My car is a 2006 Lexus GX 470, and I hadn't washed it in over a year. It had thick, old dirt caked on that I honestly didn't think would ever come off. Desean personally stepped in, used a stronger liquid solution, and carefully worked it in with a brush to help break up all that buildup. After that, she had my car run through the wash a few extra times to make sure every bit of that old dirt was gone. She was so kind, patient, and friendly the entire time. I never felt embarrassed -- just genuinely cared for. Because of her extra effort and attention to detail, my Lexus looks absolutely beautiful now. I couldn't believe the difference! You don't see customer service like that very often. Desean clearly takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers. Upon exiting I was missing several parts to my vehicle. One of the young workers had a huge box full of random vehicle pieces from several vehicles. I was unable to find any of my missing pieces in the box, because the pieces to my vehicle was still on the ground as several vehicle filtered through the car wash not knowing what damage to their vehicle was ahead. I was instructed to return the next day, after clean-up crew had gathered the daily missing vehicle parts. I returned the next day, after searching through the box of missing vehicle parts. I was unable to locate or identify any of the many parts located in the box. At this point, the young serviceman took photos of my vehicle to submit to their damage claim department. It has been three(3) months, still absolutely no response from PureMagic damage claims department, at this point I call the damage claim department to followup. I was told currently no decision had been made on my damage claim to PureMagic. I would 've rather driven around with a dirty vehicle than a vehicle missing parts due to a "basic" carwash. PureMagic NEVER again!!!!!! What a RIPOFF, I literally paid to have pieces of my vehicle ripped-off!!!!! THE MAGIC IS YOU WILL EXIT MISSING VEHICLE PARTS!!!!!
