All of the reviews were right on - this was absolutely NOT fast food - it was fast, really fast, but the speed was just bonus. As we usually do, we split. We chose the Carolina BBQ smash. The burgers were juicy - if you're not careful, I guarantee you'll be wearing it. Two critiques, it definitely needed more sauce - I just added some of the SmashCity sauce from our fries and it worked but I really would have liked to have had more BBQ sauce. Second, the fried onions were quite burned. I pulled off most of them. The hand cut fries were piping hot, just the right amount of greasy and seasoned perfectly. Splitting the burger was a good call - I'd never have eaten the whole thing myself. The burger and fries were just over $20. When you consider a Big Mac meal at that clown place is $14, SmashCity is almost a bargain. Paul, the owner was like the energizer bunny - he was everywhere at once. Personality oozed from his pores. Make sure you tell him Sue said hi! (He won't remember me but just say hi anyway!) Now I wouldn't say SmashCity has the best burgers - that award goes to our friend Jerry. He makes a pretty mean smash burger on the blackstone. If you have an extra half hour, skip the fast food burger joints, get off that highway, and go let Paul fill your belly for the rest of your trip! You'll appreciate it!

These burgers took us on a trip to flavor town and the sides were also very good! I ordered an IPA with mine that also hit the spot. They have several locally made beers. This place is fantastic! We were looking for something delicious but also with a fun atmosphere, and this place delivered on both. Our waiter was super friendly and helped us decide on drinks, appetizers, and entrées. We started with the deviled eggs, cheese fondue, and whiskey chicken wings. For our main dishes, we ordered the lamb burger and the BGT burger. I had never tried a tzatziki-style burger before, and wow--it was completely unique and so delicious. Every bite was incredible. My husband and I are huge foodies, and we were visiting from Miami on our honeymoon. We both absolutely loved everything and will definitely be back the next time we're in Pigeon Forge. What really stood out is that so much of the food and sauces are made fresh and locally each day--you can truly taste the difference. Highly recommend!

Classic Burger on brioche, came well done as ordered, generous fries. My farmer's Burger? Just WOW. I pulled the perfectly fried egg off and ate it. Bacon perfectly crisp, REAL(not iceburg) lettuce. The honey added a little extra sweetness to the feta which went really nicely with the crusty bread. The Billy had goat cheese, bacon, onions and, a tomato jam on it. It was delicious. The creamy goat cheese with the bacon and smokey tomato jam all went amazingly together. I got onion rings as my side, which were crunchy hot and so so good. The Mother Clucker was also really good. I only had a bite of it to try, but was definitely impressed. My husband upgraded to the duck fat fries which were out of this world. Super crunchy, great flavor. Our server kept checking back on us the whole time making sure we were satisfied with our drinks and food, but we had absolutely no complaints.
