I arrived at the drive-thru for my prescription at 8:00 AM this morning, when the pharmacy is…read morescheduled to open. After waiting 12 minutes with no answer at the window, call button, or phone, I parked and went inside only to find that they had just opened at 8:15. When I asked if the drive-thru opened at 8, the employee responded, "yeah, we just got here," in a very dismissive tone. I completely understand that people can run late, life happens. But good customer service is about how you communicate in those situations. A simple, "we were running a little behind this morning, I'm so sorry for the delay," would have been more than enough. Instead, I was met with rudeness, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating, especially since I had scheduled my morning around the pharmacy's posted opening time. Because of this, I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere, there are plenty of other options. What happened to good customer service?

In the past the serving staff has not been the warmest or friendliest (we've eaten here dozens of times) and I'm not sure if we're just regulars now and they're nicer or if they've heard the feedback from others and made a concerted effort to rectify things.
