detectors, cb's, navigation systems...etc Fuel is usually pretty cheap here in this area. read more

Be very careful what you buy here and make sure that whatever price you're paying for your items is correct. They had a clearance table with different things on it including some sunglasses and small stuffed bears. I went up to the lady at the counter and asked her to price check them for me. she did, and the bears came out to four dollars apiece and the sunglasses for two dollars apiece which she then said would be half price. I went and gathered up several more sunglasses and a couple of bears and by the time I got back in line I had a different cashier. As he was ringing up my items he told me I would want to go back and grab another bag of candy because that particular one was buy one get one free. So I did, and once I got back to the counter and he rang it up he said that now I have to go get a drink because I had to do that for the buy one get one free. At this point I was pretty annoyed. My son grabbed a drink and I was thinking that he should have been upfront from the beginning. Then once I looked at my receipt it was way more than it should've been so I inquired as to why the amount was so high. Turns out that the other lady told me wrong, and the sunglasses were actually four dollars each so half off with two meaning everything I got from that table with twice as much as I was told it would be. My family was ready to leave and I wasn't going to stand around and return everything, but I definitely left this place with a bad taste in my mouth as far as their customer service went. read more

Been going here for years and although great at one time, its been steadily declining in service. More than once I've been here and the showers arent working. Its not that they dont have water, its because the computer system is down. So common sence would dictate that they would open the doors manually and bypass the key pad so the drivers wouldn't be inconvenienced but thats not the case. They'd rather just close the showers and not give a crap. Lazy workers and inept management. As someone who drives cross country and have used Pilot and Flying J for fueling at countless states I've noticed this new trend. No wonder why Loves kicking they're ass. read more

On our 515-mile trip from Martinsburg, WV to Spring City, TN, this station had just about the cheapest price for Regular gas along our route which was mostly I-81 and I-40, and certainly the cheapest in TN. read more

This is a pretty large truck stop. They have a Denny's restaurant. Lots if space, but VERY crowded. There wifi is the worst. Slow. Keeping getting knocked off. What a waist of money. Avoid staying overnight if you want wifi access here!! read more

This is one of my favorite Flying J's to stop at. The store is pretty typical, but it's the little extras that make it great. The driver's lounge is big, comfortable, and clean, which is rare to find these days. The best thing about this place is the shower rooms. The rooms are bigger than my bathroom at home and some of the biggest I've seen on the road, period. The pressure is great and the water is nice and hot. Quite possibly my favorite thing about them is the stereo jack built into the wall, so you can plug an A/V cord in and listen to music from your phone or iPod over the speaker in your shower. It makes it feel so much more homey. It's those kind of simple touches that make life on the road more enjoyable. read more

I stopped in there this evening about 8:00pm to find the bathrooms atrociously NASTY. The handicapped bathroom was stinky FULL and had not been cleaned in days. The first stall was without toilet paper and the sanitary trash receptacle on the wall was overflowing into the floor as were all of the stalls. Very unsanitary. Another lady who had gone in the door just before me came out of bathroom saying she just could not stay there and use the bathroom. I went to the front and waited for Mary to finish texting to ask for toilet paper as I had traveled from statesville nc to here and HAD TO PEE. If I had thought I could have made it to another store I would have. The store shift manager Bridget and another front end employee had plenty of attitude because they were having to clean a nasty bathroom and commenting between each other about how nasty people were. Really this is not customer problems. I stop to have a clean restroom and to be able to get a snack to make the rest of my trip. The soap dispenser was out and when I asked for soap Elizabeth got even more attitude saying you just have to push it which she pounded on the lever and got about 2drops. When I asked about a manager Bridgett told me I could call the store on WEDNESDAY. I looked through the yelp reviews and found that the nastiness has been posted about 19 days ago and obviously has not been addressed so maybe this will deter others from walking into this filth. read more

One of the best Flying J's I've been to. Clean and updated restrooms. Friendly staff. Great drink selection. The Denny's is not bad either.
