I've been to many buc-ee's but this one has to be my least favorite. The food was not the normal flavor as other locations. Also the staff was not nice. It was still fun stop but compared to my normal experience at Bucees it not ideal. It's super packed and it took a long time to even get out of the parking lot because of traffic and how it's set up. Had a lot of EV charging which is nice road trips. Overall I just was not the normal quality I expect from this company.

Size of a Walmart! So many gas pumps!

First visit and I'm an addict!!! Amazing place for a gas station! It's more like a Supercenter! Love the merch and the atmosphere!

Bucees is always busy. Always. So bring your patience. People were waiting for restrooms. A worker told them to pick a door, wait for it to turn green and then go in. There was no reason to have the line wrap around outside which was true. Food line is constantly moving. Just pick something as you walk. Registers go quick too. If youre lucky, you'll see mr bucee for a picture too!

Ode to Buc-ee's, I enjoy the weird trek, up to the plateau it sits upon. Over looks exit 407! The cute little Beaver sign greets you as you turn left! You made it! Come to Buc-ees! Love to watch folk's,many are so colorful and unique.Saw a pet pig, being walked, a llama. The Buc-ee's in Kodak (Sevierville), Tennessee, opened on June 26, 2023, as the largest location in the country at the time (74,000 sq ft with 120 pumps), becoming a major tourist draw at I-40's Exit 407, a gateway to the Smoky Mountains, featuring Beaver Nuggets, BBQ, clean restrooms, and extensive merchandise, joining other Tennessee locations in a major regional expansion for the Texas-based chain. (Noted by Ai) The Buc-ee's beaver mascot originates from founder Arch "Beaver" Aplin III's childhood nickname, inspired by an old Ipana toothpaste cartoon character, Bucky the Beaver, created by Disney Commercial Studios; Aplin combined his nickname with his dog "Buck" to form the name and mascot for his Texas convenience store, which grew into the massive travel centers known today for clean bathrooms and unique branding.

This particular Buc-ee has the exact same buzz and vibe as the other ones I have visited. This place is more than a gas station -- it's a full-blown travel destination right off I-40 with a huge store, tons of fuel pumps, and plenty to explore. From the moment you walk in, this place feels massive and well-organized, with shelves packed full of snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and Buc-ee's-branded goodies you didn't even know you wanted. The barbecue and brisket sandwiches are favorites, and the snack selection -- from Beaver Nuggets to fresh fudge -- gives you plenty of options to grab for the road. This will be another guaranteed stop for us next time we travel around this area.

The place is the Disney World of gas stations . The souvenirs are always changing with the seasons. We had to get the spring time tshirt and the nascar one. This particular one( we call the Dollywood Buc-ee) has added new things and made it more roomy. They now have chicken tenders and fries. They also offer beef brisket that is without bread which is nice for when we try to carbs. There never is a wait in line. We had to make the visit quick, but we are going to do a bigger shopping on our trip back home.

Is it weird that stopping at a Buc-ees was on my bucket list? Well that's the truth and this location did not disappoint! Clean, friendly employees, and great merch. (Obviously). Filled up the tank and the tummy while selecting from their wide variety of merchandise. If you're military it's like a large exchange. We stopped in the early AM so not too busy. Selected a few items for food and my family and I loved everything. Sausage, Egg, & cheese biscuit 5/5 Brisket Burrito 4/5 Bean potato cheese taco 5/5 Glazed Pecan 5/5 Fried Apple pie 5/5 Salt & pepper jerky 5/5 Korean BBQ Jerky 4/5 Beaver Nuggets 5/5 Hot chocolate 5/5 Restrooms were clean, they use the light system where it's either red or green to signal if the stall is available or not. They have stainless steel pull down baby changing tables and inside the stalls they have hand sanitizer as well as a liquid to clean the toilet seat with if you wanted. Every employee that I had an interaction with was very sweet, this early in the morning? Made ours start off right. Thanks Buc-ees!

This was our first (& 2nd) Buc-ee's visit and neither of us was sure what to expect. Even entry is an experience, we entered on the side with New Year's t-shirts to begin followed by lots of Buc-ee's clothing options from t-shirts to sweatsuits to underwear. With many different themes they are sure to have something you will like. There is also a part with various essentials and snacks. While they carry different brands many items come in a Buc-ee's shape or with a logo. Toward the center is the fresh made food section where there is bbq, burgers, fries, breakfast food, lots of hot and cold beverage options, snacks, desserts, yogurt. I didn't see the salads but I'm sure there were some. Although packed for our first visit the staff was friendly & energetic. And the photo opportunity with Buc-ee himself was fun. Despite the size getting and out was quick moving. There are doors and parking all around as well as instructions on the ground directing vehicles to the major roads near by. Oh, & filling up was easy. Despite the heavy traffic when we stopped fueling up was easy, probably because they had so many pumps. I have never seen that many at one location previously, it was epic. I feel comfortable saying this stop at Buc-ee's was its own touristy visit on our drive home from Nashville & that after this stop I am a fan.

Mass efficiency. Each urinal was its own oasis. You step into a cut out and are properly guarded by two walls. No one can peak at what you're working with. As you turn to exit after zip up there is a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall that is yours. It's waiting for you. Got a $12 blanket. Got an Italian. They really pack it with meat. Well worth the $8.49. The idea here is much like herding cattle. It was amazing to see double the amount of people in a Walmart in 1/2 the amount of space. The lines were so long but the moved so quickly. If you need to rest stop, rest stop here.

Fried chicken sandwich with special sauce

Always a stop when we come upon one during travel. Love the brisket sandwich, but also tried the fried chicken sandwich with their special sauce and it was great! We waited in line quite a while as they were a popular pick this time! Bathrooms always clean and even when line looks long, it will go quickly!

This place is awesome! We usually do not get food from gas stations. But Buc-ee's is extraordinary! They have the best Brisket sandwich, Turkey sandwich, and Brisket Burrito! All made fresh and so delicious! Great fresh made potato chips, too! Yummo! They have clothes, souvenirs, snacks, such a great variety of items. The place is clean and welcoming. No line no waiting for the bathrooms! If you see a Buc-ee's stop, it is worth it! Yes, I recommend Buc-ee's! On a trip earlier this year stopped at 3 of them!!! All were excellent!

Cleanliness: 5 Customer Service: 5 Affordability: 5 Location: 5 We stopped by this Buc-ee's location as we traveling to western Kentucky a few weeks ago. It is conveniently situated just south of the I-40 interstate and HWY 66 connection. We swung through to get gas for our vehicle, and to grab a couple of their locally brewed hot coffee. If you haven't tried anything at Buccees, this is a one stop shop! @noirvedanaturals

The coolest gas station I've ever been to. They're open 24 hours did you know that? Also, the cleanest restrooms and most affordable gas prices I've ever seen as a Californian. Only people who roadtrip or live in the area would know about Buc-ee's.

A bit of my Buc-ee's snack stash.

Ask the Community - Buc-ee’s

Does Bucee's have seating?

If they do it's limited and outside iv noticed and in a small area

What time does buccees stop selling beer?

Buccees did have beer and wine coolers. I would assume that they sell accordingly to the jurisdiction you are in. Texas laws may differ from TN.

Does Buc-ees sell refrigerated wine?

I didn't see it when I was there . Mostly jerky and stuff to go. Pulled pork sandwiches and a lot of drinks but didn't see any wines. At least at the one I was at.

Do they have showers? I know it's not a truck stop but it does say family travel center..

No showers or laundry.

Do they sell liquor?

They sell beer and wine but not liquor.
